시설: 몇 년 전에 리노베이션을 마쳐 시설이 꽤 새것입니다. 청결도: 보통입니다. 수건이 오래되고 그다지 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 너무 지저분해서 사진을 찍지 않았습니다. 일회용 수건을 가져오는 것을 추천합니다. 환경: 공항 여객 터미널에서 도보 5분 거리에 있으며, 탑승교로 연결되어 있어 매우 편리합니다! 서비스: 프런트 데스크 직원이 부족해서 체크인과 체크아웃 모두 기다려야 했습니다. 늦은 밤에도 줄이 길었습니다. 요약: 편리함을 원하신다면 이 호텔을 직접 예약하는 것을 추천합니다. 현재 Ctrip에서 활주로 전망은 예약할 수 없습니다. 전화나 이메일로 미리 예약할 수 없으며, 체크인 시 프런트 데스크에 요청해야 합니다. 업그레이드하려면 세금 제외 30캐나다 달러(세금 포함 35.93캐나다 달러)를 지불해야 합니다. 이 호텔에 여러 번 묵었는데, 활주로 전망 쪽은 밤에 거의 항상 만실입니다.

좋은 경험이었습니다. 객실이 아주 깨끗하지는 않았지만 사용하기에는 괜찮았습니다. 위치는 최고였습니다. 가격만 괜찮다면 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

공항 호텔이 공항 안에 있는 걸 더 좋아하긴 하지만, 현실은 그렇지 않은 경우가 많죠. 그래도 이 호텔은 제 역할을 훌륭히 해냈고, 꽤 효율적이었습니다. 여행 중에 하이킹을 하다가 손을 다쳤는데, 나가는 길에 프런트 직원분이 손을 소독해주고 붕대도 감아주셨어요. 정말 좋은 서비스였습니다!

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

방은 넓고 시설은 좀 낡았지만, 경유를 위한 1박 호텔임을 감안하면 전반적으로 괜찮았어요. 무료 주차와 무료 공항 셔틀 서비스를 제공하지만, 프런트 데스크에서 미리 예약하고 탑승권을 받아야 이용할 수 있습니다. 호텔 주변에 식당과 편의점이 있어 매우 편리했어요.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds. Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did. Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average. In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

건물과 인테리어는 약간 오래된 느낌이지만, 깨끗하고 냄새도 나지 않습니다. 카운터 직원들도 매우 친절합니다.

Good hotel, helpful staffs, nice restaurant. I booked jacuzzi room, but jet was broken. They offered discount and gave some money back for compensation. I am happy for their consideration and service.
