The hotel looks fresh and modern, almost like it was recently build. The gym is pretty small but good enough if you just need a quick workout, and the pool is nice for this type of hotel — although it can get very busy at times, so don’t expect a quiet swim.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. It’s quite minimal, more like a 3-star standard, but of course that depends on what you’re used to — just don’t expect too much. Other than that, there isn’t much more to mention. Overall, it’s okay, but there are definitely better hotels in Medellín for a similar price

내 예약이 여행으로 100% 지불되었을 때 그들은 나에게 VAT를 부과했으며 DIAN(콜롬비아 세무 당국)에 따라 외국인의 경우 이 세금이 부과되어서는 안 됩니다. 호텔은 웹사이트에 이에 대한 불만 사항이 여러 개 있기 때문에 이를 알고 있었지만 여전히 부적절하고 불법적인 경제적 이익을 얻은 손님들을 놀라게 했습니다... 프론트 데스크 매니저는 매우 나빴습니다... 이 모든 것을 알면서 이 지불을 요구했습니다. 호텔의 부실한 관리로 인해 발생하는 불편함 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다.

停車場入口有點難找，麥德林是個山城，酒店也在山坡的一腳。我覺得設施空間等都還不錯，比較喜歡！推薦入選，一家印尼連鎖酒店。

Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders gemütlich, und es ist ziemlich laut. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es aber in Ordnung

It was a nice stay. Initially we booked the junior suite. When we arrived we were offered an upgrade. That was nice as we received a 20% discount on the dinners and 10% on the spa.
My girlfriend -as a massage specialist - enjoyed the deep tissue massage (she gave it a 7.5). We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Also the lounge was nice and we had some drinks and bites end of day. All in all a nice stay and very friendly service.
Location is very close to the airport, which made it a nice stay at the end of our trip.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Una maravillosa experiencia. La atención de TODO el grupo de trabajo es excelente. Amigables. Respetuosos. Resaltó a Oswaldo el mesero. Diego el botones Verónica la mesera y en general todos estos vinos 8 días y todo me encantó. Las habitaciones espaciosas camas muy cómodas . Gracias esperamos vomver

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great!
The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

리리뷰어The view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying.
The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

리리뷰어Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

- 매우 시끄럽고 문과 벽이 매우 얇아서 방 밖에서 모든 것을들을 수 있습니다. 첫날 밤에 로비에 바로 방이 있었는데 너무 커서 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 이것은 기꺼이 수용되었습니다. 그러나 다음 방도 시끄러웠다 (그렇게 많지는 않지만)
- 호텔을 드나들려면 리셉션에 앉아있는 직원이 필요하지만 밤에는 매우 시끄럽고 호텔 전체를 깨워주는 벨을 울려야합니다.
- 일부 객실에는 적절한 창문이 없습니다.

SSarahEl Poblado의 아름다운 새 호텔. 프로벤자라는 광기에서 짧은 택시. 3층은 수압 요법 수영장과 적외선 사우나가 있어 환상적입니다. 듣는 방과 요가실도 있습니다.
직원들은 매우 세심하고 진정으로 따뜻했습니다. 잡고 갈 무알코올 및 알코올 음료의 품질은 높았습니다.
놀라운 커피.
그들은 아침 식사 옵션으로 그것을 못 박았습니다. 차가운 스크램블 에그 또는 조식 뷔페에서 과식하는 두려움이 없습니다.
나는 shakshuka와 benny를 모두 즐겼습니다.
세탁도 하고 다음날까지 준비한다고 했는데 같은 날 완성됐다.
확실히 여기에 머물러라!!
