수영장 시설을 갖춘 인도네시아 수마트라 슬라탄 호텔

Aryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

I really enjoyed the food. The view is also stunning. However, the pool feels a bit small, and the fitness center has limited hours. The rooms are decent, I have a very nice sleep. highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the city center.

Pelayanan menginap di Hotel Bukit Lestari sangat luar biasa. Saya merasa nyaman atas pelayanan di BIL Hotel. Untuk fasilitasnya juga luar biasa, area parkir kendaraan sangat luas, ada kolam renang indoor dan outdoor, ada fasilitas gym, ada Wifi, sarapan pagi, kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan sejuk karena banyak pohon-pohon perindang yang sangat terawat. Kemudian, makanan di Restoran BIL Hotel, juga luar biasa enak sekali. Harganya juga lumayan terjangkau kalau tamu ingin membeli di luar tanggungan hotel.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

(+) Kebersihan oke, pegawainya ramah-ramah, lokasi dekat dengan RS Moh Hoesin. (-) WiFi di kamar 208 lambat, TV pun terputus-putus (mungkin jaringannya?). Tidak ada hair dryer dan sandal hotel. Saya minta morning call dini hari karena pesawat saya jam 6 pagi, namun tidak ada yg menelepon.

좋은 음식이지만 방 수건과 침대 시트 / 덮개가 충분하지 않았습니다. 수건과 침대 시트가 찢거나 색이 바 때 교체하는 것이 좋습니다.

호텔이 시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있긴 하지만, 직장과 가까워서 선택하게 되었습니다. 청결도, 편안함, 서비스 모두 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 편의시설도 완비되어 있었고, 직원들은 친절했으며, 진정한 5성급 호텔에 묵는 기분이었습니다. 다만, 체크인 시 객실당 50만 루피아의 보증금이 필요하다는 사실은 트립닷컴에 명시되어 있지 않아 조금 놀랐습니다. 투숙객의 편의를 위해 이 정보는 사전에 명확하게 안내되어 있으면 좋겠습니다. 시내 중심가 바로 옆은 아니지만, 온라인 택시를 쉽게 이용할 수 있어서 교통은 편리했습니다. 시내 중심가나 주변 관광지로 이동하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 전반적으로 즐겁고 편안한 숙박이었습니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.
