내가 지금까지 가본 최고의 호텔 모든 직원은 낮 / 밤 매너가 좋았습니다. 리셉션에서 식사, 청소부에 이르기까지 모든 직원이 머무는 순간부터 승강기를 장애로 움직인 것처럼 평등하게 느끼게했습니다. 접근은 사용하기 쉬웠습니다. 바로 수하물에 도움이 되었습니다. 리셉션 주변에서 기다리지 않았습니다. 훌륭한 의사 소통이 정말 빨리 내 방 카드를 얻었습니다. 3개의 리프트 주위에 기다리지 않았으므로 바닥에 대한 충분한 액세스가 있었습니다. 내 방은 아름답고 넓고 쉬운 접근 전기 문이있는 빠른 카드 입구로 교환하고 문을 하나의 프레스 버튼으로 열립니다. 욕실을 빠져나갈 수 있습니다. 모든 장애인 접근 화장실 바가 있습니다. 팔이있는 샤워 좌석은 옆에서 옆으로 이동할 수있어 바닥 음식을 건조시키는 데 도움이됩니다. 아침 뷔페에서 놀랍습니다. 혼합 과일 주스를 시도해야합니다. 빨간색과 녹색 맛 폭발은 크루아상과 카푸치노로 훌륭한 영국식 튀김을 제공하며 나중에 요청하지 않고 쉽게 접근 할 수있는 예약 테이블이있었습니다. 아침 식사도 방으로 가져오고 싶다면 서비스를 도와주세요. 머무는 동안 성을 방문해야 하는 동안 훌륭한 관광객의 요구 사항에 대해 최고의 숙박을 위해 레오나르도 호텔에 머무를 것을 적극 권장합니다.

직원들이 정말 최고였어요!! 이번 여행을 안내해 주셔서 정말 감사드려요. 아쉽게도 객실은 기대에 못 미쳤어요. 욕실은 정말 실망스러웠어요. 세면대와 욕조에 좀벌레가 있었고, 샤워실은 막힌 기차 때문에 사용할 수 없었지만, 침대는 깨끗했어요. 객실에 다리미와 다리미판, 그리고 다른 작은 편의 시설이 있었어요. 호텔의 전반적인 위생 상태는 훌륭했고, 아래층은 아름다웠어요. 바와 레스토랑에서는 음식이나 음료를 먹지 않았지만, 아주 멋져 보였어요. 전망은 아름다웠지만 창문이 깨끗하고 털이 없었다면 더 좋았을 텐데요.

Pontcanna의 놀라운 작은 장소 훌륭한 서비스, 훌륭한 직원 팀, 매우 도움이됩니다. 지금 두 번 머물렀고 회사에 대한 크레딧입니다. 방 장식과 아침 식사와 커피를 정말 좋아합니다. 저녁도 두 번 먹었고 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 나는 30년의 호텔 경험을 구원하기 힘든 사람이므로 우리는 끝낼 것입니다!

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.

Receptionist Anshika helpful and apologetic Breakfast boring 😴 When I asked for vegetarian/vegan I was directed to PORK sausages, very off handedly, by Lisa. Which was totally disrespectful,rude and upsetting 😡 The croissants were totally inedible when I went on Sunday morning around 8am There were 3 ”broken” croissants left, which nobody touched Until I asked if they were going to top it up! The hash brown were dry and inedible

Close to Cardiff. The staff is helpful and friendly. They helped us with the cabs when needed. Food is good and pocket friendly.

Told at 10pm on check in that ad to pay an extra £45 for child when I thought I ad already paid,at midnight after some chat with trip.com we checked in,and wanted extra for breakfast,not impressed with future inn as if they knew iadto pay extra £45 could of phoned me beforehand as I booked about a week earlier,not happy with the way they expressed just a good job I ad some money as probably would of ad to sleep in the car

The stay was really good overall the room was clean, comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay £16 for parking for the whole day. It would have been nice if parking was included in the stay or at least offered at a reduced rate for guests. Apart from that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay

카디프의 The Coal Exchange Hotel에 머물기로 결정한 것이 너무 기쁩니다. 나는 친구의 특별한 생일을 위해 하룻밤 묵을 곳을 찾는 매우 중요한 일을 받았습니다. 어디서부터 시작해야 할지 몰랐기 때문에 이 지역의 호텔 가격을 비교했습니다. '예산' 호텔 Premier Inn과 Travelodge가 주어진 날짜에 대해 The Coal Exchange보다 저렴하지 않다는 사실에 놀랐습니다! 사진과 리뷰를 보니 특별한 날에 딱 맞았습니다. 건축 당시의 인테리어 디자인이 그대로 남아 역사에 흠뻑 젖어 있었다. 원래는 5명이 있어서 섹스투플렛룸을 예약했습니다. 그것은 훌륭해 보였고 우리 모두는 거기에 머무르는 것에 대해 정말 흥분했습니다. 불행히도 건물의 그 부분에서 유지 보수 작업이 진행되고 있기 때문에 우리는 계획을 서로 바로 옆에 있는 3개의 더블룸으로 변경해야 했습니다. 객실은 아름다웠습니다. 바닥에서 천장까지 이중창, 호화로운 벽지, 화려한 시대 가구 및 사랑스럽고 편안한 중앙 장식 침대. 욕실에는 멋진 자쿠지 욕조와 돌 세면대가 있었습니다. 다음날 아침 우리는 석탄 교환소 내부에 위치한 Culley's 레스토랑에서 맛있는 아침 식사를 했습니다. 여기 직원들은 매우 친절하며 최고의 숙박을 보장하기 위해 최선을 다합니다. 돌아갈 때까지 기다릴 수 없습니다.

It is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy. Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel. Great service in the restaurant.
