The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. Very easy to access esp you're joining the conference center there are skywall linked near Hall E. Staff was very nice and helpful esp conciergr lady but the process of issue recipt (iternal process+limitations due to apps)

공항 셔틀버스는 오전 5시부터 오후 11시 30분까지 운행하며, 버스 한 대당 30분 정도 소요됩니다. 무료 생수는 제공되지 않지만, 1층 헬스장에 수돗물이 있습니다. 칫솔은 비치되어 있어야 하는데 제가 갔을 때는 품절이라 매우 놀랐고, 결국 슈퍼마켓에서 사야 했습니다. 다음에는 비치되기를 바랍니다. 헬스장은 작지만 일상적인 운동에는 충분합니다. 조식은 간단하지만 건강에 좋습니다. 객실 청소는 매일 제공되는 것은 아니지만 요청 시에 받을 수 있어 놀랐습니다. 좋은 호텔이고, 직원들도 친절하고, 객실 청소도 잘 되어 있습니다. 무슨 말인지 아시겠죠?

Has soon as I got into the room the TV wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to work it. When I tried calling the front desk to no one answered. I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was told how to get it to work and then was told I would have to this EVERY time I turned on the TV. I was also very disappointed the the ”free breakfast.” It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches.

The overall stay was ok. However the bar being closed over the Weekend was very poor. Pool closed because of seasonal issue. There were hardly any staff members around for any assistance. WiFi was there but not explained anywhere. I now understand why President Trimp wants to change the water pressure for showers. That should be called a rain mist washing facility, not really a shower. Once in a while the elevator did not work. The price was ok. It was generally very quiet. I would come again. Just would nor expect anything extraordinary.
