'This was the best hotel I could find at this price in the city center of Coimbatore. Compared to the availability of hotels in China (where I was returning from), the options in Coimbatore were surprisingly more expensive, less well-equipped, and offered fewer amenities (no slippers, no toothbrush, no liquid soap in the bathroom, no hair dryer, etc.). The cleanliness of the room was just about acceptable. If the hotel were priced around 2000 INR per night, it would feel like a fair deal. But I paid 320 CNY (~4000 INR), and at that price, I don’t find it economical. That said, there were some positives: they provided an extra mattress for me to sleep on (in addition to my parents), and the breakfast was very good—though part of that may be because I was especially hungry in the morning, and I usually enjoy hotel breakfasts. Overall, I’d say the hotel is okay, but I would recommend checking other deals before settling on this one.'

'The worst front desk service in my last 25 years business travelling life. The staff is working his own and saying wait after I standing in front of the counter 3 minutes, then went off without greeting or referring to other staff. So surprise to know that he is the Sales in-charge after telling our feeling to other staff. Breakfast is excellent and staff are kind always. Cleaniness need to improve as many hairs in bathtub and water stains.'
