'Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen in der Altstadt von Marrakech, in der Medina. Im Vorfeld hat man uns schon eine Abholung vom Flughafen für 15€ organisiert. Das Personal im Riad war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, was aber in diesen traditionellen Häusern wohl so üblich ist. Für uns war es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Medina von Marrakech zu erkunden.'

NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

리리뷰어Ho soggiornato al Riad Zanouba con i miei due figli e l'accoglienza è stata squisita. La posizione è strategica: si trova appena fuori dalla Medina. Il punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff, sempre gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ottima la colazione e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cena (abbiamo cenato lì una sera: tutto squisito!). Per quanto riguarda la struttura, le camere risentono della tipica costruzione dei riad: essendo senza finestre verso l'esterno, l'umidità si sente e l'insonorizzazione è quasi assente. È però un aspetto abbastanza comune in questo tipo di edifici storici. Nel complesso, un’ottima esperienza che consigliamo.

AAdriana머물기에 좋은 곳, Marrakesh Medina는 미로입니다. 우리는 riad(Rachid)가 택시가 우리를 떠난 문에서 우리를 데리러 기뻤습니다. 어쨌든 우리는 지침이 있는 장소를 찾았습니다 - 지도, Hasna가 우리에게 준 설명, 그녀는 친절했고 항상 우리가 필요로 하는 모든 것을 도울 준비가 되어 있었습니다. Rachid는 또한 교통 및 정보를 도와주었습니다. 나는 사각 팬케이크를 좋아하고 Mouna는 참을성 있게 만드는 방법을 가르쳐 주었습니다. 우리가 Riad에서 잤던 매일 여행을 했음에도 불구하고 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 유일한 단점은 우리 방 화장실의 파이프에서 나는 나쁜 냄새입니다. 우리는 오래된 파이프 때문이라고 생각합니다. Hasna는 사과하고 수리하려고했습니다. 그들은 문제를 알고 있습니다.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable ! La chambre était parfaite, confortable et décorée avec goût. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai petit coin de paradis.
Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu cette expérience inoubliable, c’est Abdou ! Quelle belle personne : attentionné, drôle, toujours prêt à aider et à partager un bon moment.
Merci, merci, merci pour votre accueil si chaleureux et votre gentillesse. Vous nous avez fait sentir comme chez nous, et même mieux !
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, ne serait-ce que pour revivre nos meilleurs moments dans la piscine, un bon Coca à la main, à discuter et rire avec Abdou.
Ce sont ces instants simples, mais sincères, qui marquent les esprits et le cœur.

리리뷰어A beautiful riad in the heart of Medina. It was clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Although centrally located it is still quiet enough to relax and sleep. Overall a fantastic option for your trip. Would stay again.

Breakfast was a bit meh and on departure day there was no breakfast provided. We left at 07:15 like all the dessert tours from Marrakesh but the Riad provided no breakfast at all even though it was included in the booking. Other than that all things were good in Riad Belikoss.
