수영장 시설을 갖춘 콜롬비아 안티오키아 호텔

La chambre est trop petite et le lit trop petit pour deux personnes. L’eau de la douche est pas chaude souvent il faut attendre trop longtemps. Impossible de mettre sa valise quelques part. Pas confortable dutout. Bonne situation géographique car bcp de resto à proximité. Petite piscine sur le toit chaude. Belle vue. Mais ne vaut pas son prix.

It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa. My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service. Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

NH는 활기찬 고급 지역인 Provincia 교외에 매우 잘 위치해 있습니다. 우리는 비즈니스를 위해 여기에 있었고 밤에 많은 바와 레스토랑으로 지역을 안전하게 걸어 고객을 만날 수있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔은 현대적이고 객실은 편안하지만 5 성급 표준에 맞지 않거나 국제 표준이 의미하는 바에 맞지 않습니다.

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

호텔은 나와 내 가족에게 긍정적인 경험이었습니다. 나는 3명이 이용할 수 있는 스위트룸에 살았다. 한 명 이상의 자녀와 함께 오시면 더 잘 수용할 수 있는 별도의 공간과 2개의 욕실. 즐기기에는 좋지만 거기에서 먹고 싶다면 그렇게 많지 않습니다. 요리사는 그곳에서 일하는 견습생처럼 보이며 모든 것이 메뉴에 있는 것은 아닙니다. 직원은 50/50 멋졌다, 우리가 가지고 있었던 두 개의 작은 사건, 하나는 저녁 시간까지 낮 동안 일하는 젊은 남성 접수원과 대부분이었다, 한 번 나는 나의 키 카드를 잊어 버렸고 나는 그에게 멋지게 갔다 다른 하나를 요청하고, 잘, 그는 나를 내 얼굴을 보지도 않고 나에게 아무 말도 하지 않고 키 카드를 주었지만 대신 동료와 계속 이야기하고 눈을 마주치지도 않았습니다! 방금 카드를 연장하고 나에게 줬는데... 호텔 여성 손님에게 왜 경멸적인 대우를 받았는지 알지 못하는 나에게 나쁜 태도의 제스처였습니다! 제 생각에는 조금 무관심했습니다. 재미있는 두 번째 사건은 리셉션에서 오후 시간처럼 일찍 칫솔 2개를 요청했다는 것입니다. 자정에 우리가 자고 있을 때 누군가가 우리가 직접 가져와야 하는 칫솔을 가져오는 문을 두드렸고, 호텔 서비스가 시간에 문앞에서 배달하는 데 몇 시간이 걸렸기 때문입니다!! 그래서 우리는 호텔에서 가장 가까운 약국에서 구입하기로 결정했습니다. 그러나 그것은 단지 그들이 시간에 치마를 얻는 데 얼마나 걸릴지 확인하기 위해 서비스를 테스트하고있었습니다.? Lol Lol 어쨌든 ... 걱정하지 마십시오. 나는 돌아와서 호텔을 여전히 즐길 것입니다 ... 관리자는 모든 손님에게 더 높은 고객 서비스를 제공하기 위해 직원을 더 잘 훈련시켜야한다고 생각합니다 👍🏼 내 아들은 수영장과 자쿠지를 즐기면서 매우 행복했습니다. 좋아, 내 아들을 위한 무엇이든 :)

방은 깨끗하고 편안합니다

호텔은 좋은 위치에 있었고 Poblado의 유흥가에서 너무 멀지는 않았지만 모든 소음이 들릴 정도로 가깝지는 않습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하지 않았지만 충분했습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 내 방문 목적을 달성했습니다.
