The room is cozy and nice. The receptionists are also friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, which is close to some famous landmarks and there’s bus station that can route to the city center.

Hotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.

I felt kinda disappointed. Had a couple of issues with my room while I was there. The clogged drain was fixed fine. But they never did anything about the broken air conditioner unit. Very uncomfortable to sleep when the room was so hot. Even the guest service operator sounded doubtful that the maintenance team would get to it. Breakfast was decent. The offerings were the same everyday. Good option if your room rate covers that. For location it's also not as good as I hoped. This hotel seems on the map to be close to the Belfast ICC. However, its main entrance is on the complete opposite side of the building. You essentially walk entirely around the outside before reaching the ICC doors. If I return to Belfast I'll stay somewhere else.

The hotel is nice , but the key card system was not working as the system was still very new. Keep locking me and my son out. The breakfast is fine car park is convenience .

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

제가 경험해 본 것 중 가장 빠른 체크인이었습니다. 스튜디오는 넓고 TV 크기도 적당했습니다. 숙소는 아직 미완성이었고, 식기세척기에는 아직 젖어 있었고 바닥도 청소되지 않았지만, 편안하게 지냈습니다. 1층 창문을 열었더니 자정 무렵까지 거리 소음이 들렸습니다. 여름에 창문을 열어두어야 할 때 소음에 민감하시다면 더 높은 층을 요청하세요. 로비에는 다양한 휴식 공간이 많고, 휴식을 취할 수 있는 당구대도 있어서 편의시설이 좋았습니다 🙂
