Don Rafa Boutique Hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff went beyond simply being helpful—they delivered an exceptional customer experience from beginning to end. My kids were completely enamored with the game room and rooftop pool, which made the hotel feel just as much like part of the vacation as the destination itself. Our stay was truly magical, and the location made the trip even better. The hotel is close to several fantastic restaurants, including La Pradera, Casita Miramar, and Ceviche Market. Every one of them was, as my kids would say, “straight bussin’”—in other words, amazingly delicious! What makes Don Rafa especially memorable is its history. The property was once the home of a titan of industry and has now been transformed into an eclectic, beautifully designed boutique hotel. The architecture, artwork, furnishings, and thoughtful details give the hotel a distinctive personality that cannot be replicated by a typical chain hotel. Don Rafa is more than a place to sleep—it is an experience. The combination of history, design, hospitality, family-friendly amenities, and a fantastic location made our stay unforgettable. This is a truly special hotel that should not be missed.

地理位置很棒，坐落在老城區內，離城堡僅10分鐘步行，離所謂的“雨傘街”也很近，總之就是去哪都比較方便。 酒店本身還好，也有歷史感，不過我們僅住一個晚上，總體感覺良好。

이 호텔은 구시가지의 중심부에 편리하게 위치한 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 방은 크고 편안합니다. 연고의 파리는 커피와 차의 준비가 제자리에 있지 않은 것 같습니다.

This is a refurbished Sheraton hotel. Everything is nearly refurbished, not lifts - dire!! Reception is on the 2nd floor which is bizarre and not sure why. The restaurant is pretentious and expensive, plenty of better dining options nearby. Room was nice but not worth the price paid. Not sure what boutique means but if it's fancy cushions and a limited coffee machine you're after, this applies. Hotel is in a weird triangular shape and hard to navigate(loads of dead ends). PR is not cheap, and this hotel is in a great harbour location in old San Juan, however in my opinion very overpriced. Breakfast was OK but spoilt by unnecessary staff grovelling with coffees and orange juice. If I can pick up a plate, I could help myself to the above. Signing a piece of paper to say we are having breakfast, when we have been checked in, 2 or 3 forms/lists checked and then shown to our table is OTT and unnecessary. Unlike to return or recommend.

바다로 바로 연결되는 아주 좋은 호텔, 멋진 풍경과 사진 찍기에 적합한 야외 수영장, 직원들이 매우 친절하고 배려하며 객실이 깨끗하고 장식이 세련되었습니다.

Check in process requires a pin code to enter the room. However my pin code did not work so front desk attendant needed to come up with me to change the pin from his phone. After that it worked. There are no elevators in this hotel, I was on the second floor and the attendant offered to help me bring up my suitcase. The room itself is very small. Barely enough space for the bed. There is a door that opens up to the room next door. It is very thin since I could easily hear the person next door moving her bags and coughing. Two pairs of earplugs and two eye masks were provided in the room. Air conditioner worked. Unlike the listing, there was no window in this room. The towels were very dirty. One of them had dozens of dark spots on them, the other had red marks. Also, the last guest left a bottle of shampoo behind the shower curtain which was not removed. This means that cleaning is not very thorough since it would easily been seen if the shower curtain was moved. Fixtures and furniture in the room are quite basic. In the shower it looks like they did not even install a shower enclosure so the water simply sprays on the painted wall. Overall I would not stay here again but depending on the price you might be willing to live with the cleanliness and noise issues.

훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 도움이 되었습니다. Alejandra와 컨시어지 데스크의 젊은 남자(그의 이름을 기억하고 싶습니다)에게 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 이 짧은 여행에서 재미있는 일을 하도록 안내하여 내 여행을 기억에 남게 만들었습니다.

힐튼 가든 인에서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 동쪽 요새들과 비에호 산 후안에서 차나 버스로 금방 갈 수 있는 거리에 있고, 멋진 수영장(두 번째 사진은 수영장에서 바라본 라군의 풍경입니다)과 헬스장도 있었습니다. 숙박 기간 동안 호텔에서 조식을 먹었는데, 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식 모두 괜찮았습니다(다만 매일 메뉴가 바뀌는 것은 아쉬웠습니다). 특히 주문 즉시 만들어주는 오믈렛이 맛있었습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 콘다도 해변의 파라솔과 의자였습니다. 콘다도 해변은 파도가 잔잔하고 조류가 약해서 좋았습니다. 콘다도 플라자의 수영장도 이용할 수 있었습니다.

La Terraza is a nice boutique hotel in old San Juan and located great. We had a balcony suite, and it was surprisingly clean and spacious. We had to ask for towels each day, but those at the desk were very kind about getting us what we needed. The pool looked like a large infinity in the picture, but really it was a tiny wading pool...the rooftop terrace was lovely and inviting for a midnight rendezvous. We wish the bar was open or the drink machine worked, and it would've been nice. The breakfast was delightful and homemade...and there was always coffee or tea available. I would definitely stay here again for its quaintness and location. We had a fine stay.

The room service is not good, the floor with coffee splash is not cleaned while the bath towels replaced. The laundry is a headache, no coins available and I waited for 40 minutes but the person responsible for the coin exchange is nowhere, and finally the manager  exchanged some coins for me somewhere else. The location is good and easily go to to the old San Juan and airport, many restaurants nearby and gift store options.
