It was an ok stay but for us we didn’t realise we booked when the football was on and the away fans had pretty much booked the hotel and to say it was noisy was an understatement. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t ask us if we wanted Breakfast or if we had stayed there before so seemed pretty sub standard and not really that invested in what they were doing. We had planned to use the pool but some local kids sneaked in and used it making it loud and unusable during our stay they were just causing problems and the hotel didn’t act. This is the biggest failing the hotel fails to act we had loud guests door slamming music playing loud football fans going mad till 4am and nothing was done about it. The beds were not that comfy as sadly neither of us had a good nights sleep on top of the noise by others the rooms offered no sound proofing. No air conditioning which is crazy in this day and age and not even a fan in the room, when we asked for one we just got laughed at and told good luck with that by housekeeping. This places lacks staff that care or take pride in their work. The bathroom had no fan so when used steam went everywhere and the water pressure and temperature was terrible it wasn’t overly clean so couldn’t use the bath. Only thing going for this hotel is it’s location but we wouldn’t use it again as the rooms need a lot of TLC and the staff need extra training more so on the communication front. Upon check out we weren’t even asked did we enjoy our stay as we wanted to raise our concerns.

이 호텔은 요크 성벽 바로 바깥에 있으며 오래된 집에서 개조 된 호텔이어야합니다. 우리는 타운 하우스에 살고 있으며 나무 바닥처럼 느껴져 방음이 매우 열악합니다. 누군가가 걷고 있으면 소리가 들립니다. 좁은 직진 계단이있어 짐을 옮기기가 어렵습니다. 방은 사진에서 보여지는 것만큼 크지만 가구와 시설은 매우 단순한 느낌입니다. 특히 욕실에서는 샤워 물이 매우 적고 머리를 씻기가 불편하고 제공되는 세면 도구도 매우 일반적입니다. 유일한 하이라이트는 주차 요금이 부과되지 않지만 주차 공간이 많지 않다는 것입니다. 아침 식사는 많지 않지만 맛은 나쁘지 않습니다. 사람이 많으면 줄을서야합니다.

Lovely stay with my friend in a twin room. I think the room reflected the price we paid, although spacious it was a little jaded. Super clean bathroom & bedding, comfy beds & enough storage. The room was dark, net curtains were torn & the papered ceiling begining to peel. Room was at back of hotel overlooking rooftops. The rest of the the hotel was spick and span with a lovely dining room and a great breakfast. Loved the position of the hotel, very central & the olde world feel of it. All staff very pleasent and helpful.

Hotel is perfectly located with a great view to the sea. It does need some updating, and is in the process of some rooms being decorated- we stayed in a freshly painted room. However, attention to detail isn't great, paint over door hinges so very loud squeaking and few other bits which has been overlooked. Staff were very helpful and friendly regarding where to park. Entertainment was good with singers. Breakfast sadly wasn't good - ended up at the brewers fayre down the road. Overall tho it's a lovely building with great staff and entertainment.

Hotel is situated right opposite Clifton tower and is conveniently located within. The city centre - walking distance to the Shambles and other attractions. The parking situation is problematic - although aware it is first come first served, there is nowhere available to park up and ask except the three spaces in front of the hotel and if taken, you end up circling the road for an absolutely age before a space becomes available. If no parking on site end up parking over the road on public car park which is inconvenient as keep having to work out when to renew. The cleanliness is a slight issue, we thought there was dust on surfaces but more likely to be cloth fibres from the cleaners but still don't expect shedding like this. Room was fine but did think bathroom was on the smaller side for a double deluxe room. Service in general was good - couldn't really fault.

좋은 객실에 머물지 않았다면 100년 된 호텔에 대한 선입견을 가지지 마세요. 방이 작지는 않고 옷장도 있지만 전체적인 시설이 너무 낡은 느낌이 듭니다. 밤에는 저주파 소음이 있어 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 의도한 것인지, 의도하지 않은 것인지 잘못된 객실 유형을 받았습니다. 정원 전망을 예약했는데 도로가 보이는 거리 전망 객실을 받았습니다. 레스토랑은 매우 멋집니다. 햇빛이 있으면 더욱 좋을 것 같습니다. 체크아웃할 때 저주파 소음을 언급했더니 웨이터가 웃으면서 *****,****이라고 하더군요.

호텔은 매우 좋은 위치에 있으며 기차역 및 다양한 관광 명소와 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 내부 레이아웃이 합리적이며 아침 식사도 제공됩니다. 종류는 많지 않지만 맛은 좋습니다. 호텔 직원은 매우 책임감 있고 친절합니다. 신용 카드를 보관해 주었고, 청구할 때 카드를 주기 전에 상황을 자세히 물어봤습니다. 아주 좋았어 👍

괜찮은 위치, 호텔 외부에서 도심으로 가는 버스가 매우 편리합니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔한 호텔. 사랑스러운 아침 식사는 많은 편의 시설을 제공했지만 우리 방의 샤워 젤은 완전히 비어 있었고 접수 원에게주의를 기울인 후에도 다시 채워지지 않았습니다. 우리는 2 박 동안 우리 자신의 샤워 젤을 구입해야했습니다.
