빌라 산탄드레아, 벨몬드 호텔, 타오르미나 마레에서의 멋진 숙박 나는 Villa Sant'Andrea에서 정말 멋진 숙박을 했습니다. 호텔은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 아름답고 독특하며 매 순간을 특별하게 만드는 멋진 전망을 제공합니다. 내 방은 매우 편안했고 머무는 동안 편안하고 평화로운 잠을 즐겼습니다. 내 경험을 기억에 남게 만들어준 모든 직원들에게 진심으로 감사드립니다. 저를 체크인 한 팀부터 도착 및 출발시 친절하게 도와주신 벨맨과 도어맨까지. 당신의 따뜻한 환대와 세부 사항에 대한 관심은 눈에 띄지 않았습니다. 이 호텔이 그렇게 유명하다는 것은 놀라운 일이 아닙니다. 당신은 내 휴가에 이렇게 아름다운 추억을 만들었습니다. 나는 항상 소중히 간직할 것입니다. 나는 진정으로 미래에 돌아올 것을 고대합니다. 그런 특별한 경험을 해주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다.

다음 생일은 타오르미나의 유명한 엑셀시오르 팰리스 호텔에서 보내기로 했습니다. 1904년에 지어진 이 호텔은 로비부터 객실까지 역사와 세월의 흔적이 물씬 풍깁니다. 처음에는 발코니가 없는 싱글룸을 배정받았지만, 프런트에 요청하니 로비 바 바로 옆 1층에 있는 발코니가 있는 방으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 아주 편리했습니다. 호텔은 중앙 냉방 시스템으로 난방을 하는데, 소음은 좀 크지만 따뜻했습니다. 그런데 다음 날 아침, 바로 옆 욕실에서 공사 소음 때문에 잠에서 깼습니다. 드릴 소리가 쉴 새 없이 울렸습니다. 프런트에 연락하니 디럭스룸(2층에 있는 새 더블룸)으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 짐을 싸고 푸는 과정이 조금 번거로웠습니다. 그리고 다음 날 체크아웃을 해야 해서 또 짐을 싸야 했습니다. 하지만 방은 넓고 쾌적했고, 생각보다 빨리 더워지지 않았습니다. 시끄러운 에어컨을 끄면 오히려 시원했습니다. 아침 식사는 계란, 소시지, 치즈, 채소, 시리얼, 요구르트, 견과류, 셔벗, 페이스트리 등 단조로웠습니다. 둘째 날에는 커피 머신이 고장 나서 웨이터에게 여러 번 커피를 가져다 달라고 요청해야 했습니다. 이 정도 수준의 호텔에서 커피 머신을 고치지 않는다는 건 정말 이상했습니다! 전반적으로 숙박은 즐거웠지만, 객실은 낡았고 성수기 가격 대비 가치가 없었습니다. 그저 호텔 체인 이름값만 하는 것 같았습니다. 객실 미니바의 물은 추가 요금이 부과되고, 가운도 제공되지 않았으며, 제 생일 축하 인사조차 받지 못했습니다. 세금은 하루에 4유로였습니다. 1층 복도에서는 좋은 냄새가 났습니다. 아침 식사 때 카푸치노를 한 잔 더 달라고 웨이터를 찾아다녀야 했던 점도 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 웨이터는 제가 커피를 원하는지 다시 묻지도 않고 마치 저에게 호의를 베푸는 것처럼 행동했습니다.

We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area. We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella. The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too! The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there. Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

나는이 호텔을 정말 좋아합니다. Taormina의 중심에 위치하여 바다 전망이 아름답고 Etna 화산도 매우 깨끗하고 깨끗합니다. 방이 넓고, 웨이터도 편리하고, 발코니가 더 쾌적합니다! 특히 프론트 데스크에서 일하는 아저씨처럼 🧍♂️ 문제를 다루는 것은 질서 정연하고 세심하며 따뜻한 서비스는 우아합니다. 다음에이 호텔을 다시 예약 할 것입니다.

Everything was good except for the laundry. We paid 40 euros and our laundry came back still somewhat dirty and not smelling clean. All my white clothes were ruined because they didn't separate. Wasted my money and my clothes. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. We had a sea view room which was beautiful however it felt so stuffy and humid that it prevented us from sleeping and we were unable to turn on the air conditioning. The walls were so thin that we could hear people outside all night, we could hear the people have breakfast in the morning, and we could hear the opera couple streets over. Location was close enough to the bus and to shops and restaraunts.

모든 게 마음에 들었어요. 인테리어, 에어컨, 욕실 설비까지 마치 1980년대 이탈리아에 온 것 같았어요. 마치 다른 시대에 온 듯한 기분이었고, 이렇게 멋진 분위기를 만들어주신 직원분들께 감사드립니다.

Il y a avait des problèmes avec les robinets dans la salle de bain et il y avait des problèmes avec d'eau chaude. La chose la plus désagréable était le bruit pendant tout le soir et ça dérangeait bien notre someil. Je n'y ira plus.

La posizione è ottima e la struttura ha grosse potenzialità, tuttavia è poco curata la pulizia, soprattutto nelle parti comuni, e la colazione è appena sufficiente. L'area piscina risulta decisamente trasandata e sporca, pur essendo eccezionale sia la vista che ha sia la posizione. Sicuramente è migliorabile con pochi accorgimenti, pulizia ed un pò di arredi o elementi caratteristici.

Excelente establecimiento. Desde que uno entra tiene la mejor atención de las recepcionistas y del dueño. La vista es espléndida al mar y al volcán etna. Todo es muy muy bueno. 100% recomendable
