리리뷰어The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, about 15 min walk . The facilities in the hotel are good. I like the kitchen in the room and I can make my meals during the holidays. It's really amazing.The staff members are really friendly and responsive.The breakfast was really good too. Highly recommended to people who are going to Cardiff.

KKay-aLocation to public transport and local attractions was convenient. The accommodation was comfortable but it would have been better if there was a floor plan where the rooms are located as only 3 rooms were on the main floor and the others were accessible via stairs, which are narrow. Our room was outside the main house in the back. If you are travelling with lots of luggage or big, heavy suitcases, be mindful that there are no lifts. Housekeeping was a bit disappointing. Modern fittings and energy saving features were a plus.

리리뷰어Loved your hotel. We had a fantastic king room with sea views & the bed was very comfortable. Didn’t have the evening meal there but loved the breakfast, it was the best we’ve ever had. Location was superb.

CCHEI WAI GRACEThe apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

리리뷰어Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and replenished frequently so was always fresh. The bar was welcoming and reasonably priced. Our little dog was with us and made a complete fuss of by both staff and customers which she loved. Overall a lovely stay in a great hotel in an ideal location for accessing cardiff and surrounding areas.

리리뷰어The hotel was nice, as it has a lovely swimming poo, so na and steam room. Very few chair for relaxing in the pool area, some people were sitting on the floor with their towels. Breakfast was the same with bit of change in their biscuits cereal. Bad side for food is that they offered scamble eggs only, fried and pouches eggs and omelette they charge for them.
It was my first time at the hotel or in Cardiff, it was Xmas even they seem kinda busy check in was suppose to be 3oclk but when we got there room was not ready and the receptionists were just cool about that, had to go to the desk and ask constantly which s boring.
The hotel is clean but I think their cleaning management is not up to standard, I had missing items in the room, like towels and next day I had to ask for handwash gel 100 times as it was not replaced. If you book with them maybe get yourself a suite room unlike just an ordinary room. It is a 4 star hotel was expecting a lot from them.

리리뷰어Good location not far from centre of Cardiff. Service was poor, receptionists seemed like they didn’t want to be working there and breakfast staff like their family had just died. That said the breakfast was good quality and the room was good. Needed some cobwebs removed and mould cleaned from bathroom

리리뷰어체크인 시 매우 친절한 여성분이 기념일에 음료 쿠폰을 주셨습니다. 버스 예약으로 인해 레스토랑에서 테이블을 제공할 수 없습니다. 입구에 있는 남자 직원의 사과와 무례하고 오만한 태도는 없습니다. 우리는 만으로 걸어갔고 아마도 더 나은 경험을 했을 것입니다.

MMrs j Plunkett이 호텔에 5일 동안 머물렀고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗합니다. Waitrose와 Lidl은 카디프까지 일반 버스를 도보로 2분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔에서 조식을 드실 수 있습니다. 직원들은 절대적으로 사랑스럽고 항상 도울 준비가 되어 있습니다. 그녀는 시골 산책이 있는 매우 친절한 호텔입니다. 근처에 객실에는 샤워 시설이 있는 욕조가 있습니다. 항상 뜨거운 물을 사용할 수 있습니다. 나와 남편은 매우 편안하고 즐거운 숙박을 했습니다. 확실히 돌아올 것입니다. 호텔은 모텔에 가깝지만 주저하지 않고 추천합니다. 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 객실은 기본적이지만 주전자 차와 커피가 있습니까? 깨끗한 수건이 제공됩니다. 매우 편안한 침대와 객실은 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 매우 환영하고 친절합니다.
