'저희 가족은 코넬 대학교 졸업을 기념하기 위해 나이아가라 폭포로 여행을 갔는데, 트립닷컴을 통해 비토리아 호텔 & 스위트를 예약했어요. 정말 탁월한 선택이었죠! 트립닷컴 앱 덕분에 예약 과정이 너무 간편해서 정말 좋았습니다. 위치도 최고였고, 주차도 편리했으며, 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨어요. 침대도 아주 편안했고 객실도 넓어서 온 가족이 지내기에 딱 좋았습니다. 모든 것이 깨끗했고, 가격도 제공되는 서비스에 비해 매우 합리적이었어요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 소파 침대에 시트 커버가 없었다는 것인데, 그 외에는 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 나이아가라 폭포를 방문하는 가족 여행객분들께 강력 추천하며, 트립닷컴을 통해 예약하시는 걸 적극 추천합니다!'

'저는 이번이 두 번째 숙박입니다. 사장님이 집에 오신 것을 환영한다고 말했습니다. 호텔이 개조되었고 위생과 환경이 이전보다 훨씬 좋아졌으며 프런트 데스크 서비스도 많이 개선되었습니다. 또 사진 찍는 걸 깜빡했네요. 문 앞에 빨간색 601번 버스가 있어서 워터폴 시티를 방문하기에 매우 편리해요. 대단해요👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻'

'I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition.'

'We loved it, the heart shaped jetted tub was perfect after a day of walking and site seeing. The jr. Suite we had was clean, plenty oh towels, and the smalll electrical fire place was the perfect touch. We will definitely book another stay next year, and possibly take advantage of the bbq area and the swimming pool.'

'I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient—just an 8-minute walk from the station and a 7-minute drive to downtown and the Falls. The room was spacious but quite dated, with older cabinets, carpets, towels, and common areas like the lobby and elevators. However, the hotel was clean, which made up for the aging facilities. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water kettle, bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers provided. The reception staff were polite and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room rate was very affordable, and it included a buffet breakfast with hot food, which was a nice bonus. Overall, despite the dated appearance, the value for money and cleanliness make it a solid option for budget-conscious travelers. No major complaints.'

'【강력 추천! 기대 이상의 숙박 경험】 이번에 묵었던 비즈니스 스위트룸은 정말 놀라웠어요! 통창으로 보이는 도시 전망이 최고였고, 스마트 제어 시스템이 갖춰져 있어 말 한마디로 조명과 커튼을 조절할 수 있었어요. 침구는 킹코일 매트리스를 사용해서 밤새 편안하게 잠들 수 있었답니다. 가장 칭찬하고 싶은 부분은 버틀러 서비스였어요. 프런트 데스크에서 먼저 방을 업그레이드해줬고, 턴다운 서비스 때는 따뜻한 우유까지 세심하게 준비해줬어요. 이그제큐티브 라운지의 애프터눈 티 디저트는 섬세했고, 해피아워 칵테일은 전문가 수준으로 훌륭했습니다. 위치도 아주 좋았는데, 지하철역까지 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있고 주변 상권에는 다양한 식당들이 많았어요. 가격이 좀 비싸긴 했지만, 이런 시설과 서비스 품질이라면 전혀 아깝지 않습니다. 체크아웃할 때 기념품까지 받아서 세심한 배려를 느낄 수 있었어요. definitely 다시 선택할 거예요!'
