바(Bar) 시설을 갖춘 스페인 바스크 컨트리 호텔

직원들은 친절하고 프랑스어를 아주 잘하지만, 두 가지 큰 단점이 있습니다. 장애인 편의 시설이 갖춰진 객실이 엘리베이터로 바로 연결되는 복도에 위치해 있고, 더 중요한 것은 아이들을 동반한 다른 투숙객들이 그 객실에 드나들 수 있다는 점입니다. 게다가 아이들은 다른 투숙객들을 전혀 배려하지 않습니다. 아래층(개방된 공간)에서 근무하는 야간 근무 직원들은 아이들이 뛰어다니고 소리치는 소리를 다 듣고도 밤 11시 30분까지 아무 말도 하지 않습니다. 식당이라고 광고하는 곳은 제대로 된 레스토랑이라기보다는 스낵바에 가깝습니다. 가격은 너무 비싸지만, 편리한 선택지라는 점을 감안하면 어쩔 수 없겠죠. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며, 프런트와 식당 직원들은 매우 친절해서 정말 다행입니다.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed with the peaceful and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service team—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 빌바오 고속버스 정류장 건물 위에 있어서 위치좋았다. 시내에서 멀지 않다. 버스너 지하철도 근처에 있다. 위치, 청결 모두 만족함. 방이 엄청 크진 않아도 냉장고 헤어드라이어, 안전금고, 전기팟등 모두 구비되어있음. 다만 객실 욕실이 다들여다 보이는 구조라 커플이 아니라면 좀 곤란할듯해요. 저는 홀로 여행이라 문제 없었음. 그외에는 생각보다 좋은 호텔이었어요. 조식은 시간이 일러 아직 못 먹었어요.

Estuve solo una noche y fue fantástico, de lo mejor que hay en San Sebastián en cuanto a precios. Las instalaciones son una maravilla y sin duda es una experiencia que hay que vivir. Muy amable Cristina. Recomiendo llegar en el horario en el que todavía hay recepción para que te lo expliquen todo.

Sin servicio de atencion en persona. De 3 dias, 1 sin hacer la habitacion. Servicio desayuno separado de la pension.Por lo demas todo muy bien

Decent budget option with reasonable facilities. The neighbourhood can be a little noisy at night and what a terrible choice to put in those extremely loud beeping room entry systems! You can hear everybody come and go!

Great hotel, location very good when catching a ferry, very good breakfast

Tout était parfait. Seul reproche. Il n’a pas de bouilloire ou cafetière dans les chambres. Pour un 3 étoiles c’est bien dommage.

호텔은 해변과 구시가지까지 도보로 약 30분 거리에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 호텔 건물에는 작은 옥상 수영장과 자쿠지가 있습니다. 복도와 화장실에서 소리가 크게 들립니다. 방이 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다. 바닥이 더러웠습니다. 호텔에는 전기 자동차를 위한 무료 충전소가 있는 주차장이 있습니다. 하지만 주차장이 매우 좁습니다. 맛있고 다양한 아침 식사.
