Clean hotel with spacious room and excellent facilities. But the swimming pool is small and always full. The staff helpful. Enjoy our stay

As good as it's claimed. Excellent facilities compared with it's competitors. Has a lot of food variety on breakfast with traditional specialties.

The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

兩個人分別住在酒店3層與6層，進入這兩個樓層時都有很濃烈的異味。酒店早餐與同等價位巨港酒店相比種類單一，但衞生條件不錯。酒店環境很乾凈。因為我的房間臨街，晚上會有人炸街，被吵醒多次。地理位置很好，出門就有超市和咖啡館。不遠處有電子商品商城和一個古老的商場，且距離很多地方都很近。

never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food. and just my preference i dont like the shower. staffs are friendly and helpful, good job! me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

클럽룸은 정말 넓고, 욕조도 최고예요... 모든 게 완벽해요. 그리고 아침 식사도 정말 맛있어요. 팔렘방의 모든 요리를 여기서 맛볼 수 있어요. 예를 들어 쿠에 잼 8, 루피스, 부후르 숨숨, 펨펙, 론통 숨숨, 그리고 세계 각국의 아침 식사도 정말 맛있어요.

Kamarnya nyaman terus view nya mengahadap kolam renang dan jalan d'best banget. Makanan enak². Tiap nginep disini ga pernah bosen sama makanannya,lokasinya juga strategis.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Arista Palembang—clean rooms, plenty of breakfast choices and a strategic location in the heart of the city. Will surely come back next time! 😊
