리리뷰어If I could give them more than 10 out of 10, I would gladly do so! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, respectful, and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegant, with rooms and amenities thoughtfully designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. The linens, bedding, lighting, and furniture were all exceptional. Our late-night garden dinner was delicious and made the evening even more special. Spending two nights here was the perfect cherry on top before leaving Rome. Thank you!

LLixiangranliao클래식하고 품격 있는 디자인에 가격까지 합리적인 호텔이었습니다. 기차역 출구 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 접근성이 정말 좋았습니다.
호텔 조식은 밥과 컵라면까지 있을 정도로 매우 푸짐했어요. 제가 좋아하는 메뉴는 아니었지만, 어떤 젊은 외국인 남성분이 컵라면을 정말 맛있게 드시는 모습을 보니 저도 모르게 '맛있겠네' 싶더라고요.
요즘 여러 호텔에서 제공하는 DIY 와플도 직접 만들어 먹을 수 있었습니다.
아, 깜빡할 뻔했는데, 커피 맛이 정말 좋았어요!

Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.

Ssieun로마에 있는 4박 내내 이곳에서만!
위치 완전 테르미니 코앞이라 코나드마트 등등 왔다갔다 하기 너무 좋구요 👍👍 거점 찍어두고 걸어서 트레비 / 콜로세움 등등 20분하면 다 걸어가서 날씨만 괜찮으면 뚜벅이로도 충분히 좋은위치! 방도 넓고 특히 천장이 엄청 높음 ㅋㅋ
조식뷔페도 맛도리고 청소해 주시는 연세가 좀 있으신 할아버님이 한국말로 감사합니다~ 하시면서 매번 마주칠 때마다 즐겁게 맞이해 주심 ㅎㅎㅎ 전체적으로 엄청나게 만족한 숙소
아 전자렌지 사용은 따로 어렵다구 함!

리리뷰어L hotel è molto confortevole ed il personale è la sua eccellenza dalla reception al ristorante ai camerieri tutti gentili e disponibili. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono di qualità , la colazione al primo posto varia e abbondante. L unico neo che ho trovato in questo viaggio è stato il fatto che la camera ha avuto dei problemi la sera al mio arrivo c’è stato un problema strutturale che poteva capitare a chiunque che non è stato possibile risolverlo al momento perché eravamo arrivati ad un ora troppo tarda e che il fatto che non sia stato possibile risolverlo nell’ immediato ha reso il nostro soggiorno della prima notte non troppo confortevole. Al mattino dopo dopo aver valutato che il problema non poteva essere risolto prontamente ci hanno cambiato camera in una uguale a quella che avevamo prenotato e il soggiorno come sempre è andato benissimo. L unica cosa che mi sarei aspettata era quello di un rimborso anche solo parziale per il grosso inconveniente subito ma questo non è stato fatto , è vero che da parte nostra non è stato richiesto, ma mi sembrava doveroso che fosse fatto senza chiederlo.
Perciò 10+ al personale anzi se fosse possibile darei 11 un po’ meno alla direzione.

리리뷰어두 번째로 이 숙소에 묵었는데, 이번에도 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 6인용 방갈로를 선택했는데, 특히 주방에 접시와 조리 도구가 잘 갖춰져 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 주방에서 유일하게 아쉬운 점은 세척제와 도구가 부족하다는 것이었습니다. 방갈로는 오래된 느낌이 들긴 했지만, 여전히 매우 깨끗했습니다. 가성비는 여전히 훌륭합니다. 다만, 시내 중심가와의 거리가 조금 아쉽습니다. 셔틀 서비스가 잘 되어 있어서 불편했지만, 충분히 감수할 만한 수준이었습니다.

리리뷰어방은 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 일반적으로 로마 호텔에는 목욕 타월과 수건이 없지만이 호텔은 제공합니다. 목이 마른 후 돌아 왔을 때 거품 물 한 병을 준 프론트 데스크의 남동생에게 더 감사드립니다.

LLuísThe room was spotless, and it was clear it had been recently refurbished, offering great value for the price. However, the thin walls were a major drawback, as every sound from neighbouring rooms was audible, causing frequent disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, on the last day, there was no cold water, making it impossible to shower. When we reported this to the receptionist, they unhelpfully suggested we should have complained the day before, despite the issue only arising that mornig — we cannot predict the future lol
Despite of this, I would probably stay again as it is good value for money.
