보몬트 하우스 첼트넘(Beaumont House)

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting our daughter in Cheltenham. Great pre stay communication & easy checkin via the automated checkin machine which issues you your card to access the building. Well situated near to Bath Road & Cheltenham town centre. This is a stunning period property with many original features including the stunning entrance hall floor and super high ceilings. Our room was perfect, super clean and a good size with a powerful shower delivering plentiful hot water. The bed gave a great nights sleep even if a little on the soft side for me. Overall a great property which we will definitely be using again

It’s a beautiful place, glorious decor & incredibly stylish, but Beaumont House lacks personality. There’s no welcome because you check yourself in, there’s no one to suggest where you go for breakfast because there’s none available there, only a page in a file. The bed was comfy but the shower was unsettling. We didn’t see a single person there & were quite relieved to leave.

A perfect weekend break at the Beaumont in Cheltenham. Loved the house with all the original features. There’s two lovely huge rooms you can use, we used the one with the sofa to sit with a book and coffee. We didn’t use the serve yourself honesty bar, but a great idea! We had a basic double room in the basement. But was great - had a lovely view of the garden. Had a big, super clean bathroom. (Just one minor point: could have done with a couple of hooks for coats. There’s nowhere to hang them! Would have been a pain if we had really wet coats - you wouldn’t want them in the wardrobe) The location was perfect for us. Lots of cafes and pubs in the near vicinity (we recommend the Exmouth Arms for food)

We booked the hotel for 1 night but enjoyed our stay so much we managed to extend by 1 extra night. Management and staff were very accommodating throughout our visit and gave some great recommendations on local eateries located a short walk away. The hotel had a very warm and welcoming feel, not to mention spotless throughout therefore would highly recommend. We also managed to charge our car using their 2 charging points in the hotel’s big car park which were really cost effective, it was rather difficult to find a hotel with EV charging capability. Will certainly be staying again!

This was my fourth stay at Beaumont House, visiting family. This time, I stayed for a few weeks. The pricing was fabulous ( booking directly) and the cleanliness was outstanding- always crisp sheets and fluffy towels, changed often. Parking was great - off street and always a spot. (At the two other Cheltenham hotels where I stayed before discovering Beaumont House, the parking was in a multi level parking station or council restricted/meter parking across the road). Fiona and her staff go out of their way to look after their guests. I’ve now stayed in rooms 5, 11, 12 and 18. The window treatments keep the rooms quiet and I slept very well. I loved the easy check in. I sometimes had the muffin breakfast but often went to the coffee shops which are 400m down the road. I’ll definitely be back.

Nice and easy to access the property by using the mobile app key and was easy enough to check in and collect the actual key card. Easy to find and will definitely use again

Fantastic stay, stayed in the Willow's room. Room was clean and comfortable. Short walk into town Only wish there was pastries on offer for breakfast instead of muffins

This place is unique and beautiful. We have stayed here a number of times in different rooms. The suites weren’t available when we booked, so ended up with the Tiny Double Room. As always, the room was immaculate and so well appointed. This room is great value for money and not tiny at all in my opinion. The owners of this place have everything right and every room we’ve stayed in has been nothing short of perfection. This is our ‘go to’ hotel for visiting Cheltenham. Very quiet and location is close enough to the town centre to walk.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful hotel. My room was on top floor at the front. Super large room and big ensuite. Both impeccably clean. Great having a mini fridge. Common areas are equally as beautiful. I especially loved the lounge area with the comfy chairs. Self check-in was easy. Car parking at front of hotel was a definite plus. Cannot find any fault. If I ever get back to this beautiful country, will definitely stay again
