위치가 정말 최고입니다. 버스로 오시면 걸어서 몇 분 거리입니다. 카디프 중심부에 위치해 있어 은행, 쇼핑, 음식점 등을 이용하기 매우 편리합니다. 번화한 거리에 있고, 카디프 중앙역까지도 걸어서 10분 정도 걸립니다. 보안도 철저한 편이라 각 층 객실과 호텔 건물(아케이드 안에 있음)에 들어가려면 객실 카드 키가 필요합니다. 저녁 7시 이후에는 출입이 제한됩니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓으며, 예약한 두 개의 객실은 가구 배치가 각각 달랐습니다. 수건도 깨끗하고 새것이었습니다. 에어컨이 설치된 객실에 미니 냉장고와 금고가 있었지만, 금고는 작동하지 않았습니다. 미니바에는 환영 음료와 스낵이 무료로 제공되었는데, 생수는 나중에 따로 문의해서야 알았습니다. 위생적인 ​​면에서 바닥이 코팅되어 있는 점이 특히 좋았습니다. 목욕 가운도 제공되지만, 욕실에 문이 없어 쉽게 젖을 수 있습니다. 세면도구와 일회용 슬리퍼는 요청 시 제공됩니다. 바디 로션, 바디워시, 샴푸, 컨디셔너도 구비되어 있습니다. 객실 청소는 좀 더 꼼꼼했으면 좋겠습니다. 3일 동안 머무는 동안 욕실 쓰레기통이 한 번도 비워지지 않았고, 사용한 컵도 새것으로 교체되지 않았습니다. 음료 개별 포장도 꽉 채워져 있지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러웠고 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

Hotel is located in quiet location bit away from buzz of town center, had a comfortable sleep. Breakfast charged at GBP 15 and service during Breakfast a let down. Before the time got over, some items finished and were not replenished and on enquiry, a curt ”it's over” was not great. Parking charge of GBP 10 was a slight surprise as it wasn't clear from trip.com while booking. Hotel has a lovely terrace facing water and basic but functional bar. Overall nice comfortable stay but not good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. The location was fantastic—on a beautiful street—and the hotel building itself is stunning. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a very kind Italian gentleman, which gave me a great first impression. My room, though located in a separate area, was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Everything looked fresh and well thought out. However, I was disappointed to find visible stains on the bed sheets. While I believe they had been washed, the stains hadn’t come out and the sheets were still used, which didn’t match the high standard the rest of the hotel presented. I think they should have replaced them. Another minor inconvenience was the bathroom light, which was automatic and triggered the extractor fan. This meant that even during the night, using the bathroom caused the noisy fan to stay on for a while, which could’ve been avoided with a manual light switch, in my opinion. Despite these issues, the stay was mostly very positive, but I can’t give a full five stars because of the sheets. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests.

Had a lovely stay here, hotel was closer to many thing for you to walk around 10min. Services from staff was good. Breakfast was alright and not too fancy. You can also access the pool and other facilities. Bed was okay and comfortable only downside is that they can only change the sheets after 3days not every day when room service does their day rounds. Overall I will definitely recommend. Will definitely visit again.

Close to Cardiff. The staff is helpful and friendly. They helped us with the cabs when needed. Food is good and pocket friendly.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location is right on the liveliest street. While the location is convenient, it’s also quite noisy—there were people drinking and partying downstairs late into the night. Early in the morning, you can hear the sound of bottles being cleared from the street.

Told at 10pm on check in that ad to pay an extra £45 for child when I thought I ad already paid,at midnight after some chat with trip.com we checked in,and wanted extra for breakfast,not impressed with future inn as if they knew iadto pay extra £45 could of phoned me beforehand as I booked about a week earlier,not happy with the way they expressed just a good job I ad some money as probably would of ad to sleep in the car

It is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy. Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel. Great service in the restaurant.
