Riu Palace Las Americas - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Don’t want to leave this place. So many restaurants so many options. The outside pool is fab and the cocktails are delicious!

La comida no era buena, de hecho el 2do dia de la estancia mi esposa y yo nos enfermamos del estomago, y es que no consumimos vino o alcohol. El servicio del personal excelente, las habitaciones tenian algunos detalles de mantenimiento. En escala del 1 al 10 le pondria 8

Best beach in Cancun. The rooms are comfy and just right. The bartenders Wilbert, July aka Julio are the best at the swim up pools. The two night bartenders at the entertainment bar ( can’t remember their names) they are very good and funny too ! Steakhouse the best! Check in great! Everything was perfect. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Will return soon!

Clean hotel and outdoor area as well, staff was friendly and welcoming. We were pleased with the service and everything that was available to us at the all inclusive. Our questions were answered and our needs were met which gave us the satisfaction in our stay. We will consider revisiting in the future given our positive experience. The experience lived up to our expectations and more.

Front staff could have done a better job. Had to ask constantly for laundry services and never got it.

Amazing property, amazing staff! Can say enough about the friendly staff. Made us fell at home and just done to earth . Beautiful property and loved free events offered through hotel. Will stay there every time I go back to Cancun.

I would give this place 5/5 if I could. But I will give it a 4.7 only cause of the food. Obviously the food won’t always be the best at an all inclusive place. I have no complaints, by no means do I mean to say that the food was terrible. It was good, and more so tolerable thanks to the buffet and the black and white restaurant that they have at their location. Over all the food was good, sushi wasn’t for myself and my gf. We didn’t try anywhere else and mainly stuck to the buffet.

The property was nice, just seems it wasnt insulated you heard everything from the hallway, upstairs and the neighbors closing their door. Maybe older hotel reason insulation was not as well.

The area and the property is wonderful..But i smelled a musty smell (result of mold) in the rooms and the hallways.This is not comforting for everyone thinking to stay there..Thank you!
