'안녕! 로츠가 나를 위해 집 문을 열었을 때... 그의 침대와 아침 식사, 엄청난 미소와 그의 얼굴과 몸에 특이한 평온함으로, 심지어 내가 늦게 도착했습니다. 체크인, 꿈의 집으로 돌아간 줄 알았어요!!! 눈을 감고 추천합니다... 모던하고 스마트한 장식과 동시에 너무 가정적이고 고치며 아늑합니다! 아침 식사 전에 하루 종일 방 안에서 샤워나 욕조를 가지고 커피나 차를 마실 수 있습니다. 즐기다!!!'

'Great little hotel with lots of character. The double room was small but clean and bed was comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room also and easy to use heater/aircon unit. Modern bathroom with shower. The furniture is looking tired and could do with updating. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have it but overall for a one night stay to attend a party in the area, it was great 👍'

'The hotel staff said that he couldnt find my booking although I provided my booking reference and voucher and request 15 pounds for Early check in and charged my account 51 pounds in total. Although I kept saying I booked via Trip.com and paid while I booked the hotel online. It was a prepaid booking. I am so disappointed that the hotel sent me the invoice & receipt on 14 March but I was told I would get the balance of receipt and I would be charged the early check in fee 15 pounds only, the accommodation fee after I checked out at 12pm on March 15. On March 15, when I was checking out, I checked with another staff who was on duty, he said the hotel didn’t charge my card, but the agency card, it was acceptable. Unfortunately, on my bank statement I found that the hotel charged my card for all. And it was really disappointed because they didnt really dealed with my questions and my situation. I did double pay for the accommodation to Trip. Com and the Primier Inn Richmanworth.'

'Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Bathroom a bit out dated but wasn’t spending my weekend in there so no issue. Ask for a high floor as you hear everything when people walking upstairs. Great location. Would I stop again- most definitely'

'근처에 TESCO도있어 사용하기 쉬웠습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 가격도 저렴하고 좋았습니다. 하지만 드라이기 사용이 어렵고 조금 나쁜 점이있었습니다.'

'이것은 영국에서의 첫 번째 가족 호텔 숙박입니다. 우리는 Watford Leonardo Hotel을 선택하고 2박을 묵었습니다. 이 호텔이 충분히 편안한지 확신이 서지 않아서 먼저 1박을 예약했습니다. 우리가 도착한 첫날은 비오는 날이었고 공연이 끝난 후였습니다. 런던에서 우리는 오후 6시쯤 호텔에 도착했습니다. Sutton 주차장은 호텔과 가깝고 24시간 주차에 £6를 지출했습니다. 꽤 합리적이었습니다.(하지만 프런트 데스크에서 £2 할인을 받을 수 있었지만 안타깝게도 아무도 나에게 알려주지 않았습니다. 신경쓰지 마세요!! ) 우리는 밤에 저녁 식사를 아주 맛나게 주문했습니다. 나는 그들의 온라인 체크인 및 체크아웃 서비스에 감탄했습니다. 그러나 다음날 내가 자고 문에 신호를 걸어 놓았을 때 그 직원들이 내 문을 두 번 두드렸는데, 정말 우스꽝스럽습니다. 그들은 전화를 할 수 있습니다. 대신 저를 대신하지만 그들의 매너가 좋기 때문에 개선할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 만약 다시 왓포드에 묵는다면 꼭 이 호텔로 돌아올 것입니다.'
