'Casablanca Hotel is a unique boutique stay inspired by Moroccan and Mediterranean design, creating a romantic, old-world atmosphere. From its charming interior courtyard with lush greenery to the rooftop terrace featuring lounge seating, jacuzzis, unique soaking tubs, and beautiful views over Old San Juan, it offers plenty of character and charm. The amenities are fairly basic—there’s no bellhop service, in-room coffee maker, blow dryer, or specialty drinks and snacks—but if you’re looking for an affordable stay with a memorable ambiance, it’s an excellent choice. I made new friends, truly enjoyed my time there, and would happily stay again.'

'First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future'

'Small but comfortable hotel near old town. We stopped for an overnight stay before catching the cruise. Conveniently located short distance from airport, cruise terminal and a few restaurants.'

'This hotel was very nicely located and had a fair amount of parking if you rent a car. There are 2 coffee shop’s very close that is super nice for the morning if you’re planning on walking into old San Juan. There is no hair dryer or lotion in the bathroom as well as not Many spots to hang used towels or bathing suits. Our main issue is that the shower head in the bathroom was broken the whole stay the water trickled out of the top shower head. We alerted the hotel staff who assured it would be fixed the second day of the trip but when we checked in they said they weren’t sure if it was fixed (it wasn’t). The water would go from hot to cold very dramatically without touching the handle. It was impossible to get a comfortable shower after being on the beach and in the heat all day you were either scorched or frozen. The small handheld nozzle did work. The room was clean and the AC worked great but did have a leak onto the floor under it. I just wish in the 2 nights we stayed we were able to get a nice shower. Other reviews of staff not being present are accurate they come in later in the day but are available via text but when they were there they were helpful. The hotel offered late check out as compensation but when we tried the key card after 11 (we were offered 2pm check out) the card did not work'

'몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 603호실에는 어떤 여성이 짐을 들고 마치 아무렇지도 않게 앉아 있는 모습이었는데, 정말 이상했습니다. 저희가 방에 도착했을 때는 저녁 6시였는데, 그런 사람이 방에 있는 건 용납할 수 없는 일이었습니다. 방 청소를 했다면 열쇠도 바꿔 놓았어야 하지 않을까요? 서비스는 좋았습니다. 새 방으로 바꿔주긴 했지만, 전체적인 분위기가 망쳐졌습니다. 또, 체크인할 때 발렛파킹 직원이 차에 잘못된 이름을 적어 놓았습니다. 그래서 차를 인수할 때, 제 차와 일치하는 발권표가 있었음에도 불구하고 차를 넘겨주지 않으려고 했습니다. 결국 저는 더운 날씨에 차 시동도 걸지 못한 채 짐을 싣느라 한참을 서 있어야 했습니다. 매니저를 불러야만 겨우 열쇠를 받을 수 있었는데, 사과 한마디도 없었습니다. 저는 다이아몬드 회원으로서 항상 힐튼을 이용해 왔는데, 이번 일은 그저 우연한 경험이었기를 바랍니다. 다행히 이 호텔은 하루만 이용한 곳이라 후회됩니다. 음식도 매우 형편없었습니다. 살롱에는 뼈가 있었고, 아침 식사는 저렴한 유럽식 조식 수준이었습니다. 가장 좋았던 점 - 스타벅스, 멋진 전망, 아이들과 함께 가기 좋은 곳… 어쩌면 너무 아이들에게 친화적일지도 몰라요 가장 아쉬웠던 점 - 음식 가격이 너무 비싸요 - 별 2개짜리 음식이에요. 현지 음식을 먹는 게 훨씬 맛있어요. 해변은 파도가 너무 심해요. ****'

'Pasillo de la habitación estaba siempre mojado y nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación el tercer día, de 4 que fueron nuestra estancia total. El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones deja mucho que desear….hicieron todos los días las dos habitaciones a las 4 en de la tarde. Se les olvidó poner papel higiénico uno de los días, bastante lentos y despistados. La ubicación del hotel es buena pero para ser un 4 estrellas no llega a los standares de limpieza en pasillos , habitaciones, piscina etc…'

'The location itself was not bad, but for paying this much for a hotel of this caliber, having to pay for parking that is not dedicated to the hotel itself was a little bit of a nuisance. The staff at the front were friendly. They helped us get check in to our room on the seventh floor, and they had a great attitude and service skills. The room itself was fairly clean. The only reason I took one point off out of five is due to the fact that there was some bunched up hair behind the towel in the shower. Other than that, the room was nice and quite comfortable. Our stay overnight was uneventful, with no noise or interruptions. Everything was conveniently located on our floor and we were situated far from the elevator as requested. My biggest complaints are the staff at the bar/breakfast lounge and the amenities provided. There were a little to no amenities. All we were given was an $18 voucher for food or drinks and a $9 voucher for drinks only, both redeemable at the bar/breakfast lounge. This was a little bit annoying as there was not even a continental breakfast as found at cheaper hotels than this one. In addition, the food voucher barely covered the price of any of the selections, and the drink voucher was only usable for one drink, even if we tried to get two drinks within the $9 value. If we did try to get two drinks of $4.50, they would say that the voucher was only good for one drink up to $9 (which is not specified on the details of the voucher). To make things worse. The vouchers were treated more as coupons, so we still had to pay taxes on the price of the whole meal and drinks for the two vouchers that already did not provide enough for a small breakfast for two. Overall, the amenities provided were the bare minimum for a hotel of this price: Gym Pool Basic room service Blow dryer Clothes steamer Limited cable TV Ice machine Wi-Fi Guest laundry Bar The penny-pinching of this hotel was next level. From the lackluster vouchers to the nonexistent complementary breakfast, I was shocked at how little they provided at such a high price. If I had known this was going to be the case, I would have rather paid the extra money to stay at the Sheraton hotel right across the street.  Overall, our stay overnight was still pleasant and comfortable. But we were unimpressed with the services and amenities provided for the price we paid. I would only recommend this place if you were looking for a “fancy/high class” place to stay overnight and are not interested in paying extra for other amenities. Even still, if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is comfortable, I’m sure you could find something significantly cheaper than this that still manages to provide the same amenities, if not more. '

'Nice hotel for a family, couple, or single stay. The beach is in walking distance, though the beach shuttle is available.Swimming pool with Jacuzzi. 14/7 Grocery stora is across the road. Couple of nice restaurants nearby. Valet parking $30. No free breakfast'
