The location itself was not bad, but for paying this much for a hotel of this caliber, having to pay for parking that is not dedicated to the hotel itself was a little bit of a nuisance. The staff at the front were friendly. They helped us get check in to our room on the seventh floor, and they had a great attitude and service skills. The room itself was fairly clean. The only reason I took one point off out of five is due to the fact that there was some bunched up hair behind the towel in the shower. Other than that, the room was nice and quite comfortable. Our stay overnight was uneventful, with no noise or interruptions. Everything was conveniently located on our floor and we were situated far from the elevator as requested. My biggest complaints are the staff at the bar/breakfast lounge and the amenities provided. There were a little to no amenities. All we were given was an $18 voucher for food or drinks and a $9 voucher for drinks only, both redeemable at the bar/breakfast lounge. This was a little bit annoying as there was not even a continental breakfast as found at cheaper hotels than this one. In addition, the food voucher barely covered the price of any of the selections, and the drink voucher was only usable for one drink, even if we tried to get two drinks within the $9 value. If we did try to get two drinks of $4.50, they would say that the voucher was only good for one drink up to $9 (which is not specified on the details of the voucher). To make things worse. The vouchers were treated more as coupons, so we still had to pay taxes on the price of the whole meal and drinks for the two vouchers that already did not provide enough for a small breakfast for two. Overall, the amenities provided were the bare minimum for a hotel of this price: Gym Pool Basic room service Blow dryer Clothes steamer Limited cable TV Ice machine Wi-Fi Guest laundry Bar The penny-pinching of this hotel was next level. From the lackluster vouchers to the nonexistent complementary breakfast, I was shocked at how little they provided at such a high price. If I had known this was going to be the case, I would have rather paid the extra money to stay at the Sheraton hotel right across the street.  Overall, our stay overnight was still pleasant and comfortable. But we were unimpressed with the services and amenities provided for the price we paid. I would only recommend this place if you were looking for a “fancy/high class” place to stay overnight and are not interested in paying extra for other amenities. Even still, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is comfortable, I’m sure you could find something significantly cheaper than this that still manages to provide the same amenities, if not more. 

This is a refurbished Sheraton hotel. Everything is nearly refurbished, not lifts - dire!! Reception is on the 2nd floor which is bizarre and not sure why. The restaurant is pretentious and expensive, plenty of better dining options nearby. Room was nice but not worth the price paid. Not sure what boutique means but if it's fancy cushions and a limited coffee machine you're after, this applies. Hotel is in a weird triangular shape and hard to navigate(loads of dead ends). PR is not cheap, and this hotel is in a great harbour location in old San Juan, however in my opinion very overpriced. Breakfast was OK but spoilt by unnecessary staff grovelling with coffees and orange juice. If I can pick up a plate, I could help myself to the above. Signing a piece of paper to say we are having breakfast, when we have been checked in, 2 or 3 forms/lists checked and then shown to our table is OTT and unnecessary. Unlike to return or recommend.

First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future

Room and pool was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient when bringing out drinks out to the pool. Front desk staff answered my questions politely and effectively. In great location- you can walk to Condado area easily as well as other places to eat in Miramar area

좋은 위치. 주변에 많은 레스토랑. 해변은 길 건너편에 있으며 발렛 파킹은 하루에 $30입니다. 다양한 스크램블 에그와 비콘으로 구성된 조식 정식. 로비에서 하루 종일 무료 커피와 무료 비스킷, 상쾌한 얼음처럼 차가운 레몬(과일) 물. 해변 휴가를 위해 정말 추천합니다. 바 주류보다 저렴한 월그린이 모퉁이에 있습니다.

Excellent place to stay very close to all the shops and all the different tourist attractions although we are from the island originally, we currently live in the U.S. We were very pleased on how accommodating the service was, and how I aesthetic the view of the whole place was. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Perfect location on the beach. Make sure to check on free umbrellas and chairs on the beach - they are brown colour and look for the hotel flag with the people that arranges chairs. Our next door room had very noisy door, each time someone opened, it disturbed our sleep. Not a good noise cancelling windows as well and people party all night with loud music. Very clean and tidy hotel and room. Bed was cosy.

Отличный хостел, очень хорошее расположение, дружелюбный персонал, везде чисто, в номерах ежедневная уборка, есть  удобная кухня, отдельный туалет и холодильник в номере, красивая и уютная крыша с диванчиками, столиками и с двумя стильными ванными  на открытом воздухе. Номера большие, пребывание было комфортным, мне все очень понравилось! Только немного прохладно было спать в номере из-за кондиционера, который работал в автоматическом режиме, не было возможности выключить его или убавить. В номерах есть достаточно большие запирающиеся шкафчики.

걸어서 Santurce/Miramar를 탐험하고 싶다면 훌륭하고 편리한 위치입니다. 4블록 거리에는 24시간 운영되는 Pueblo, Planet Fitness 및 Mercado La Carreta 카페가 있는 Ciudadela가 있습니다. 시우다델라 바로 건너편에는 Lote 23(매우 맛있고 흥미로운 믹스)이라는 푸드 트럭 푸드 코트가 있습니다. 아브라카다바 브런치 & 현지 커피 전문점 787 커피도 놓치지 마세요. 또한 Ave José de Diego에 좋은 Mex 레스토랑이 몇 군데 있습니다. 이 같은 길을 이용하면 콘다도 해변 🏖️ 지역까지 약 15분 정도 걸어갈 수 있습니다. 보도에는 임대용 전기 🛴도 있습니다. 언덕 바로 아래에 있는 호텔 바로 옆에는 La Casona(아름다운 정원 레스토랑 및 고급 레스토랑)가 있습니다. 바로 길 건너편에 있는 Avenida Juncos에는 Burrillos Santurce가 있습니다. 정말 맛있고 아주 좋은 가격의 캐주얼 Mex 🌯 장소입니다(카운터에서 주문하고 앉으세요). 도보 3분.... 위치는 훌륭하지만 호텔 자체는 확실히 예산이 저렴합니다. 중요한 편의 시설이 없고, 작은 방과 더 작은 욕실이 있습니다. 낮은 쪽의 수압. 객실에는 평면 패널과 케이블이 있습니다(사용하지는 않음). AC는 훨씬 더 훌륭하고 조용한 분할형 장치로 매우 잘 작동했습니다. 작은 방도 훨씬 더 쉽고 빠르게 냉각할 수 있습니다. 좀 낡고, 낡고, 펑키하지만 (하지만 성격도 많이), 단지 충돌할 수 있는 기능적인 장소가 필요하다면 객실 가격이 매우 좋습니다! $65-80/박 대 $400?!? 셀프 서비스 세탁 시설과 건조기도 1대 있습니다. 로비에는 작은 카페형 좌석 공간이 있습니다. 무료 Wi-Fi, 하지만 좀 느립니다. 객실 위치에 따라 소음 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다. Asia di Lima 레스토랑의 배기 팬(Calle San Jorge 쪽) 바로 위의 객실에서는 요리 배기 냄새를 최소화하기 위해 오후 4시부터 11시까지 창문을 닫아야 합니다. 어쨌든... 꼭 다시 여기에 머물고 싶습니다. 특히 객실 요금이 하루 $80 미만인 경우. 그리고 실제로 많은 보풀이 필요하지 않습니다. 작은 방이나 호텔에서 놀기 위해 휴가 중이 아닙니다. 리조트 경험을 원하신다면... Caribé Hilton, Vanderbilt, La Concha, Sonesta 또는 Isla Verde의 El San Juan... 하지만 1박당 $300-800를 지불하셔야 합니다!! 여기 있으면 부끄러워하지 마세요! 가능한 한 많이 나가서 돌아다니십시오. 인적이 드문 길에서 발견할 수 있는 멋진 것들에 놀라게 될 것입니다. 훨씬 더 정통한 🇵🇷 경험을 경험해보세요!
