리리뷰어1. I was allocated a room without window. It's terrible and unbearable stuffy. In such room you can not enjoy the staying let along the sea view. After I called the reception,I got a new room with balcony which is better.2. The facility is too old and the decoration style must be the last century

EElizabethNice little pub with lovely clean modern room and facilities,my room C well away from fron of pub which was busy and quite noisy,but this room was nice and quiet with comfortable bed,like the use of keypad fir access to room and building ,also nice irishbar/cafe round the corner and Tesco express nearby,would consider using again

JJonathan LeeGood location not far from centre of Cardiff. Service was poor, receptionists seemed like they didn’t want to be working there and breakfast staff like their family had just died. That said the breakfast was good quality and the room was good. Needed some cobwebs removed and mould cleaned from bathroom

CCHEI WAI GRACEThe apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

Sadly the room was not up to standard,
Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities.
General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice.
View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.

리리뷰어성 및 지역 명소와 가까운 도심 한가운데에 위치하고 있습니다. 불행히도 방은 새벽 4시까지 음악을 연주하는 나이트 클럽으로 뒷받침되었습니다. 당신이 가벼운 잠자는 사람이라면 이것이 문제가 될 수 있습니다. 그 외에는 그 사랑스러운 장소.

WWah33dOverall, it was a good experience. The reception staff was a bit rude. Room service was not satisfactory. It was overpriced. The AC was not working, and there was no ventilation.

BBethSaidSmileStayed one night. Not sure if because of renovation, the reception area wasn't very welcoming, pretty much self check-in set up but staffed too. Busy hotel, popular pool, gym, need to wait your turn for sauna & steam room but Impressed with facilities. Room service food was basic. The room definitely need updating and shower pressure not great. Overall fine though, would stay again.
