호텔은 오래되었지만 관리가 잘 되고 있는 것 같았습니다. 위치는 아주 좋았습니다. 특히, ”Kok Tobe” 정상으로 가는 케이블카 탑승장이 가깝고, 알마티 중심가 주변에 위치해 있어서 좋았습니다. 단지 청결에 조금 더 신경을 써야 할 것 같습니다. 시설은 낡았지만 계속 인테리어를 하고 있는 것 같았습니다. 일부 층에는 인테리어가 깨끗하게 새로 단장 된 것을 보았습니다. 점수는 너무 낮게 준 것 같은데, 다음에도 알마티에 방문하면 다시 묵고 싶기는 합니다. 참고로, 조식은 맛있게 먹었습니다.

호텔은 괜찮아 보이려고 노력하지만 객실은 보기 흉합니다. 좋은 리셉션, 좋은 아침 식사. 좋은 침대와 베개. 하지만 가구가 조금 낡았고, 샤워기가 구불구불하고 배관이 불편합니다. 미니바에는 초콜릿과 콜라가 가득해서 요구르트를 공급하기가 어려웠습니다. 일부 객실에서는 그다지 기분 좋은 냄새가 나지 않습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 것은! 바닥에 여러 개의 방에 살면 소음을 내고 끊임없이 방에서 방으로 뛰어 다니고 새벽 2 시까지 잠을 자지 못하게하는 인도 거주자로부터 멀리 떨어진 숙소를 요청하십시오. 이사를 요청하기 전까지는 악몽이었습니다. 체크아웃할 때 값비싼 콜라가 담긴 미니바를 확인하는 동안 오랜 시간을 기다려야 하는 것도 짜증이 난다.

不論是商務還是休閑旅客，米爾頓酒店都能讓您的阿拉木圖之行變得更加美好而難忘。附近很多景點，離地鐵站近。

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

매우 좋습니다. 프론트 직원이 영어로 쉽게 의사소통을 할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 집에서 만든 아침 식사입니다.

방은 넓고 시설이 잘 갖추어져있었습니다. 침대는 너무 편안했습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 음식 선택으로 맛있었습니다. 위치는 매우 좋았으며 대부분의 관광 명소는 도보 거리 내에있었습니다.

방은 꽤 큰데 양쪽 복도가 시끄럽고, 욕실이 퀴퀴하고, 침대커버가 큰 비누 냄새가 나고, 매트리스가 불편해요 프론트 데스크의 여성은 매우 친절하고 버스를 찾는 데 도움이됩니다. 레스토랑은 매우 크고 아침 식사는 특별히 많지는 않지만 완벽하고 맛있습니다. 이 호텔은 도시에서 멀지 않지만 교통이 매우 편리하지 않습니다. 여기에 머무르는 것은 권장하지 않습니다.
