Totally having a good time . Very clean and neat. Complete utilities , suitable for family stay. Smooth Check in. Easy access to parking and lobby. Many spaces to Take great picture for Memories. Definitely will repeat this unit to stay next time.

I love to stay in this property as the priority host was prompt in replies, maintained cleanliness of the property. The check in and check out process was easier. Ample of parking. Indoor swimming pool was amazing. I highly recommend this unit to everyone. I will rebook this unit as well.

이 콘도미니엄은 임피아나 호텔 이포(Impiana Hotel Ipoh) 뒤쪽에 위치해 있어 찾기가 조금 어렵습니다. 차로 이동할 때 콘도미니엄으로 들어가는 길이 잘 보이지 않습니다. 콘도미니엄은 신축 건물이라 유닛은 새것과 다름없습니다. 주차는 추후 공지가 있을 때까지 임시적으로 무료입니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 다만, 유닛 천장과 복도에 페레오에카 우테렐라(Phereoeca uterella)가 상당히 많았습니다. 좀 더 철저한 청소가 필요해 보입니다. 시설 자체는 괜찮았지만, 다른 유닛 투숙객들이 수영장 이용 규칙을 제대로 지키지 않는 것을 목격했습니다. 적절한 수영복을 착용하지 않거나, 수영장에 들어가기 전에 샤워를 하지 않아 수영장 물이 더럽고 기름기가 많아 보였습니다. 정말 불쾌했습니다. 관리사무소와 경비원들이 이 문제에 대해 더 엄격하게 관리해 주셨으면 합니다.

맨해튼 콘도에서 3일 2박을 머물렀는데 전반적으로 편안한 경험이었습니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 현대적이었으며 Wi-Fi, 주방용품, 세탁기 등 기본적인 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 편리했습니다. 체크인 과정도 순조로웠고, 호스트는 친절하고 응답이 빨랐습니다. 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 이포 시내, 맛집, 그리고 로스트 월드 오브 탐분 같은 관광 명소까지 차로 금방 갈 수 있었습니다. 콘도 내 헬스장과 수영장도 잘 관리되어 있었고, 보안 시스템도 믿을 만해 보였습니다. 이포에서 편안하고 합리적인 가격의 숙소를 찾는 가족이나 소규모 그룹에게 전반적으로 아주 좋은 선택입니다. 저도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

Location is surrounding with lot of restaurants.only took 5-7 min to Aquatic centre. There is washer in the unit but no hanger or place to hang the clothes. Overall is ok

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

아파트는 거대하고 매우 편리합니다. 모든 식사 및 쇼핑 지역 내. 많은 주차 공간과 위층은 매우 조용합니다. 아파트는 체크인이 쉬웠고 깨끗했습니다.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.

장점: 귀엽고 깨끗한 단위. 이포에서 그룹 숙박에 적합합니다. 마을 근처에 위치; 자동차로 갈 수 있습니다 5-10mins. 단위의 모든 것이 제대로 작동합니다. WiFi. 세탁용 세탁기도 있습니다. 세면도구와 세탁물을 가져오는 것이 좋습니다. 세제. 전반적으로 빠른 도주를위한 좋은 장소입니다. CON 나쁜 건물 관리, 잘못이 아닙니다. 단위 소유자. 무례한 경비원, 불분명한 간판 주차장 안으로, 심지어 최악은 열악한 교통 관리입니다. 이 건물에 운전하고 주차하는 경우, 천천히 가서 시간을 내서 밖을 내다보는 것이 좋습니다. 그 간판에 있는 그 녀석들이 희생되리라는 것을 방해하고 있노라 관리의 말도 안되는 규칙. 이것은 앤더슨 콘도에 두 번째로 머물렀습니다. 처음 숙박에서 주차장이 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 조명과 간판이 좋지 않아 놀랐습니다. 더 나빠질 수 있습니다.
