The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. 이 호텔은 휴스턴 로케츠의 홈구장인 토요타 필드 바로 옆에 위치해 있어 환상적인 입지를 자랑하며, 휴스턴 애스트로스 스타디움에서도 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 시설은 잘 갖춰져 있으며, 직원들의 서비스는 미국 기준으로 매우 훌륭합니다. 조식은 고층에서 제공되어 휴스턴의 아름다운 경치를 감상하며 식사를 즐길 수 있습니다. 또한, 호텔 주변에는 다양한 중식 및 서양식 레스토랑이 있어 휴스턴을 방문하는 관광객이나 비즈니스 여행객 모두에게 최고의 선택입니다.

객실은 넓고 시설은 모든면에서 매우 만족합니다. 이중 도어 엘리베이터는 매우 이상합니다. 한쪽은 객실, 다른 쪽은 세탁실입니다. 첫날 밤, 아래층으로 내려가 물을 사면 엘리베이터 반대편이 자동으로 열립니다. 세탁실은 아무도 없고 불을 끄고 있습니다. 정말 놀랐습니다. 아침 식사는 비교적 간단합니다. 모두가 알고 있습니다. 교통이 상당히 편리하고 동쪽에 아주 맛있는 멕시코 음식이 있습니다.

출장에 적합

아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있고 가격도 적당합니다. 여러 레스토랑과 쇼핑몰이 근처에 있어서 편리합니다. 단, 주차 요금이 50달러로 조금 비싼 게 단점입니다. 시설: 좋음 청결: 좋음 환경: 좋음 서비스: 좋음

房間寬敞，乾淨，服務周到，酒店位置好

Was fine for the price. Internet crashed just prior to arriving which put a kink in not having electronic room keys. Staff was readily available to open our door anytime needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Has soon as I got into the room the TV wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to work it. When I tried calling the front desk to no one answered. I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was told how to get it to work and then was told I would have to this EVERY time I turned on the TV. I was also very disappointed the the ”free breakfast.” It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches.
