나쁜 관심. 포르투에 도착했을 때 숙소 문 앞에는 “************마약을 먹고 있는 사람들로 가득 차 있었다”고 하더군요. 내 아내는 이런 사람들과의 상황으로 인해 외상 후 스트레스를 겪고 있으며, 우리가 그곳에 가면 병원에 가야 할 것입니다. 우리는 그들에게 예약을 취소하고 돈을 환불해 달라고 요청했지만 그들은 거절하고 우리에게 청구했습니다(€268). 우리는 밤과 비 속에서 다른 호텔을 찾아야 했습니다. 우리는 돈을 돌려받기 위해 그들을 고소하고 있습니다. 스캠!!!

Na Travessa Suites는 휴식을 취하고 맛있는 아침 식사를 즐기기에 완벽한 장소입니다. 나는 마리아나 같은 사람을 만난 적이 없습니다. 그녀는 어떤 세부 사항에도 매우 주의를 기울입니다. 공항에서 택시 예약도 잘 해주셨고, 식당 예약도 힘들어하던 제가 저녁 식사도 예약해 주셨어요. 마리아나의 친절함과 관심은 차원이 다릅니다! 방은 운 좋게도 8번 방에 묵을 수 있었는데, 와와 와, 정말 멋진 전망이네요! 대성당과 포르투 시내를 바로 볼 수 있었어요. 나는 그 지역이 안전하지 않다고 느꼈고 그것은 완전히 거짓이라는 리뷰를 읽었습니다. 나는 혼자 여행하고 새벽에 혼자 걸어서 돌아왔는데 결코 안전하지 않다고 느끼지 않았습니다. 나는 이 장소에 머물기 위해 곧 돌아올 것이다! 나는 그것을 강력히 추천합니다!

My seven-year-old son and I stayed at Na Travessa Suites for five nights at the end of March. This place is an absolute hidden gem and a must-stay if you are in Porto and looking for a quiet place with beautiful views and a wonderful breakfast. The entire team was so helpful and kind to us, making sure we had everything we needed from help with our luggage, extra items for breakfast, suggestions for dinner and the list goes on. It poured rain the entire time we were in Porto and our room was a sanctuary from the weather. The view from our bed was just incredible and was such a wonderful way to wake up each morning.

We loved our stay at Na Travessa. The place is beautiful and our room had a very comfortable bed and wonderful shower. We were able to walk everywhere. But most important was the attention and dedication of the staff. When we arrived, a staff person went over a map of the city and pointed out places of interest and best way to walk there (when she learned it was our first trip to Porto). The breakfast was simply delicious - amazing!!! The owner, Marianna, has put so much love into Na Travessa and truly cares about the stays of all of her guests. We recommend whole heartedly!

We loved our stay at Na Travessa Suites! Thank you Mariana for offering such a personalized stay. We had an early morning tour planned our first day and Mariana ensured we had fresh coffee and breakfast before we left. The daily breakfast choices were diverse, fresh and delicious. The house has been beautifully renovated and restored. The rooms are very well appointed and the view from our balcony of the city was the perfect way to wake up every morning. The proximity to restaurants, amenities and the waterfront is great. Thank you Mariana for helping to make our time in Porto so memorable. We spent 2 nights in this wonderful small hotel and we highly recommend it It is very stylish and comfortable and the views are amazing It’s very conveniently located near the train station and it’s easy to walk everywhere The breakfast is delicious Mariana, the owner, is really welcoming and friendly and she goes to great length to look after her guests Na Travessa is a hidden gem in Porto

We traveled to Portugal for our 40th anniversary and stayed at Na Travessa Suites during our visit to Porto. It was a great choice! Mariana, one of the owners, was so sweet during the reservation process and also during our stay! She was always prompt in responding to questions, helped us determine where to go to various places in town, suggested things we could do, made incredibly delicious breakfasts, and even arranged a very nice and reliable taxi driver to take us to the airport upon our departure when we found out that the metro wouldn't be running as early as we needed for our transport! The B & B was very pretty, the bed was quite comfortable, the shower was very large, and we had lots of shelf space for our comfort and belongings! Mariana even made sure we had tea and coffee available daily in our room and some apples! When we couldn't stay for breakfast one of the mornings when heading for a tour, she quickly gave us some warm croissants and asked if we wanted any orange juice! In fact, our taxi driver, who said he assists several hotels when customers need a taxi, said Marianna is the sweetest and most helpful to all her customers than any of the other businesses! As for the location, it's very near the train station and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Porto, so we didn't need to use any public transportation except for traveling to the airport upon our departure. And the pleasant surprise was that our tour to the Douro Valley left from a travel agent's office that was only about a minute's walking distance from Na Travessa Suites! We would definitely recommend that others stay at this B & B!

Such a charming place with a bed and breakfast feel. Amazing location near the river and church. Hosts made us feel so special and welcome.
