The front door is hard to find, and there's no reception at night shift for Monday-Thursday, It's normally the security to help with check in/out process. I really like the room, they even have a gym and laundry room for use. The only problem for me is they do not provide a hairdryer in the room, and this is not stated in the booking details. You could only go and rent it for free every day in front of the security room, BUT they ONLY have 1 TO SHARE with the whole residents, when someone is not returning, you cannot use it. However, one nice guy from the reception helped me to chase the hairdryer back for 1 night.

This is a perfect aparthotel with perfect location! We took BOLT, it takes just 15mins to get there from the airport. The check in is simple, with clear details. The place is clean and new, just nearby the big shopping mall Krakow Glowny. Would definitely choose again.

Nice hotel with great location to the old town, a cozy room with comfortable bed

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location. Perfectly placed for exploring the old town. The hotel was very clean, warm and inviting and it's clear that staff work hard to keep the hotel looking at its best. The selection at breakfast was excellent, with food made to order as well as a buffet with lots of choice. The room itself was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and good facilities. The only downside was that the shower leaked, creating a small flood in the bathroom, but this was a really small issue. The room was small, but it was fairly priced and for two nights this was not an issue. Overall, we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

当日に予約したのですが、チェックインが非常にスムーズですぐに部屋に案内してもらえました。部屋が狭かったらと思い、ベッドが二つのところをあえて予約したのですが、ベッド下にスーツケースを収納できるので、スペースには困らないです。水回りが清潔なのはもちろん、お湯もちゃんと出ます。夜の到着でしたが駅から近かったので助かりました。近辺の治安も悪くないと感じました。 また機会があればここに泊まりたいと思います。
