I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. Communication was effortless, and they were always available to help with any questions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 콩코르드 광장과 산타 마리아 델 피오레 성당이 바로 앞에 있고, 시내 중심가에 있어서 객실이 외부 소음에 방해받지 않아서 정말 좋습니다! 공용 구역에는 무료 캡슐 커피가 있고, 정수기 물도 아주 맛있고, 더운 피렌체 날씨에 딱 맞는 얼음물도 있습니다. 스프링 침대, 베개, 이불 모두 품질이 좋습니다. 단점이라면 구석 청소가 잘 안 되어 있고, 방에 솜과 먼지가 조금 있다는 점입니다. 저희는 수백 년 된 유서 깊은 건물에 살고 있는데, 피렌체에 아주 잘 어울리는 곳입니다. 추천 숙소

The location of the room is perfect! It sits in the heart of the city but the room is quiet and nice. Wherever you go, it takes within 10 minutes to walk. It is also very close to the train station. The host is friendly and let us drop our bag after checkout, which is really convenient for traveling around if you are leaving Florence late. They also provide breakfast and coffee in the room. However, you may want to consider bringing earplugs and eye mask if you are very sensitive to noise and light - the air conditioning creates some inevitable noise and the light is quite bright. It is fine if you travel in cooler weather and do not need their aircon. If you book this room, you may need to prepare some cash for the city tax. Overall, this is a great place I'd recommend to stay.

피렌체에 있는 이 호텔은 24시간 프런트 데스크가 없는 아주 오래된 집인 B&B에 가깝습니다. 제가 도착했을 때는 7시가 넘었는데 문이 잠겨 있어서 연락을 위해 전화를 해야 했어요(나중에 알고 보니 호텔에서 문을 열 수 있는 비밀번호가 포함된 이메일을 보냈더군요). 대문에 들어서니 엘리베이터도 없고 계단도 너무 좁아서 거의 울 뻔했어요. 예약할 때 후기를 읽어봤는데 엘리베이터가 부족하다고 불평하는 사람이 없어서 다시 확인을 안 했어요. 제가 배정받은 방은 사실 4층이었습니다. 오랜 시간 동안 연락이 잘 되지 않아 프런트에 있는 큰 상자를 잠그고 필요한 물건만 방으로 가져갈 수 밖에 없었습니다. 다행히 다음날 아침 일찍 프론트 데스크에서 마리아와 협상하여 저층에 있는 디럭스룸으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 나중에 짐 운반도 도와주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 기차역에서 10분 거리에 있다는 점입니다. 그러나 오래된 도로로 인해 무거운 짐을 끌고 가기에는 다소 불편합니다. 중앙 시장, 꽃 대성당, 메디치 예배당, 미술 아카데미 박물관과 비교적 가깝고 도보 거리에 있습니다. 호텔의 하드웨어 시설에 결함이 있을 수도 있지만, 다양한 무료 음료, 프런트 데스크의 무료 커피, 쿠키 등을 제공하고 있어 상당히 마음이 따뜻해집니다. 호텔에는 아무도 없습니다. 아침 식사는 협동 레스토랑에서 빵 한 조각과 커피 한 잔을 얻을 수 있는 아침 식사 쿠폰을 받을 수 있습니다. 주변에 작은 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 더 편리합니다.

음식점과 편의시설이 가까운 중심지에 위치해 있습니다. 체크인 과정이 매우 혼란스러웠는데, 다른 호텔에서 체크인해야 한다는 안내가 없었습니다. 차를 운전해서 갔는데, 체크인 장소를 찾기 위해 세 번이나 돌아다녀야 했습니다. 가격에 비해 시설이 너무 기본적인 수준이었습니다. 조식도 제공되지 않았고, 티슈도 없었습니다. 욕실 크기는 괜찮았지만 샤워 부스는 작고 낡았으며, 샤워헤드도 교체해야 할 것 같았습니다. 그 외에는 잠을 잘 잤지만, 벽이 너무 얇아서 밤과 아침에 옆집 사람들이 드나드는 소리가 다 들렸습니다. 시끄러웠습니다.

역에서 7분, 우후츠이 미술관까지 10분, 매우 입지 좋은 위치에 있지만, 호텔 간판이 없기 때문에 찾기가 어려웠습니다! 10m 옆에 서 있지만, 오가고도 모르지만, 근처 호텔 남자에게 물으면 ”바로 거기야”라고 지적 된 끝에 작은 문. 인터폰을 누르고 열어달라고 3층으로 올라가 드디어 체크인. 방은 귀엽고 아침 일찍 출발이라고 하면 ”아침 가게에 만들어 전날 배달을 요청할 수 있습니다”라고 변덕스러운 대응. 샤워도 있고 냉장고도 있고 침대병 물도 준비되어 있습니다. 방을 나와 한 위로 올라가면 공용 고도 지붕의 풍경을 볼 수 있는 테라스가 있습니다. 체크인이 원활하게 진행되면 아주 좋은 숙소.

Trip.com 호텔과의 의사 소통을 개선해야한다고 생각합니다. 체크인은 셀프 체크인이었습니다. 집주인이 사진 설명과 이메일을 보냈지 만 이메일을 받았고 사진을받지 않아 방을 찾는 것이 원활하지 않았습니다. 나중에 Trip.com 고객 서비스에 연락하여 원활하게 들어갔습니다. WhatsApp에서 집주인에게 연락했습니다. 집주인의 사진 설명에 따르면 여전히 매우 명확하다는 것을 알았습니다. Trip.com 여기에서 관광객이 사진을 받을 수 있도록 프로그램을 개선하기를 바랍니다. 이 방은 거리와 가깝고 방음은 보통입니다. 조심하세요.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Cavour 10. The property feels more like a cozy hotel room rather than a full apartment, which was perfect for my needs. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is outstanding — right in the center of Florence, close to major attractions and surrounded by amazing restaurants, especially if you love high-quality meat dishes! The shower was modern and spacious, and a free breakfast was also included, which was a very nice surprise. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Florence!

The staff were really friendly and helpful! I met the lady with beautiful grey hair who takes care of breakfast and cleaning during my stay. The big problem is she doesn’t understand English, I handed my phone for her to speak via Google translate. She didn’t say anything! A second later she started talking in Italian again. This happened a few times in 3 minutes of facing her. She denied talking on Google translate. So I gave up and walked away…she said “respecta”, I assumed it means “respect”. I kept showing her Google translate in Italian that “whatever you wanna say, you say here since I don’t understand Italian”. The guests should be informed/reminded of “quiet hours”. BUT it gets pretty noisy from the guests… when someone opens the doors, everyone hears it. I could hear my neighbours chatting, sneezing, coughing, and all that. My room is facing the backyard, last night some guests living downstairs were enjoying the backyard at 11 pm. it was loud! Shower was another problem, water didn’t seem to go down the drain properly. The bed was two twins joined together without any proper topper. Thus, the twin beds were moving away from one another at night if you sleep in the middle. This part is common sense, either the hotel puts topper or the guest sleep on one side of the bed. The WiFi was reliable. Breakfast was pretty basic. Make sure to bring good-quality earplugs with you…
