위치가 아주 좋고, 고대 도시 바로 옆에 있어서 어디든 이동하기 매우 편리합니다. 서비스도 매우 전문적이고 정중합니다. 조식은 유럽 호텔 기준으로 매우 고급스럽습니다. 따뜻한 음식은 거의 없지만 다른 음식의 질은 매우 좋습니다. 호텔에는 수영장, 마사지 풀, 피트니스 센터, 사우나가 있습니다. 수영장의 실내 온도는 잘 유지되고 수온도 매우 편안합니다. 매우 만족스러웠고 기회가 된다면 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

Booked a room with one double bed, but at check in given a long narrow room with three single beds along the walls and little space between, at the reception my claims were dismissed quite indifferently. All the rest about the hotel was OK and even good: central location with comfortable walking distance to the main transport facilities, very tasty sumptious breakfast with friendly staff, good internet and cosy inner courtyard.

솔직히 말해서, 객실 장식은 할머니의 것보다 오래된 느낌이지만, 잠이 들고 나니 지금까지 여행하면서 가장 잘 잤던 밤 중 하나였습니다.큰 베개는 편안했고, 침대의 단단함도 딱 적당했습니다.객실 내부는 굉장히 클래식해 보였지만, 욕실은 믿을 수 없을 만큼 현대적이고 깨끗했습니다.호텔의 계단과 로비가 정말 마음에 들었습니다.궁전에 온 것 같은 느낌이었습니다.구시가지에 있고 건물도 오래되어서 밤에는 아래층에서 술에 취한 남녀가 소리치는 소리가 또렷하게 들리기 때문에 잠이 얕은 사람들은 이 점을 고려해 보는 것이 좋습니다.좋은 점은 모든 것이 편리하게 위치해 있다는 것입니다.멀지 않은 곳에 폴란드 피에로기 노점이 있는데, 집에 가져가서 먹었는데 정말 맛있었습니다.

Cozy and warm, There are also nice restaurants and cafes nearby, and it is easy to get to other historic sites . The ceilings in the rooms are very high. Off course, staff is so kind! I recommend this hotel!

훌륭해요. 계획보다 더 오래 밤을 지냈어요. 쇠고기 타르타르와 오리 가슴살은 매우 좋았습니다. 모든 직원이 최고 수준의 서비스를 제공합니다. 하우스 키핑도 훌륭했습니다. 개인적으로 키카드가 필요한 엘리베이터를 좋아하지 않습니다. 그러나 분명히 대부분의 호텔은 이제 이것들로 전환했습니다. 아마도 계단을 더 자주 사용하도록 장려하기 위한 것일까요? 욕실에서 조명을 켜면 모션 센서로 작동되는 거울 조명도 항상 켜져 있어야 합니다. 샤워하는 동안 거울 조명을 다시 켜려면 손을 흔들어야 한다는 것이 조금 이상합니다.

The hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!

It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's easily accessible. The hotel was very clean. The shower was also fine. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Perfectly placed for exploring the old town. The hotel was very clean, warm and inviting and it's clear that staff work hard to keep the hotel looking at its best. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
