이 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 조용하고 깨끗해서 머무는 내내 편안하고 안락한 분위기였습니다. 프런트 직원분들이 도착하자마자 따뜻하게 맞아주셔서 처음부터 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었고, 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

세 살배기 쌍둥이와 함께 짧은 휴가를 보내기로 했는데, 이곳이 정말 완벽했어요! 넓은 수영장, 발코니가 있는 넓은 객실, 그리고 호텔 아래층 매장에서 아침에 스타벅스 커피와 크루아상, 시나몬 롤, 오트밀 등을 제공하는 점이 좋았습니다. 물론 추가 요금이 있지만, 이런 편의시설이 있다는 게 정말 좋았어요!

나는 여기에 머무르는 것을 정말로 즐겼으므로 다른 날 동안 연장했습니다. 이 호텔에는 모든 질문에 답하고 나를 편안하게 해 주는 훌륭한 프론트 데스크 직원이 있습니다. 공항 옆에 있어 빠른 출구를 위한 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 레스토랑 음식은 맛있습니다. 내가 머물렀던 방은 공항 전망으로 깨끗했습니다. 조용하고 좋은 잠을 위해 빛을 차단하는 데 매우 효과적이었습니다.

날씨 때문에 비행기 일정이 바뀌어서 급하게 이 호텔을 예약했어요. 아침 식사와 공항 셔틀이 포함되어 있어서 가격도 괜찮았어요. 아침 식사는 햄, 스크램블 에그, 빵 등 종류가 다양하고 맛있었어요. 셔틀버스가 지정된 장소에서 기다려줘서 편리했고요. 다음에 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요!

나는 엄마와 딸 여행을 위해 딸과 함께 3 일 동안 머물렀다. 외관은 아름답고 데스크 직원은 친절하고 도움이되었지만 우리가 머물렀던 방은 비용을 지불하는 손님에게 적합하지 않다고 생각합니다. 나는 무료 주차를 위해이 장소를 선택했고 YYZ와 가깝습니다. 방은 사람들이 방 안으로 움직일 수 있도록 엄청나게 작고 구조적으로 잘못되었습니다. 화장실 문이 완전히 열리지 않았고 천장이 매우 낮아서 천장에 머리를 부딪치지 않도록 매우 조심해야했습니다. 그들이 웹 사이트에 게시 한 방 사진은 훌륭하고 아늑해 보였지만 우리가 돌아 다닐 수 없다면 더 이상 중요하지 않습니다. 하나 더, 그들은 둘째 날 결혼식 파티를 열었고 매우 시끄러운 음악이 오전 1시에 켜졌고 다음날 다른 파티가 있었지만 그렇게 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 예약하기 전에 머무는 동안 파티 손님이 있는지 확인해야 합니다.

There is a shuttle bus available, and hotel pick-up and drop-off service is provided. It takes about 15 minutes from the airport, and the pick-up points for Terminals 1 and 3 are listed on the business card, so please refer to it. You must call the phone number in advance to request the shuttle. It’s a great value-for-money hotel, and the staff are very friendly. However, the hotel does have a slightly old-fashioned feel.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds. Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did. Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average. In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.
