EERXUN우리는 휴가를 위해 여기 왔습니다. 시설은 훌륭하지만 서비스와 관리가 끔찍합니다.
1. 우리는 바다 전망 객실을 예약했지만 대신 옥상 전망이 있는 객실을 받았습니다. 바다 전망이 완전히 가려져 있었습니다. 이용 가능한 객실이 없기 때문에 객실을 변경할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 우리는 다음 날 적절한 바다 전망 객실이 나올 때까지 옥상 전망 객실에서 하룻밤을 보내야 했습니다. 가격 차이는 환불되지 않았고 보상으로 간식과 와인 한 병만 받았습니다.
2. 우리가 객실에서 잠을 자고 있을 때 호텔 직원이 우리의 허락 없이 들어왔습니다. 이 일은 오후 7시에 일어났는데, 방은 이미 아침에 청소되었고 우리는 문에 ”청소 필요”라는 표지판을 걸지 않았습니다. 우리는 이 일로 충격을 받고 안전하지 못하다는 생각이 들어 매우 화가 났습니다. 우리가 이 사실을 프런트 데스크에 보고했을 때, 그들은 방을 하루에 두 번 청소한다고 말했는데, 다른 호텔에서는 이런 정책을 본 적이 없어서 이상하게 들렸습니다. 이 설명이 사실인지 확신할 수 없습니다.
3. 우리 방의 전화는 3일 연속으로 프런트 데스크에 연결되지 않았습니다. 우리는 첫날에 문제를 보고했고 고쳐질 것이라고 들었지만, 우리가 떠날 때까지 고장난 채로 있었습니다. 우리는 수리하러 온 유지 관리 직원을 본 적이 없습니다. 프런트 데스크에 연락해야 할 때마다 아래층으로 내려가야 했습니다.

Ssmilingxiuxiu호텔이 좀 오래되긴 했지만, 방은 평범했어요. 좋지도 나쁘지도 않은 그냥저냥한 수준이었는데, 발코니랑 의자가 있어서 좋았어요. 방은 넓었지만 샤워실이 좀 작았어요. 필요한 물품들은 다 있었지만, 방에 콘센트가 부족했고, 욕실 콘센트는 좀 헐거웠어요. 호텔 공용 시설은 정말 좋았어요. 나무랑 꽃이 많아서 환경이 정말 아름다웠죠. 시간이 없어서 수영장은 이용 못 했지만, 보기만 해도 멋있었어요. 가장 기대 이상이었던 건 호텔 프라이빗 비치였어요. 물도 맑고 백사장도 하얗고, 각 방마다 파라솔, 작은 테이블, 선베드가 준비되어 있었어요. 이 해변이 너무 좋았어요! 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족도가 높았고, 친구들에게도 추천하고 싶어요.

MMIYUKI이탈리안 레스토랑이 맛있다는 후기를 보고 예약했지만, 해당 레스토랑은 올 인클루시브 플랜에 포함되지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 그렇지만 다른 음식들은 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 냉장고 음료 보충을 요청했지만, 끝내 채워지지 않아 불편했습니다. 비수기였음에도 불구하고 수영장이 협소했고, 이용 가능한 선베드가 부족해 자리를 잡기 어려웠습니다. 밤에는 로비에서 라이브 밴드 공연이 있어 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun
I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

리리뷰어Mein Aufenthalt im SLS Hotel in Cancún war einfach unvergesslich. Vom ersten Moment an beeindruckte mich das stilvolle Design, der erstklassige Service und die besondere Atmosphäre dieses luxuriösen Hotels.
Das Personal war stets aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell – jeder Wunsch wurde einem förmlich von den Augen abgelesen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Liebe zum Detail, sei es bei der Zimmerausstattung, dem Housekeeping oder beim Service am Pool und Strand.
Die Zimmer sind modern, großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das türkisfarbene Meer. Die Betten sind unglaublich bequem und sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.
Kulinarisch lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche offen: Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und von hervorragender Qualität, und auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ein echtes Highlight – kreativ, frisch und perfekt abgestimmt.
Die Lage direkt am privaten Strandabschnitt ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Wer Entspannung, Stil und exzellenten Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann das SLS Hotel Cancun uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

SShielaCobs체크인은 빠르게 진행되었고, 저는 킹룸을 예약했지만, 처음에는 퀸사이즈 침대 2개가 있는 침실을 배정해 주었고, 예약은 객실 이용 가능 여부에 따라 달라진다고 했습니다. 하지만 trip.com에는 퀸사이즈 침대 2개 또는 킹사이즈 침대 1개 옵션이 있어서 혼란스러웠습니다. 어쨌든, 다행히도 킹사이즈 침대가 있어서 기꺼이 킹사이즈 침대로 옮겨 주었고, 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 분명히 다시 이 호텔에 머물고 싶습니다.

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.
BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!
There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado 23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.
Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.
