방도 좋았고 언제든지 먹을 수 있는 스낵과 아이스크림도 나쁘지 않았습니다! 저녁에 야식뷔페를 하니 웃겼네요(무서움). 29시부터 시작했는데 사람들이 많았어요. 솔직히 방금 먹었으니 배가 고프진 않을 거에요😅. 식사를 절약하고 관광객들이 이곳에서 저녁 식사를 할 수 있도록 하는 그룹이요? 😂😂😂 너무 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사합니다. 215개 방을 통째로 예약해서 숙소로 사용하고 싶었는데 그런 서비스가 없다고 해서 너무 죄송해요… .

A Scenic Stay with a Convenient Catch My stay at Hotelday Hualien was a bit of a mixed bag. It has some genuinely charming touches and a great view, but its location and certain amenities require some adjustment. Location & Transportation: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hualien Train Station, which is fantastic if you're arriving by rail. However, I soon realized that the train station is not the city center. The main downtown area is a significant distance away—about a 40-minute walk. This means you'll either need to plan for long walks or rely on taxis and buses to get to the main dining and night market areas. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of. The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic. Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility. On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch. The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future. Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers. The thoughtful service, like the ice delivery and the ”postcard to your future self” program, adds a warm, personal touch. However, the distance from the city center and the very basic gym are drawbacks. It's a solid choice for a comfortable night's sleep near the station, especially if you appreciate sentimental gestures, but be prepared for the travel time to the main attractions.

방도 넓고 침대도 편안했어요. 13층에 묵어서 바닷가랑 야시장도 잘보였어요!! 조식은 먹지않았지만 호텔 바로앞에 맥도날드, 아침식당들이 있어서 불편하지않았어요~ 담에도 또 숙박하고 싶은 호텔이었습니다!!

방은 매우 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하며 1시 30분까지 먹을 수 있습니다! 발코니가 있어서 좋아요. 발코니가 금연으로 표시되어 있지만 중층과 고층의 발코니에서는 여전히 연기 냄새가 나기 때문에 추천합니다. 1층 아케이드도 금연으로 표시되어야 합니다. 다음에 또 올게요

화려한 호텔이지만 개선이 필요합니다. 하우스키핑 측면에서 그들은 ESG라는 이름을 사용하여 서비스를 회피합니다. 세면대에는 기본적인 손 비누와 수건도 제공되지 않아 객실로 돌아왔을 때 손을 씻는 것은 얻을 수 없는 기본적인 권리로 전락했습니다. 아침 식사에 관해서는 ESG 정신이 완전히 반대됩니다. 요리의 절반 정도는 가공식품입니다. 분명히 값싼 신신 소시지로 만든 것이지만, 이름표에는 사람들을 속이기 위해 ”프랑크푸르터 소시지”라고 적혀 있습니다. 닭고기 롤도 가공식품이에요. 그들은 손님에 대한 존중심이 전혀 없습니다. 레스토랑의 케이크와 과일을 진열하는 캐비닛의 유리 측면과 앞면은 얼룩으로 가득 차 있습니다. 호텔 웹사이트에 광고된 수준에 전혀 미치지 못합니다. 저는 다시는 이 호텔을 고려하지 않을 겁니다!

Overall a good experience (except one thing - see in the bottom). The location is somewhat central and on the walking promenade, but not very close to the railway station or the waterfront. About 25-35 min walk to the railway station but still okay. About 15 min to the waterfront. Food options: there are a couple of local restaurants right near across from the promenade, including a noodle shop, a tempura donburi and a fried seafood place - all along the promenade. There's also a PX Mart not too far away, about 5 min walk. The rooms are spacious and clean, very new renovation (as of 2025, seems like 2023-2024), no fridge in the room (on the first floor only), but there's a kettle. The bed was somewhat stiff but okay. Overall felt like great value for the location and the quality, and especially the room size. The only drawback - Easy to fix - was the towels. There was no proper size bathroom towels on my stay in May 2025. The small towels are rather insuficcient for showering.

화련역에서 도보로 5분 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 비오는 날 제외하고 자전거 대여 가능합니다. 스낵바 무제한으로 사용 가능하며 음료수 커피 차 모두 제공합니다. 옥상에서 야경보기 좋고 해먹이 있어 날씨 좋은 날에는 야식 사서 맥주 한잔 하는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다. 숙소 앞에 버스 정류장이 있어서 시내로 나갈 때 이용하기 좋습니다. 방음이 잘 안 된다는 후기가 많았는데 확실히 옆 방에서 화장실을 사용할 경우 소리가 다 들립니다 바깥에 차 다니는 소리도 너무 잘 들려서 조용한 곳을 찾는 분이라면 추천하지 않습니다. 참고로 에어컨 소리는 작동을 중지 시킬 수 있어 큰 문제는 안 될 것 같습니다. YouTube 볼 수 있는데 따로 기계를 켜야 합니다 리모콘 보시면 전원 버튼가 두개가 있는데 왼쪽이 YouTube 기계입니다.

두번째 예약했을때 방에 들어오자마자 강한 냄새(담배냄새)가 나서 카운터 아줌마한테 올라와서 호텔향이라고 해달라고 했더니 저한테 물어보더라구요. 가능하다면 방을 바꿔달라고 하더군요. 방을 바꾼 후 바로 큰 방으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 호텔의 서비스에 감사드립니다. 다시 이곳에 묵을 예정입니다.

I am overlook that this hotel has no lift. So we need to carry heavy luggage to 1st floor. Provide many boardgame and playing card at the counter. And the prison Theme is quite fun, the hotel provide many prison cloth and prison accessories for photo shooting. special experience.
