'We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.'

'We stayed at Go Hotels for three days, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the things we really loved was the location. The hotel is conveniently located right beside Robinsons Mall, so it was very easy for us to buy food, shop, and get whatever we needed without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Go Hotels. The cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and convenient location made our three-day stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would gladly stay here again! ❤️'

'This will be a positive review. I stated 8 or 10 other gv hotels before, but i have to give this one eight out of 10 which is excellent considering all the others were five or six. It is cleaner overall the staff seems to be more attentive and care it's a nice place finally good to see a manager doing a good job. Thank you.'

'Booked this hotel for my cousin’s wedding preparation. Overall, a good experience and accommodating staff.'

'We enjoyed our stay as always but we would like to complain about one worker who was asked to check on our refrigerator ..he said came in our room 303 and spoke no words ..just look at me and my Wife as if we looked crazy..even as we offered thanks for help he just walked out..my Wife and I could not help but feel low because of his look and treatment. We did not see his name but we will remember he wears glasses .. Thanks .. Thomas Ward'

'체크인시에 ID를 요구받아 여권을 냈지만, 안 된다고 말해, 다른 ID가 없는지 끈질겼다. 어느 호텔에서도 여권에서 거의 괜찮 았지만이 호텔은 리셉션이 좋지 않았다고 생각합니다. 방도 예약한 방은 아니고 싱글이었습니다. 사이트에 불만 넣으면 방을 변경해 주었다. Tripcom의 대응이 매우 좋았습니다.'

'I had a nice experience staying at the hotel. The location was convenient, and the room was cozy and clean.'

'The thing I really like the most about our room is the lighting, it’s super aesthetic! Hehe. It’s also clean and smells really nice. The staff are friendly and approachable, and they’re always happy, which I really like. Overall, it’s definitely a 10/10! I highly recommend staying jmcl if you’re just visiting tacloban just to explore or go to Marasbaras or downtown. Although it takes two rides to get there, pero okay naman din. worth it talaga 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻….'

'체크아웃을 서두르느라 실수로 짐에 열쇠를 두고 나왔는데, 체크아웃하고 한 시간 뒤에 열쇠를 맡겼다는 이메일을 받았고, 프런트 데스크에서 열쇠를 찾을 수 있다는 내용이었습니다. Rosvenil의 정직하고 열심히 일하는 직원들에게 감사드립니다.'
