The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, about 15 min walk . The facilities in the hotel are good. I like the kitchen in the room and I can make my meals during the holidays. It's really amazing. The staff members are really friendly and responsive. The breakfast was really good too. Highly recommended to people who are going to Cardiff.

Great location for us, just a short taxi ride into the city where we watched a gig at the Utilita. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of cooked, pastries and fruit to choose from. The only downside- we were staying during the heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. A fan was provided, but did little to help cool the room down. Overall, everywhere was clean and tidy and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Location of the hotel was close (10 minutes walk) to Cardiff Bay and (30 minutes walk) to the city centre. Staff were friendly and accommodating. All in all a good place to stay in Cardiff.

A stunning hotel in a great location. We attended a concert nearby in the castle which was just a few minutes away by foot and despite the hotel being near to the pubs and clubs on st Mary street we didn't hear a thing from our room. There was a slight mix up at check in with a double charge but this was all sorted with a quick message to trip.com. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

Close to Cardiff. The staff is helpful and friendly. They helped us with the cabs when needed. Food is good and pocket friendly.

It is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy. Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel. Great service in the restaurant.

Had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Cardiff North M4 Jct 32. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well located, making it a convenient stop for our road trip. The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast — a great variety of choices and everything was fresh and enjoyable. Another big plus was the free parking, with EV charging facilities available, which was especially convenient for those travelling by electric or hybrid vehicle. Overall, a very pleasant stay and excellent value. Highly recommended, especially for travellers driving through Cardiff or along the M4.
