Very clean and friendly service. Pool was small and definitely more suited for families and the steam room was not as hot as it should've been.

Amazing to stay, good price and friendly staff and cleaners too, comfy room and great amenities would stay again and free breakfast included can't go wrong which is always tasty

이 호텔은 스윈던(Swindon)의 M4 바로 옆에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 우리는 밤에 운전하는 동안 잠시 쉬어가는 곳으로 사용했습니다. 호텔 자체는 많은 크리스마스 장식으로 매우 축제 분위기 있게 장식되어 있었는데, 정말 좋았고 매우 따뜻하고 환영받는 느낌이었습니다. 24시간 리셉션 데스크는 우리가 자정에 도착했기 때문에 이 호텔을 선택한 이유 중 하나였으며 우리를 체크인해준 직원은 매우 전문적이고 따뜻했습니다. 주차장에는 몇 개의 공간만 남아 있어 걱정이 되었지만 공간을 확보했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그런데 우리 방에는 난방 시설이 없었어요. 중앙난방이 없어서 벽에 에어컨/히터 장치를 설치했습니다. 우리는 그것을 끄기로 결정하기 전에 30 분 동안 찬 공기를 불어서 망가진 것 같았습니다. 그 시점에서 우리는 26시간 동안 여행 중이었고 자정이 지났기 때문에 리셉션 데스크로 돌아가고 싶지 않았고 이미 너무 피곤했을 때 방을 바꿔야 할 위험이 있었습니다. 그래서 우리는 점퍼와 양말을 신고 잠자리에 들었습니다. 다음날 아침 식사때 휴대용 히터를 달라고 했더니 아침 준비가 춥지 않게 5분 안에 하나 넣어 주셨어요. 나는 팀의 반응에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 욕실에도 난방 시설이 없습니다. 호텔의 다른 모든 것이 괜찮았기 때문에 아쉬웠습니다. 아침 식사도 좋았습니다. 1박 스톱오버에 적합합니다. 하지만 겨울에는 추천하지 않습니다.

⇔ 객실은 아직 4성급 수준에 이르렀지만 결국 장식이 좀 길었습니다. 프론트 데스크의 뚱뚱한 남자의 서비스가 매우 좋고 친절했습니다. 그리고 우리가 아침 식사를 추가로 사야겠다고 생각했고, 그는 우리에게 상황을 물었고 우리가 17세 미만이면 부모님과 방을 공유하고 무료 아침 식사를 즐길 수 있다면 그럴 필요가 없다고 말했습니다. 맞은편에 슈퍼마켓이 있어 쇼핑하기에 매우 편리합니다.

lovely, well kept hotel. All staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us and were great with the little one. restaurant/bar was also very clean and staff kept on top of clearing tables etc. The food we had was very nice, a bit expensive but a nice treat. nice childrens menu, featuring 2 or 3 course options too. I would definitely book here again and recommend to others. Very pleased with the accommodation, nice comfortable family room. room 321. only downside was the sight of mould on the ceiling above bath/shower but everything else was brilliant.

영국식 주택, 영국식 계단은 위층에 있는 큰 짐을 실기에 적합하지 않습니다. 영국식 아침 식사는 괜찮고 무료로 주차할 수 있습니다. 방은 괜찮습니다. 비즈니스는 충분히 큽니다. 뒤뜰은 조용합니다.

Overall satisfactory , Great location . Room is spacious and receptionist was helpful and polite.

Room was comfortable and clean. No breakfast due to no staff. House keeper bless him was apologetic, but said they were short staffed and manager would be a while. Other customers left, after a long wait we finally managed to speak to manager, who was really not bothered about loosing customers, very disappointing customer service.

Lovely stay at a charming hotel just on the edge of the city. Beautiful building, cosy room, stylish design in the bar and lobby and super friendly staff at reception, housekeeping and at breakfast. Thank you!

Me and My Friend Booked This Hotel as it was Near to the Venue we was going to See a Gig at.The Room was Lovely and the Hotel Overall was Very Clean and the Bed was Very Comfy.Would Definately Recommend it to Anyone.
