매우 노련한 여행자로서, 우리 가족과 나는 세계에서 가장 놀라운 리조트와 호텔을 탐험하는 것을 즐깁니다. 우리는 매우 차별적 인 눈으로보고 있습니다. Oberoi Marrakesh의 경우 결함을 찾기가 정말 어렵습니다. 비교적 새로운 호텔은 인상적인 로비와 빌라뿐만 아니라 2700 개의 올리브 나무가있는 넓은 정원으로 놀랍습니다. 연기자 General Manager Mamdouh는 완벽하고 완벽한 호텔리어이며, 손님 경험이 5-stars보다 적지 않도록 모든 것을 확인합니다. 그들의 F & B 아울렛의 Jalal은 우리가 우리 첫번째 아침 식사 후에 놓친 두 개의 아침 식사에 사용할 수 없었던 런던으로 되돌아 가기 위해 레몬 케이크의 전체 로프와 우리를 놀라게했다. This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

В Raid Yakimur мы отдыхали с сыном. Еще до поездки подробно ответили на наши вопросы, заказали нам трансфер. При заселении напоили марокканским мятным чаем. Наш номер находился на первом этаже, выходя из номера мы сразу оказывались в красивой зоне общего пользования. Очень необычный опыт жизни в раиде. В номере комфортные кровати. Мне не хватало освещения, но это придавало определеную атмосферу. В сожалению в дни нашего пребывания завтраки на крыше были не возможны из-за погоды, но туда всегда можно было подняться и по фотографировать. Сам Raid очень атмосферный. Отзывчивый, внимательный и приятный персонал работает там. Они делали все чтоб нам было комфортно в riad. В следующий раз мы обязательно вернемся сюда вновь!

아름다운 로비, 친절한 리셉션 직원, 맛있는 아침 식사, 그리고 구시가지 근처의 훌륭한 위치. 장점은 이 정도인 것 같습니다. 다만 객실에 헤어드라이어가 없어서 리셉션에 요청해야 합니다. 객실은 작고 쌀쌀했습니다(1월 하순이었거든요). 에어컨이 한동안 온도를 유지하는 데 어려움을 겪었지만, 결국에는 제대로 작동했습니다! 이런 점들을 감안한다면 괜찮은 호텔입니다! 마라케시의 진정한 매력을 경험하는 것이 더 중요하니까요!

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

최근 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. ✅ 위치가 훌륭해서 모든 편의시설이 가깝고 접근성도 좋았습니다. ❌ 하지만 서비스는 기대 이하였습니다. 팁을 줘야만 직원들이 진심으로 친절해지는 것 같아 실망스러웠고, 전문성이 떨어지는 모습이었습니다. ❌ 어린이들을 위한 프로그램이 전혀 없어서 가족 여행객에게는 아쉬울 수 있습니다. ✅ 조식은 맛있고 보기 좋게 제공되어 좋았습니다. 요약하자면, 위치는 좋지만 서비스는 개선이 필요하고 가족 여행객에게는 적합하지 않을 것 같습니다.

체크인 당일 너무 늦게 도착해서 조용한 방을 원한다고 해서 가장 안쪽 코너로 안내받았습니다. 문에 들어서니 커튼이 빡빡하지 않아 더욱 기분이 나빴다. 방을 바꿔달라고 했어요. 다행히 방을 바꾸는 속도는 꽤 빨랐지만 2층 발코니에 블록이 있어서 조명이 전혀 좋지 않아서 아래층으로 방을 바꿨습니다. 세 끼는 조식이 10시에 끝나서 하루가 없었어요. 점심과 저녁은 비슷했고 먹을 것도 없었습니다. 생선구이 말고는 해산물이 하나도 안보였어요. 사진은 기만적이었습니다. 놀 곳이 꽤 많은데 미끄럼틀이 있는 다른 풀의 물은 차가워서 전시만 할 수 있다.

우리는 거기에 문제가 없었습니다. 일반적으로 리셉션에 아무도 없어도 서비스는 좋으므로 정문과 방의 열쇠를 제공합니다. 제안으로 ”Riad Nouhal”이라는 표지판이 필요하지만 어쨌든 Google 지도의 위치를 따르면 들어갈 것입니다.
