살레 바기오(Chalet Baguio)

Good location and staff are nice and accommodating. However, cleanliness can be improved. We check-in in our family suite and the floor is wet and slippery. Also, the elevator is not working so we have to walk 3 floors down to reach our room. Breakfast is okay.

The people working in the hotel are accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and has a nice ambience. The breakfast buffet is good. They have one of the best coffee in the city. The location is also great. It is very near the terminal and few good restaurants and cafes.

I really like this hotel because it’s quite clean and the room is enough big. But I have only one bad thing. Though I think the other rooms are fine, my room was the furthest from the wifi router so the wifi speed was slow. It's still a good hotel and I wanna stay there again.

Location: - Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to grab lunch and dinner, check out a couple of locations nearby to go to, and can easily hail and cab if going on a tour within the city. - There were great restaurants within walking distance. Cleanliness: - The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and cozy. Service: - Before the trip, I made a special request and spoke to Tiffany and Almira about how I wanted to do it, the decorations, price and other add-ons. - The staff was really hands-on with my request as it is the first time my partner and I will be staying in Baguio and I wanted to make it special. - They were very keen on what I liked and were prompt in attending to all my requests. - They helped with the success of my surprise. - Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. - They even assisted us with hailing a cab when it was raining, and accommodated our questions regarding the best places to visit. - Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of ours (whether it be an extra utensil, cleaning service, extra towels, etc.) - The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! Facilities: - Although at that time the elevator isn't working, we didn't find it hard to go to our room as we were assigned to the second floor. - No pool - The bed was extremely comfortable. Food: - The hotel offers great food choices at an affordable price! - I LOVE THEIR CHURROS so much - THEY ALSO OFFER great breakfast, served depending on the kitchen's menu, which varies per day. Overall, I had a great experience with Chalet Baguio; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Equipped with hotel's basic necessities; must bring preferred toiletries. Friendly and helpful staffs. Serves choices for heavy breakfast.

Was here for the new year. I was happy to see that they offered free dinner buffet for my stay here. Good choice of local food and it taste good! Location is slightly far from the main town, but this place is located on a hill where you can nice cold breeze of wind at night and it is safe to walk nearby!

The hotel location was in between tourists spots which travelers has easy access to. And room view may vary but Premier Suite is the best to have for the hotel location. All selected rooms has free breakfast buffet for 2 adults. However, if you arrive late, nothing will left for you. Hotel must also need to provide slippers as the floor so cold specially for children. The hotel representatives are easy to reach and responsive.

This hotel has a very good location and it’s easy to get a taxi. Near to SM, Penagbenga Park and there’s also famous restaurant around like ‘Grumpy Joe’. It’s very clean and cosy and the staffs are very helpful. You’ll get what you paid for. I will stay in this hotel again.
