괴레메 조식 맛있는 호텔 예약

방에는 바닥 난방과 연수기가 있었지만, 완전히 깨끗하다는 느낌은 들지 않았습니다. 프런트 직원들은 친절했고, 아침 식사는 푸짐했습니다. 그런데 다음 날 아침 10시 30분, 누군가 문을 두드리는 소리가 들렸습니다. 제가 문을 열기도 전에 누군가 열쇠로 문을 열고 들어왔습니다! 정말 믿을 수 없는 일이었습니다! 저는 아직 체크아웃도 하지 않았는데 말이죠!!

카파도키아는 정말 아름다웠어요. 이곳의 풍경은 중국 서북부의 초원과 고비 사막, 카르스트 지형, 쓰촨 서부의 설산, 신장의 호수가 어우러진 곳 같아요. 다음번에는 부모님을 모시고 꼭 다시 올 거예요. 호텔 자체에 대해서는 가격과 서비스, 위생이 잘 맞았다고 생각해요. 전반적으로 깨끗했고, 조식도 든든하게 먹을 수 있었고, 매일 청소도 해주더라고요. 프런트 직원들은 매일 아침 인사를 건네며 불편한 점은 없는지 물어봐 줬는데, 비교적 친절했어요. 프런트에서 픽업 서비스를 15유로에 예약할 수도 있어요. 공항 샌딩 서비스는 외부 여행사에서 예약하면 보통 10~12유로인데, 15유로도 그렇게 비싼 편은 아니에요. 씨트립에서 확인해보니 샌딩 서비스가 차량당 260위안(한화 약 4만 8천 원)이더라고요. 그래서 2명 이하라면 픽업 서비스를 예약하고, 2명 이상이면 씨트립 픽업 서비스를 이용하는 것이 좋은데, 200위안대면 아주 좋은 가격이라고 할 수 있어요. 저희는 5월에 방문했는데, 낮과 밤의 기온차가 정말 컸어요. 낮은 반팔을 입을 정도로 더웠지만, 밤에는 매우 추웠고, 호텔에는 난방이 켜져 있어서 새벽까지는 아주 따뜻했어요. 하지만 아침에 열기구를 타러 나갈 때는 정말 추워 죽는 줄 알았어요. 스웨터에 패딩, 목도리는 필수였답니다. 유일한 단점은 이불의 촉감이 거칠어서 개인적으로는 그다지 부드럽지 않다는 점이었어요.

Overall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable. The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me. Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback. Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

진짜 동굴 호텔에서 정말 놀라운 경험을 했습니다. 에어컨이 빵빵하게 나오는 아늑하고 편안한 방이었는데, 여름에는 에어컨이 필수죠. 호텔 테라스는 정말 아름다워서 아침에 열기구를 보는 것만으로도 숨이 막힐 듯 멋진 풍경을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 밤에도 테라스에서 괴레메의 환상적인 야경을 즐길 수 있었어요. 조식은 솔직히 말해서 제가 호텔에서 먹어본 무료 조식 중 최고였습니다. 전통 터키식 메제, 맛있는 빵, 디저트 등 다양한 음식이 제공되었어요! 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨습니다. 꼭 한번 방문해 보시길 추천합니다!

사실 우리는 더블룸에 머물 예정이었습니다. 호텔이 그렇게 붐비지 않았기 때문에, 그들은 우리에게 테라스가 있는 3인실을 주었습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 따뜻하며 유용했습니다. 우리 객실은 튼튼하고 나무로 된 외관으로 색다른 분위기를 자아냈습니다. 직원들은 세심하고 친절했습니다. 다시 머물고 싶습니다

Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.

호텔에서 보이는 전망은 정말 멋지지만 언덕 위에 있어서 마을까지 걸어가려면 오르내리기가 꽤 힘들어요. 호텔은 굉장히 오래된 느낌이고, 방은 괜찮지만 전체적으로 낡은 느낌이에요. 겨울인 건 알지만 창문을 열고 난방을 껐는데도 방이 너무 답답했어요. 물을 절약하라는 안내문이 붙어 있는데도 샤워기에서 따뜻한 물이 나오려면 8분이나 걸려요. 호텔에 계단이 많고, 꽤 가파른 계단도 있어요. 체크인 직원은 꽤 친절했어요. 웹사이트에 욕조가 있는 스위트룸이라고 나와 있어서 예약했는데, 처음 배정된 방에는 욕조가 없었어요. 그런데 직원이 신속하게 문제를 해결해주고 제대로 된 방으로 옮겨줘서 정말 고마웠어요. 좀 더 격식 있는 분위기를 원하시면 말씀해주세요, 아니면 좀 더 친근한 분위기를 원하시면요.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!

객실 장식 스타일은 독특하고 인테리어는 Ctrip의 사진과 일치합니다. 밖은 더워도 에어컨이 없어 실내는 시원하다. 물론 직접 켤 수 있는 에어컨도 있습니다. 호텔에서는 열기구 예약과 빨간색 및 녹색 노선 예약을 도와드립니다. 레스토랑 발코니에서 보이는 전망이 좋습니다.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻 Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all. Thank you again to the team at Arinna Cappadocia for taking such good care of two Singaporeans far from home! 💖
