Good hotel good location staff good breakfast good only little complaint found the door fob had a code a mixture of symbols and numbers that had to be entered to open door.

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 오후 3시보다 조금 일찍 짐을 부칠 수 있어서 정말 큰 도움이 됐습니다! 방도 좋았고, 에어컨이 있어서 너무 더운 날에 정말 유용했어요. 딱 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면, 가족실이었는데 (저희에게는 필요했거든요) 침대가 좀 높아서 세 살배기 막내가 밤에 침대에서 떨어져 다쳤다는 거예요. 아이들이 떨어지지 않도록 매트리스 아래에 끼워 넣을 수 있는 안전 가드가 있으면 좋겠어요. 그 외에는 딱히 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다. 아, 그리고 무엇보다 좋았던 건, 저희가 머무는 내내 정말 조용했다는 거예요. 하루 종일 돌아다니느라 정신없었는데, 다른 사람들 소음이 전혀 없어서 여행이 훨씬 편안했어요!

방은 깨끗하고 침대는 편안했고 프론트 데스크는 매우 조심스럽게 설명했으며 아침 식사는 맛있었습니다. 마을에서 5 분 거리에 있습니다. 매장은 매우 좋았습니다. 다음에이 호텔에 머물 것입니다.

We stayed two nights at the Jockey Club Rooms and enjoyed every minute of it. The whole experience was fantastic but the breakfasts deserve a special mention, as does the young lady who checked us in, who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again next time we visit Newmarket

Quite a wacky, quirky hotel- which we love! The main hotel is unique and fab, but the rooms are tired and outdated and could be cleaned to a higher standard. The tap water is not drinkable, so more drinking water also needs to be provided and accessible in double and twin rooms- one bottle for two people is not enough. When phoning reception to request two bottles of water, we were still only given one and the empty bottle we had was also weirdly and awkwardly requested and collected at our door first, before we were allowed more water, which was then bought separately and left outside the room? Just a little odd when they have to provide drinking water. A great location hotel though and we actually love the extravagant, crazy style of the main hotel and have been back 3 times and would stay again when in the area for work. You have to see it to believe it!

Ok. Basic. Services room and not hotel so a little hard to navigate.

전통적인 영국식 아침 식사, 구운 버섯, 구운 토마토 등, 토스트, 다양한 오트밀, 차가운 우유, 요구르트, 차와 커피 등 ... 호텔은 시내 중심에서 도보 15 분, 주변이 번화하지 않고 조용합니다. 밤에는 넓은 주차장이 있습니다.
