This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

벨파스트로 출장을 가는 동안 Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre에 머물렀는데 정말 좋았습니다. 음식은 훌륭했고, 위치는 완벽했고, WiFi도 좋았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안해서 바쁜 하루를 보낸 후 휴식을 취하기에 좋은 환경이었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 항상 궁금한 사항이 있을 때 도움을 줄 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 자정에 문서를 인쇄해야 할 때도 직원들이 주저 없이 도와주었습니다. 또한 방문할 장소의 자세한 지도도 제공해 주었는데, 도시를 탐험하는 데 매우 유용했습니다. 전반적으로 멋진 경험이었고, 이 호텔을 다른 사람들에게도 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

The room is cozy and nice. The receptionists are also friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, which is close to some famous landmarks and there’s bus station that can route to the city center.

We really enjoyed our current stay at Ten Square Doubletree by Hilton. The room was very spacious with two double beds, a sofa, a large screen tv and fridge with tea/coffee making facilities. The shower room was very large with a walk in shower and very nice toiletries. We booked a meal that evening in Jospers restaurant and the food was excellent and very reasknably priced. We attended the entertainment for the evening in Doffers bar and altogether had an excellent trip. Slept very well in the comfortable bed.

The overall trip was enjoyable.Two things. We were a little late up for breakfast on the two mornings as we were on vacation, but on both mornings the selection of food was not replenished. We had to look for table settings. The one thing that really annoyed me was the bar in the evening was always cold, blowing in cold air through the AC.

We arrived hours earlier than check-in time and were allowed to park our car in the underground garage. This allowed us to take a bus or walk the 30 mins into the city centre, When we did check-in we were made up with the size and space available to us, 2 bedrooms, large dining table and good size kitchen area, it was also great to see lovely body wash and shampoo to use in the bathroom, everywhere was clean, we stayed 4 nts and the cleaner came in a tidied and change towels for us. The tesco shoo was handy for picking up some pizzas and wine, saving us some money when on a tight budget, we would definitely stay again,

Loved the self-check in. I booked a cheaper room which did come with the smell of the nearby fast food place and a loud humming of an aircon (?) outside. I had another issue in my room but I alerted the management to it. Other than that, the room had a nice size and a nice bathroom. Oh, also wish they had ceramic cups for hot drinks and not just disposable ones (I don’t like pouring boiling water into single use plastic-laden cups).

친절하고 도움이되는 직원이있는 훌륭한 위치에있는 사랑스러운 호텔 - 그러나 전반적인 경험이 실망 스러웠을 정도로 작은 부정적인 점이 너무 많았습니다. 엘리베이터가 운행되지 않아 계단을 이용해야 했습니다. 다행히 고층이 아니었고 나는 1 층에있었습니다. 크고 잘 꾸며진 방은 에어컨과 추출 장치로 인해 창문 바로 바깥에 망가져 시끄럽고 불안한 밤을 보냈습니다. 창문의 젖빛 유리는 방을 둔하게 만들었습니다. 욕실의 검은 곰팡이, 벽의 큰 균열 및 더러운 카펫은 도움이되지 않았습니다. 잘 만들어지지 않은 침대와 뻣뻣한 거친 드레싱 가운도 없었습니다. 내가 찾아야했고 옷장의 선반에 눌려 있는 것을 발견했습니다. 하나는 큰 검은 얼룩이 있었습니다. WiFi는 매우 좋았지 만 USB / 유형 C 충전 포트가 없었습니다. The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay, which exceeded all my expectations. I arrived quite late and needed to check in and collect the keys myself, but the process was clearly explained to me in advance and was incredibly straightforward and convenient. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the two mirrors, each with its own lighting – such a practical touch! The location was also great, very convenient for getting around. The staff were absolutely lovely and added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.
