나를 체크인한 젊은 남자는 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절했습니다. 호텔 방은 욕실만큼 거대합니다. 근처에 레스토랑이 많고 고속도로에 쉽게 접근할 수 있었습니다. 스와이프해서 들어가고 나가야 하는 주차 데크가 있지만 운 좋게도 휴스턴에 처음 왔기 때문에 무료 주차를 제공받았습니다.

객실은 넓고 시설은 모든면에서 매우 만족합니다. 이중 도어 엘리베이터는 매우 이상합니다. 한쪽은 객실, 다른 쪽은 세탁실입니다. 첫날 밤, 아래층으로 내려가 물을 사면 엘리베이터 반대편이 자동으로 열립니다. 세탁실은 아무도 없고 불을 끄고 있습니다. 정말 놀랐습니다. 아침 식사는 비교적 간단합니다. 모두가 알고 있습니다. 교통이 상당히 편리하고 동쪽에 아주 맛있는 멕시코 음식이 있습니다.

Has soon as I got into the room the TV wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to work it. When I tried calling the front desk to no one answered. I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was told how to get it to work and then was told I would have to this EVERY time I turned on the TV. I was also very disappointed the the ”free breakfast.” It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches.

Great stay walking distance to the NRG Stadium and many places to eat! The hotel has a bar onsite to pregame before heading to my event! Great staff and super friendly.

The overall stay was ok. However the bar being closed over the Weekend was very poor. Pool closed because of seasonal issue. There were hardly any staff members around for any assistance. WiFi was there but not explained anywhere. I now understand why President Trimp wants to change the water pressure for showers. That should be called a rain mist washing facility, not really a shower. Once in a while the elevator did not work. The price was ok. It was generally very quiet. I would come again. Just would nor expect anything extraordinary.
