'피렌체에 머물기에 좋은 선택입니다. 단점: 일정 시간 이후에는 체크인이 불가능합니다. 리셉션에 직원이 24시간 상주한다는 점을 제외하면 이 정책은 이해할 만합니다. 문은 일정 시간이 지나면 항상 잠기므로 다시 들어가려면 벨을 눌러야 합니다. 호텔을 나설 때마다 열쇠를 리셉션에 맡겨야 합니다. 열쇠는 물리적인 것이기 때문에 괜찮습니다. 하지만 신중하고 프라이버시를 중시하는 사람이라면 이상적이지 않습니다. 누군가가 지켜보고 있다는 막연한 느낌을 받을 수 있기 때문입니다. 앞서 언급했듯이 좋은 선택이지만, 피렌체의 다른 호텔처럼 문을 열 수 있는 전자 카드나 임시 비밀번호를 사용하는 것이 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 이렇게 하면 투숙객은 더 나은 경험을 하고 집에 있는 것 같은 느낌을 더 확실히 받을 수 있습니다. 야간 경비원의 업무는 투숙객이 코드나 전자 카드를 분실한 경우에만 벨을 누르면 되므로 더 쉽고 덜 번거로울 것입니다.'

'이번 유럽 여행에서 가성비가 가장 아쉬웠던 호텔이에요. 우선, 호텔 전체적으로 조명이 어둡고 에어컨 난방 기능도 없는데, 난방이 되는 시기도 아니라 방이 어둡고 추웠어요. 이불도 얇아서 3박 동안 정말 힘들었습니다. 마지막 밤에 이불을 하나 더 요청해서 그나마 나아졌는데 (다른 호텔처럼 객실에 여분의 이불이 구비되어 있지 않았어요), 프런트에 이불을 요청했는데 아침에 요청한 건데도 해가 질 때까지 가져다주지 않아서 다시 프런트에 가서 재촉해서야 받을 수 있었습니다. 다음으로, 이런 호텔은 카드 키를 한 장만 주는데, 이게 객실 카드 겸 전원 카드 역할을 해요. 객실에는 계속 전원이 공급되는 콘센트도 없어서 충전이 불가능했습니다. 다행히 이번 여행에서는 자주 충전해야 하는 기기를 가져오지 않아서 망정이지, 아니었다면 정말 불편했을 거예요. 물론, 호텔의 장점도 있습니다. 기차역과 관광지에서 매우 가까워서 이동이 편리하고 아침 식사도 꽤 푸짐했어요.'

'피렌체🇮🇹접근성 최고!! 엄청 싼 가성비 호텔 가든블루 피렌체 가성비 호텔 3성급 가든블루입니다. 피렌체에서 4박을 보낼 숙소를 검색했는데, 조식을 제공해 주고, 저렴한 숙소가 있어서 반신반의하면서 예약했어요. Garden Blue Via Venezia, 18b, 50121 Firenze FI, 이탈리아 4박에 300유로정도로 약 십만원씩에 결제했어요. 약간 기숙사 느낌의 침대가 두개 있어요. 제가 숙소를 추천하는 이유는 가격도 있지만, 청소상태가 청결합니다. 시트도 깨끗하고 청소도 매일 해주셨어요. 미니 냉장고도 있고, 전자렌지는 데스크에 부탁하면, 돌려주십니다. 따뜻한 물도 데스크에 부탁하면 제공됩니다. 옥상정원에서 두우모성당이 보입니다. 위치도 좋고, 조식은 더욱더 맛있는 가든블루 추천합니다. 우유에 시리얼 치즈케이크 모닝빵과 식빵, 삶은 계란 🥞 팬케이크기계도 있어요. 조식은 치즈 종류가 많고, 케이크 빵 종류가 많고 커피의 종류도 많아요. 맛도~좋아요 😀 데스크 직원분이 주신 피렌체 지도 보고 여행중입니다. 다들 즐거운 여행되시고, 가성비호텔입니다.'

However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!'

'호텔은 피렌체 공항과 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔에서 공항과 시내 간 셔틀버스 T2 정류장까지 도보로 10분 미만이 소요됩니다. 요금은 1.7유로이며 시내까지는 20분 이상 소요됩니다. 그래도 너무 편리하고 이 가격에 이런 방에 묵을 수 있어서 상당히 만족스럽습니다. 하지만 피렌체는 그리 크지 않고, 도시로 가는 공항도 불과 5km 남짓 떨어져 있습니다.'

'위치는 좋았습니다. 길 건너편에 바로 기차역이 있었습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절했고, 아침 식사로 볶음밥과 쏸차이가 나왔습니다. (유럽에서 이런 아침 식사를 맛볼 수 있다는 것은 대단한 장점입니다.) 하지만! 호텔은 많이 낡았고, 마치 중국의 오래된 3성급 여관 같았습니다. 시설도 오래되었습니다. 짐이 많으시다면 이 점을 고려하셔야 합니다. 호텔 입구의 계단이 꽤 높아서 직접 짐을 옮겨야 하기 때문입니다. 1층(한국 기준으로 2층)에 머무시더라도 계단을 이용해 짐을 옮겨야 합니다. 호텔은 무료 짐 보관 서비스를 제공하지만 직원의 관리가 없었고, 자유롭게 드나들 수 있었습니다. (CCTV는 있다고 들었습니다.)'
