페스 메디나에서 머물기에 정말 좋은 곳이었어요. 직원분들이 너무 친절하게 맞아주셨고, 도시를 돌아다니는 데 도움을 주셨을 뿐만 아니라 근교 당일치기 여행 예약까지 해주셨어요.
옥상에서는 다른 옥상들의 멋진 전망을 볼 수 있고, 너무 춥거나 비가 오지 않는다면 무료 조식을 즐기기에 훌륭한 장소예요.
이 리아드는 조금 작지만, 메디나 한가운데 있다는 점을 고려하면 당연하다고 생각해요.
전반적으로 페스를 둘러보는 동안 머물기에 아주 좋은 곳이었고, 이곳에 머무는 것을 고려하는 다른 분들께 definitely 추천합니다!

Чудесный дом - тихо, чисто, красиво, удобно расположенный на краю Медины. С парковкой нет проблем - рядом и по нормальной цене (стоит заранее предупредить, что нужна). Вкусный марокканский ужин - можно заказать на определенное время за доп.плату. Хозяин всегда на связи и готов помочь. Если нужно выехать рано, то вам предложат завтрак с собой. Самые приятные впечатления. Спасибо!

페스 기차역 바로 맞은편에 있습니다.
주변에 Carferrour, 맥도날드, 피자헛 있구요.
룸컨디션은 좋은데 방에 냉장고가 없고
직원들은 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않았습니다.
조식은 종류가 다양하진 않으나
빵이 진짜 맛있었습니다.

酒店位置非常好，公共區域就是旅行目的地，有摩洛哥和菲斯特色。客房設施設備有點年代感。在酒店喝了兩天酒，服務人員對happy hour的理解跟普世大眾有較大差距。每天在酒店和各個部門溝通協調，也不錯，練練手吧。

Близко ко всем достопримечательностям.
Хороший и вкусный завтрак.
Не последнем этаже не ловил WiFi.

3 minutes walk to Elhdim plaza, situated in quiet area.
The Riad is located in the heart of the medina,classic old Moroccan buildings with the terrace with fantastic views of rooftops and minarets.
Nice Moroccan breakfast .
The service is great ,
Queen bed with nice soft pillows
Shower working fine,

리리뷰어My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne.
Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)
Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri )
Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej
Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

리리뷰어The staff was super nice. They offered tea when I felt sick. Especially the breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, Yunus has helpful all along.
However there were a couple of things that we did not like. We had booked a room that in the end was not where we stayed. They told us they'd give us a better room, as the original one was too noisy. I suppose that was true, that the original was too noisy, the one we got did not get sounds from the interior, although it was way too loud outside. Bring earplugs. Also, out bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, and had a pretty uncomfortable configuration. The towels were not fully clean.

FFrank24設施：在Riad裏算是房型巨大，對得起suite套房的稱號。床型舒適，浴室明亮。公區絕對是非斯里的天花板級別，值得參觀逗留拍照打卡，畢竟是700年歷史的老建築。但同時是最近翻新的，不用擔心設備設施老舊。傢俱等用料考究，甚至都是螺鈿技法。最熱天入住的，我那間豪華房空調不給力，直接給我升級到家庭套房了（其他房型都滿，可見很熱銷）
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，無論是房內還是公區、餐廳等都是能夠達到五星標準。
環境：看圖就知道公區環境有多美了，馬賽克牆壁、中庭、綠植、靠椅等等，都見功法。同時位置在老城中心，離停車場大概15分鐘走路。就是巷子太多，記得看街巷裡牆壁上的酒店標牌，也不難找。
服務：服務整體不錯，酒店內員工都是很熱情的，早餐豐盛，而且露台就餐，能拍到很獨特的老城風景。不過接送行李的人員不是酒店員工，需要另給搬運費（人家很辛苦掙苦力費，給錢沒問題，提前問酒店溝通好就行）
