리리뷰어가격 대비 정말 형편없습니다. 정말 멋진 곳이죠. 오해는 마세요. 하지만 환대 측면에서는 좀 실망스러웠고, 호텔 객실 청결 상태도 좀 엉망이었습니다. 도착했을 때 욕조에 머리카락이 엉겨 있었고, 침대 밑에는 베이프와 헌 슬리퍼가 놓여 있었습니다. 게다가 TV 리모컨도 없었고, 호텔에서 무엇을 해야 할지에 대한 정보도 전혀 없었습니다.
조식은 훌륭했지만, 호텔 가격과 환대를 생각하면 300파운드를 들일 만한 가치가 있다고는 생각하지 않습니다. 게다가 스파는 아이들과 부모들로 가득 차 있어서 규모 대비 인원 비율이 너무 과했습니다. 게다가 레스토랑은 항상 예약이 꽉 차 있어서, 마지막 순간에 마차 식당에 가야 하는 상황이 아니라면 예약하기가 어렵습니다.
레스토랑에서 음료 메뉴를 달라고 했더니 바텐더가 무례하게 굴어서 직접 가서 메뉴를 가져오라고 했습니다. 특히 객실 가격이 500파운드에 육박하는 것을 생각하면 정말 실망스러웠습니다.

PPBBLIUA very lovely cottage! New, impeccably clean, and comfy. It is close to the town centre of Bourton on the Water, convenient even for those who are not arriving by car. The breakfast was in good portions and was delicious especially the scrambled eyes. It was the best breakfast I had throughout my 2 weeks in the UK.
Cotswold is a beautiful area that deserves to be explored on foot if weather permits. I regret that I had only scheduled a 2-night stay, look forward to visit again

DDavid WachendorferMansley refers to their properties as ”managed apartments”. There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another Mansley property.

리리뷰어Great location in the middle of town, room was nicely decorated and mattress was firm and comfortable to put liking but the pillows were very soft. Bath didn't drain so we had 4 inches of dirty water from our showers during the day (we did mention it to staff as soon as we noticed). Like a lot of Stow hotels they allowed dogs inside so we had the unpleasant finding of a dog hair on the breakfast plate in the morning. This is the problem when you allow animals where people are eating. Food prices are very expensive seeing as they asked us to eat in the bar area as restaurant was closed. We cancelled our dinner reservation as I didn't want to sit next to the heavy panting of a french bulldog next to us. Saying that staff tried to accommodate us as best as they could but also they had to follow house rules

a little fragmented and confusing not helped by one of the group moving the nameplaces around
Some guests tried it on complaining their food was inadequate but in fact most of us found the food was really nice and to top it top it all we all got a substantial reduction in price. The management redeemed themselves entirely. Would I stay again, yes we would as we think it is a work in progress.
