444평생 한 번의 추억으로 숙박.
가장 가까운 역의 Church gate 역에서 약간의 거리가 있기 때문에
버스로도 올 수 있습니다만, 일본인은 차 일택입니다.
유명한 Gate of india, 레오나르도 카페도 도보 거리 내에 있습니다. (뭐라고 레오나르도 카페의 점장씨? 오너씨?는 일본어를 할 수 있는 분이었습니다. 잠시 일본어에 굶주리고 있었으므로, 치유되었습니다 웃음)
관내는 실내 이외는 동영상 촬영, SLR 카메라 촬영은 금지인 것 같습니다. 스마트 폰의 사진 촬영은 좋을 것 같습니다.
첫째, 입장 전에 엄격한 보안 검사가 있습니다.
입관하면 짐을 맡기고 전통 의상을 입은 인디언 미녀로부터 인도식 의식(눈썹 사이에 빨간 마크를 붙여 스카프를 감을 수 있습니다)로 환영의 인사.
그 후 프런트를 떠나, 카페다운 장소에서 관내의 안내와 보증금의 지불(확실히 5.000루피)을 카드 지불. 아무것도 없으면 돌아옵니다.
꽃미남 보이씨에게 방까지 안내되어 무사 입실.
보이씨에게 칩을 건네려고 하면, 설마의 거부. 인도에서 칩을 거부당한 처음이라도 웃음
프로 의식의 높이를 볼 수 있습니다. 덧붙여서 입실에서 20 분 정도 지나고 나서 짐이 도착했습니다. 그 분은 단단히 칩을 받았습니다.
사람에 따라 다른가? 이유를 잘 모르겠습니다.
중요한 서비스, 장비는 과연 한마디로 다합니다.
스탭 개인에게 들르지만, 서비스 레벨은 일반적으로 환대에 넘쳐, 바로 일류.
방내도 다 쓸 수 없는 정도의 대량의 수건, 미용실에서 사용하는 것 같은 하이파워 드라이어, 웰컴 과일, 무료 과자(너트, 초콜 등) 고급 브랜드의 어메니티, 기품 넘치는 병의 물, 샤워의 수압은 인도로는 높습니다. 단지 일본인이라고 조금 약하게 느낄지도.
도중에 향의 제공 서비스가 있어, 좋은 선물이 되었습니다.
밤에는 수영장 지역에 야간 쇼가 있습니다.
별로 관심이 없어서 안 갔지만.
아침 식사는 일본에서는 먹은 적이 없는 요리도 있어, 보고 있는 것만으로 즐겁습니다.
아침에, 요리사가 테이블 인사에 왔습니다.
TV에서만 본 적이 없었던 사태에, 일반인의 나는 위축해 버렸습니다
다음날 공항행 교통까지 시간이 남았기 때문에
늦은 체크인 (유료)을 의뢰하면 설마 무료였습니다. 왜인지는 모르겠지만 고맙습니다.
조금 유감이었던 것은 나의 방은 2층이었습니다만, 엘리베이터의 위치를 모릅니다.
뭐 2층이므로 따로 좋지만, 스탭에게 물어도 잘 모르고, 계단 밖에 사용할 수 없었습니다.
바로 🇮🇳를 대표하는 훌륭한 호텔입니다.
내가 예약한 방은 경치 없음, 가장 저렴한 방에서 35.000엔. 여러면에서 좋은 경험이었습니다.

익익명 사용자Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish.
Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

리리뷰어The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

SSJCC매우 좋은 직원과 서비스, 요리사는 딸이 잘되지 않을 때 우리를 도왔고 특별히 단조로운 음식을 준비했습니다. 그들 덕분입니다. 또한 리셉션의 Mr Babar는 객실 편의 시설을 얻는 데 매우 도움이되었습니다.

리리뷰어정말 아름다운 인테리어를 갖춘 1800년대 테마 호텔입니다. 서비스는 최고 수준이었고 직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 두 번째로 이곳에 머물렀는데 다시 예약하기 전에 두 번 생각하지 않을 겁니다. 공항과 가까운 위치지만 교통 체증을 헤쳐 나가는 것이 약간 까다로울 수 있습니다. 심지어 무료 음료 2잔을 주었고 제가 지금까지 경험한 것 중 가장 편안함을 느끼게 해주었습니다. 정말 좋아요!

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

리리뷰어I arrived early and it was no problem to check me in which was appreciated. In the room itself, it was clean and they had provided sweet treats which was a nice surprise. My only gripe was the water flowing from the basin tap was very slow and could have been better. No issue with the shower though.

PPANCHALGood hotel with all facilities. Not the best for solo female travellers as there is a club on the top floor. Can be a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. But the staff is quite supportive and caring. They do their best to make you feel safe. Food is good. Overall satisfactory.
