'It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. Thank you Chateau De Maisons for the great, amazing stay at your hotel.'

리리뷰어체크인은 순조로웠습니다. 등록을 요청하겠지만, 아마 여러분의 보안을 위해서겠죠. 위치는 매우 접근하기 쉽습니다. SM, Burnham, Session 또는 Camp John Hay로 갈 수 있습니다. 경비원들은 정말 효율적이고 세심했습니다. 직원들도 친절했고, 팁을 요구하지 않았습니다. 그들 덕분에 바기오에서의 경험이 더 수월해졌습니다. 감사합니다.

Our stay at Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) in Baguio was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city.
The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk.
What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus.
Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

리리뷰어This hotel has some good points:
1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

유일한 단점은 어머니를 위해 배정된 테라피스트였습니다. 안타깝게도 어머니께서 마사지를 받는 동안 휴대폰을 자주 사용하셔서 서비스의 질이 떨어졌습니다. 이 사소한 문제를 제외하면 나머지는 모두 기대 이상이었고, 전반적으로 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

리리뷰어Plaza Lodge에서의 숙박을 다시 즐겼습니다. 작년에도 연례 휴양을 위해 여기에 머물렀습니다. 로비, 카페, 객실, 조식 뷔페, 가성비 좋은 셔틀 서비스를 포함한 서비스는 전반적으로 괜찮습니다.
하지만 욕실 구역(객실 611)은 바닥에 물이 고여 있어 바닥에 물이 고여 있어 잠재적인 위험과 사고 원인이 되므로 수리해야 합니다. 관리자는 바로 수리해야 합니다.

리리뷰어호텔 자체는 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 편안하며 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 편의 시설은 훌륭하고 방은 기대에 부응했습니다. 불행히도 게스트 서비스는 개선이 필요합니다. 우리는 오후 7시 30분에 도착했고 우리 방은 아직 준비되지 않았습니다. 기다려달라고 했는데 반복해서 물어보지 않으면 업데이트가 없어서 긴 여행 후 불편했습니다. 다른 손님의 계정으로 Netflix가 로그인되는 문제도 있었습니다. 로그아웃이 가능한지 물었을 때, 우리는 도우거나 대안을 제공하려는 노력 없이는 할 수 없다고 솔직하게 들었습니다. 더 서비스 지향적인 응답은 큰 차이를 만들 것입니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 좋은 시설을 갖추고 있지만 숙박을 개선하려면 더 나은 직원 교육과 손님 처리가 필요합니다.

CChrish_OG우리가 받은 패밀리룸 #2는 정말 넓어요!! 제 집보다 더 커요. 위치가 꽤 좋고, 택시가 많이 지나가요. 호텔까지는 오르막길을 걸어가면 되고(번햄 파크에서 걸어가는 경우) 주요 도로까지는 내리막길을 걸어가면 됩니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았어요. 그들은 하루 전에 선호하는 아침 식사를 묻고, 아침에 문을 두드려 언제 먹고 싶은지 물어봅니다. 컴포트룸도 크고, 다행히 온수 샤워도 아주 잘 됩니다. 짐을 둘 수 있을 만큼 넓은 옷장도 있어요. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 배려심이 많았어요. 하지만... 물론 우리가 머무는 동안 단점도 있었어요. 첫째, 방에 들어갔을 때 방에서 고양이 오줌 냄새가 살짝 났습니다. 고양이를 키우는 사람이라면 고양이가 카펫이나 커튼에 오줌을 누는 냄새를 아실 거예요? 그리고 바로 청소하지 않았나요? 길고양이가 방 안으로 들어와서 표시를 했거나 새끼 고양이를 낳았을 거예요. 고양이 오줌 냄새가 매우 미묘해서 냄새가 사라지는 듯... 아니면 뇌가 그 냄새를 잊어버리는 걸까요. 🤣 또 다른 점은 싱글 침대 2개를 위한 별도의 방이 있다는 것입니다. 우리는 다른 방에서 자고 싶어하지 않아서 결국 더블 침대에서 모두 잤습니다. 더블 침대는 우리 취향에는 약간 너무 딱딱했습니다. 체크아웃 시간이 너무 이르고 오전 11시 30분인데 연장은 불가능합니다. 결국 오전 8시에 체크아웃했고(투어가 있어서) 프런트 데스크 로비 앞에 짐을 두고 왔습니다. 룸서비스도 이용할 수 없는데, 모든 손님이 식사를 해야 하는 레스토랑/식당이 있거든요.
다시 여기 머물까요? 아마 그럴 겁니다. 하지만 다시 2호실에 배정된다면 다른 방에 머물도록 요청할 겁니다. 🤣

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!
