하루 동안 여기에 머물렀고 매우 만족했습니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔한 객실, 신선한 침대 시트를 호스트했습니다. 특히 직원들이 친절한 분위기를 좋아했고 항상 도시 주변의 질문과 조언을 도와주었습니다. 주방에 필요한 모든 것이 있으며 인터넷은 안정적으로 작동했습니다. 편리한 위치: 많은 상점, 카페 및 교통 정류장. 가격 대비 훌륭한 옵션. 내가 여전히 알마티에 간다면 나는 아마 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

Понравилось все! Отель новый, поэтому вдвойне приятно всем пользоваться. Вкусный завтрак, подается по порциям, расположение отеля удобное - ближе к горам и речке, весь персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Однозначно рекомендую!

헤어드라이어를 찾을 수 없어서 샴푸, 샤워젤, 목욕수건을 직접 사야 했습니다. 에어컨은 냉방 효과가 그다지 좋지 않았지만 위생 상태는 괜찮았습니다. 다만 욕실 수압이 너무 약해서 샤워젤을 제대로 헹궈내기가 어려웠습니다.

소련 시대 건물들이 밀집한 주택가에 위치한 새 호텔입니다. 저희는 사이란 버스 정류장 근처 호텔을 찾고 있었는데, 입구에서 5미터 이내에 상점, 제과점, 여러 패스트푸드점, 카페가 있었지만 산책할 만한 곳은 없었습니다. 낮에는 눈 덮인 산의 아름다운 경치를 감상할 수 있습니다. 친절한 젊은 직원이 신속하게 체크인을 도와주었습니다. 객실의 모든 시설은 깨끗하고 잘 작동했습니다. 이 4성급 호텔은 수건이 정말 하얗습니다. 이전에 타슈켄트에서 한 곳, 말레이시아에서 세 곳의 호텔에 묵었을 때와 비교해 봤을 때 더욱 새것 같았습니다. 테리 소재의 목욕 가운도 새것처럼 깨끗했습니다. 좋은 샤워 시설, 전기 온수 변기, 바닥 난방, 고급스러운 세면대까지 갖춰져 있었습니다. 객실과 복도에는 두껍고 깨끗한 카펫이 깔려 있었습니다. 프랑스식 발코니와 잘 채워진 미니바도 있었습니다. 침대도 편안했습니다. 다만 베개와 객실 인테리어는 아쉬웠습니다. (모든 것이 베이지색이라 칙칙하고 저렴해 보였지만, 욕실에는 수십만 루블을 투자한 것이 분명해 보였습니다.) 객실 벽과 커튼 색깔이 욕실과 어울리지 않았습니다. 우리는 아침을 먹지 않고 일찍 출발했어요. 카페를 봤는데 정말 아름다웠어요.

К персоналу вопросов нет. Сам хостел такое себе. Кондиционера нет или не включали, открывают окна оттуда шум. Женский туалет один и совсмешен с душем. Хочешь в туалет терпи. Деньги трип ком снимает с русской карты, а приезжаешь на место у тебя требуют наличку. А ты к этому не готов, от слова совсем. В итоге те деньги что я потратила на жилье мне и не хватило до конца путешествия. Причем деньги должны обратно вернуться на карту, но и до сих пор нет

I recently stayed at Saya Almaty Hotel during my trip to Almaty, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience that I would recommend to many travelers. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet yet central part of the city, making it easy to explore popular attractions, restaurants, and cafes while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere away from heavy traffic. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a positive impression. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the reception team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Even with some language barriers, they did their best to assist with directions, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations, which added a personal touch to the experience. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had a comfortable bed, good lighting, and all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium-length stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the reliable hot water, which is always important after a long day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast enough for both work and entertainment, which made it convenient for staying connected. One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of local and international options. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Almaty. The dining area was also clean and relaxed, adding to the overall comfort. In terms of value for money, Saya Almaty Hotel offers a good balance between affordability and quality. While it may not be a luxury hotel, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is especially suitable for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors who are looking for a reliable and budget-friendly option. Overall, my stay at Saya Almaty Hotel was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. If you are visiting Almaty and looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced hotel, this is definitely a solid choice.

First night here served some needed rest. Was intimidated to make payment to stay another night because of incrimination from govt related staff of being arrested or detained. This hotel seemed very similar to apartments and hotels where people stay “for few hours”. It is probable harmful with additional stay where hotel was the only decent hotel near here that does not cost more than 15,000 kazak tenge. No ventilation of room and near room (above beside) allow easy strategic assaults through devices or tech and people manipulation of internet bandwidth. Coincidental: hot water of bath and kettle were damaged to probable implicate or incriminate of the damages or injure well being.

The service was very nice especially the Front desk worker Elmira. It’s good place to stay for just one night.

동료들의 추천으로 예약한 호텔이 꽤 마음에 들었습니다. 직장과 가까워 편리했고, 시내 어디에서든 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 물론 제가 묵었던 방은 가장 기본적인 방(3층)이었지만, 이 호텔에 묵을 예정이라면 알아두어야 할 몇 가지 사항이 있습니다. 욕실은 넓었지만 수건이나 옷을 걸 수 있는 고리나 옷걸이가 없었습니다. 온열 수건걸이는 변기 위에 있어서 수건을 걸어두기에는 불편했습니다. 객실에 쓰레기가 수거되지 않은 것도 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 3박이 지났는데도 객실 청소가 되어 있지 않았습니다. 제가 방을 비운 동안 청소를 해달라고 하려면 키를 두고 직원에게 알려야 한다고 들었습니다. 솔직히 이런 규칙은 처음 봤습니다. 이 호텔만의 특별한 규칙일 수도 있지만, 체크인할 때 아무도 알려주지 않았습니다. 다른 방에 묵었던 동료들도 마찬가지였습니다. 룸서비스는 이용하지 않았고 (호텔에 별도의 식사 공간도 없습니다), 음식의 질은 평가할 수 없습니다. 커피는 항상 리셉션에서 이용 가능합니다. 전반적으로 별점 4점을 줄 만합니다.
