차가 있다면 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 인기 있는 식당가 대부분이 차로 5~10분 거리거든요. 프런트 직원들은 모두 친절하고 상냥합니다. 주차도 아주 편리하고 안전해서 저녁 식사 후 늦은 시간에 돌아왔을 때도 항상 주차할 곳이 있었습니다. 이포에 올 때마다 이 호텔에 묵고 있는데, 앞으로도 계속 그럴 생각입니다. 모든 면에서 만족스럽지만, 손수건이 하나 더 있었으면 하는 아쉬움은 있습니다.

호텔 위치는 시내와 가까워서 좋았습니다. 지하 주차장은 좀 으스스했고 대부분 다른 단체 손님들이 예약해 놓은 상태였습니다. 그래서 호텔 앞 도로변에 주차했습니다. 주차 요금은 꼭 내셔야 합니다! 조식은 볶음면(Yee Mee)을 제외하고는 괜찮았습니다. 볶음면에는 MSG가 조금 더 들어갔으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 오믈렛은 맛있어서 여러 번 먹었습니다. 넷플릭스 계정이 이미 가입되어 있어서 저희 계정을 사용할 필요가 없었습니다. 생수를 추가로 요청했는데 방으로 가져다주셔서 감사했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 항상 필요한 것을 도와주려고 했습니다.

리뷰: 이포 M 부티크 호텔 3박 2박 숙박 이포에 있는 M 부티크 호텔에서 2박 3일 동안 묵었습니다. 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 지역 명소와 맛집으로 편리하게 이동할 수 있는 전략적 위치에 자리 잡고 있었습니다. 무료 주차가 가능했고, 체크인/체크아웃 절차도 원활하고 효율적이었습니다. 객실 에어컨은 정말 훌륭해서 숙박하는 내내 시원하고 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 하지만 몇 가지 단점이 있었습니다. 방음이 좀 더 개선되었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 옆방이나 복도에서 들리는 소음이 꽤 잘 들렸습니다. 근처에 모스크가 있어서 특정 시간에 기도 소리가 들렸습니다. 잠이 얕은 편이라면 귀마개를 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 또 다른 단점은 욕실 수압이 불안정해서 샤워하기가 다소 불편했다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 M 부티크 호텔은 훌륭한 분위기와 좋은 편의시설을 갖추고 있어 최적의 위치에 있지만, 방음과 욕실 시설은 개선의 여지가 있습니다.

Got a short trip to Ipoh and choose Zone Hotel Ipoh. The location is nice where it is just 15 mins from Ipoh city central and nearby to plaza tol. It feels comfortable to stay with clean room and quiet environment.

The curtains were not thick enough, allowing sunlight to stream in and making the room feel hot. The café staff member behaved rudely, accusing us of not paying for breakfast without checking first. The staff member did not apologize after we showed proof that our booking included breakfast, and simply walked away with an unpleasant expression.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others.
