호텔 재규어 오포르토에서 특별히 배려해주신 덕분에 비가 오는 날씨에도 불구하고 기차역에서 저희 10명을 차량 3대로 픽업해 주셔서 편안하게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 정말 감사드립니다. 호텔 차량에 탑승한 순간부터 체크아웃 후 공항으로 이동할 때까지 모든 직원분들이 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 아침 식사와 저녁 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 시내 중심가에서 약간 떨어져 있지만, 3일 동안 머무는 동안 20~25분 정도 걸어 다니기에 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 개인적으로 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

호텔은 상 벤투 역 바로 옆에 있어서 역에서 나오자마자 바로 갈 수 있고, 다른 관광지로 걸어가기에도 매우 편리한 위치에 있습니다. 역 근처에서 대규모 보수 공사가 진행 중이었지만, 방음이 잘 되어 있어 크게 불편함은 없었습니다. 객실 공간은 넓고 시설도 완비되어 있었으며, 직접 요리할 수 있는 주방과 세탁기도 있었습니다. 프런트 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 예의 바르며 협조적이었습니다. 이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다!

Last year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment. Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately. The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied. The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too. Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out. The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

완전 좋아요!! 깨끗함은 물론이고 화장실 방안에 있는 방이랑 아닌방 가격이 똑같은데 가급적 화장실 안에잇는방 해야 편한것 같아요! 그리고 조식이 하이라이트인데 일반적인 조식 메뉴에 에그타르트가 나와서 에그타르트 배터지게 먹어서 좋앗어요! 그리고 체크인 다음날 저녁쯤 포트와인 한잔 무료로 먹을수 잇는 바우처 줘요 저는 시간 안맞아서 안썼지만 좋앙

One of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities. Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests: • The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster. • No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help. • Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs. • Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify? Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

스페인 여행 중 포르투의 5성급 르네상스 호텔을 선택했습니다. 첫째, 시내 중심에 있고 거의 모든 명소를 도보로 방문할 수 있다는 점이었습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 간소하게 꾸며져 있으며, 칫솔이 제공되지 않는 점을 제외하면 호텔에는 뜨거운 물병, 슬리퍼 등이 완비되어 있으며 매일 무료 생수 1병이 제공됩니다. 호텔에서 공항까지는 경전철을 타고 짧은 거리만 걸어가면 됩니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 7:30부터 11:00까지 매우 정시이며 매우 풍부하며 매우 맛있는 포르투갈식 작은 에그 타르트를 맛볼 수 있습니다. 이번 스페인 여행 중 이 호텔은 유일하게 체크인 시 보증금 100유로를 요구했는데 체크아웃 후 48시간이 지나도록 환불되지 않았습니다.

이 호텔에서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치가 가장 좋았어요. 저희가 가고 싶었던 대부분의 장소까지 걸어갈 수 있는 시내 중심에 바로 있었거든요. 운 좋게도 첫날 밤에 호텔 바로 앞에서 열린 크리스마스 불빛 점등식과 불꽃놀이를 볼 수 있었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 넓었고, 아침에 쉬고 싶을 때 스파를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 만났던 모든 직원분들이 매우 친절했어요!

위치가 정말 좋고, 프런트 직원도 매우 친절했어요. 호텔에서 요리도 할 수 있고, 식당과 라운지도 있어서 전반적으로 편리했습니다. 다만 침대 높이가 좀 낮아서 2층 침대 아래층에 앉으면 머리를 들 수 없었어요. 그리고 현지인 냄새 같은 게 좀 나서 익숙하지 않았습니다.

5성급 호텔이라면 최소한 좋은 서비스와 청결은 기대해야 합니다. 저희는 5박을 했는데, 침대 시트는 3일에 한 번씩 교체해 준다고 되어 있었음에도 불구하고 한 번도 바꿔주지 않았습니다. 물이나 티슈, 커피와 차도 리필해 주지 않아 저희가 직접 요청해야 했습니다. 욕조에는 작은 바퀴벌레가 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 지나갈 때마다 인사조차 해주지 않았습니다. 물론 제가 인사를 기대하는 건 아니지만, 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞아주는 다른 호텔들과 비교하면 아쉬운 부분이었습니다. 프런트 데스크에 전화하는 것도 쉽지 않았고, 때로는 5분씩 기다려야 했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 레스토랑 음식은 정말 맛있었고 바 직원들도 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 주었습니다. 특히 체크인과 체크아웃 시 짐을 옮겨주고 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞아준 파브리치오에게 감사를 전하고 싶습니다.
