- The breakfast was exceptional, scoring a perfect 10/10. The restaurant offered an excellent range of food options, maintained a clean environment, and had courteous staff.
- The hotel is situated within a shopping mall, though it is not of significant size. The ground floor houses a large supermarket, and the second floor features a coffee shop and multiple fast food establishments.
While the hotel is located in the city center, there are limited activities available nearby. The condition of the appliances, furniture, and general maintenance throughout the hotel is subpar, with the exception of the restaurant. Rooms are in need of significant improvements, including gum. The hotel's cleaning standards could be enhanced. Additionally, it is necessary to wear gloves after changing bed linens and towels to throw the trashbin. I have not observed any hotel that adheres to strict cleaning protocols.

FFmjpPolite and nice staffs. Check in and check out is fast. Room is excellent with a king sized bed. Nice interior and quality made. Clean and white bed sheets and towels. The bathroom and shower are very nice with good water temperature and pressure. The mattress is also very comfortable to sleep in. I think this is the best hotel in Iloilo. Surely will come back again.

익익명 사용자I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were professional and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the basic amenities you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The view from the window overlooked the city, which made for a nice backdrop in the evenings. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the room was always spotless when I returned.

PPaoloOur choice of stay everytime we visit Iloilo City. It's a simple hotel but the staff service is excellent! We like it here because it's walking distance to the Esplanade, Riverside Boardwalk, and the Shops at Atria. It's also surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars, which provides a vibrant nightlife.

PPoI arrive around 1 pm but they insist to check in at 2pm so i have to go for lunch then come back to check in again, even they have rooms cleaned already, actually i am using the room which they had clean already.
the swimmming pool is ok, but a bit old, the breakfast is not very good honestly, it can be better.
The staff is very helpful, they provide a lot of information to us , the first time travellers in Iloilo.
