The spacious oceanfront master suite has a king bed with storage, a large dresser and mirror, two bedside tables, a sitting chair, a closet, and a Smart TV. There is a slider to the deck and outside seating for four to listen to the waves and enjoy the stunning ocean views. The well-lit master bathroom has an oversized, single-bowl sink with plenty of storage and an additional shelving area to the left of the shower for towels and extras. The shower has two glass shelves for your supplies and a handheld showerhead. The oceanfront queen bedroom on this floor has a queen-size storage bed, two bedside tables, a tall, narrow chest of drawers, and a Smart TV. There is room in the closet to store your suitcases but no hanging area because it's under the stairs. The slider in this room leads to the deck with outside seating and is shared with the master. The double bunk bedroom on this floor is perfect for families or extra guests; it is located on the roadside of the house and has a large chest of drawers, a bedside table, a Smart TV, and a closet. There is also a pack-n-play in the closet.The second bathroom on this floor for the queen and bunk rooms is well-lit and has some storage space to the right of the shower and under the vanity. The furniture is really comfortable, and it’s a big enough space to hang out when you’re in from the beach. The dining table is bar height and seats 6. The oversized bar has seating for 4 more and a lot of serving or workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with serve and cookware and has a Keurig, blender, griddle, and toaster oven combo & toaster in addition to the new frig/freezer with water and ice maker, sink disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and cooktop/oven. The kitchen has plenty of storage, and there's also a small pantry closet right off the kitchen.The queen bedroom on this floor has a queen storage bed, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, a closet, and a Smart TV. It does not have an ocean view, but it's the only bedroom on this floor and will use the bathroom with the largest shower. The bathroom on this floor has a large tiled shower with seating and two shelves. Back down to the first floor, you'll find a large master suite with a living area and a full bath with shower. You do have to go outside of the house to get to this room, but it is a nice, big room. Inside this separate entrance master suite, there's a king-size storage bed, a large dresser with a mirror, and two bedside tables, but it does not have a closet. There's also a comfortable sectional that pulls out into a full-size bed, a coffee table, and a 55" Smart TV. A small refrigerator/freezer has been added. The bathroom for this suite has a shower with a small seat and a handheld showerhead. This suite is perfect for when couples and families vacation together since it adds an extra inside living area and privacy. This suite has a private patio by the dunes with seating for two and a hammock, and the outside shower for the home is located to the right on the side of the house. The outside shower has hot and cold water, a rain head, a regular head, a foot wash, and a hose connection to wash you and your beach gear off.Emerald Isle Escape is the west side of the duplex only. It was completely gutted and renovated inside and out including the front porch and boardwalk to the beach in 2024, and we have done our best to make it as nice and comfortable for your vacation home as possible. We even added an extra water heater so when everyone heads off the beach at the same time to grab dinner at a local favorite, you shouldn't run out of hot water! Every room has a ceiling fan and Smart TV, and all three floors have separate A/C controls. Besides being just steps from the ocean and uncrowded beach, the location of Emerald Isle Escape is great because as soon as you come off the EI bridge onto the island, you get into the right lane out of traffic, turn at the very first light, and are here in just a few minutes. You should be able to park 7 cars in the driveway on our side of the duplex.Please be mindful that, like all homes on EI, there are full-time residents and other vacationers around this rental. You should relax, let loose, and have a great time on vacation, but this is not a party house. Please enjoy yourself as we always have when we are on vacation, but be mindful that reckless or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.
