It’s spacious and comfortable, not very new but still well maintained. We had a pleasant stay for our family gatherings, would like to come back again!

즐거운 시간을 보냈고 남편은 서비스, 특히 아침 식사에 만족했습니다. 아침 식사로 맛있는 식사가 제공되며 다양한 옵션 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 사진에서 본것과 똑같습니다. 수영장이 있기 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 실망스럽게도 우리 방에서 너무 멀고 지나가는 사람들이 수영장을 볼 수 있고 수영장 시간은 오전 7시부터 오후 7시까지만 가능합니다. 일로일로를 둘러보며 잠시 잠깐 쉬고 싶다면 시간이 충분하지 않습니다. 결국 수영장은 이용하지 못했습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 거의 모든 서비스가 만족스러웠습니다. 또한, 호텔 위치도 에스플러네이드 및 기타 시설과 가까워 도보로 이동이 가능하여 좋습니다.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The lobby was elegant, spacious, and impeccably clean, creating a luxurious first impression. Our room was even more impressive — modern, spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, the linens smelled fresh, and the room offered a stunning view that made every morning feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning in the future and are already looking forward to our next stay.

호텔은 시내 중심에 위치해 있으며, SM 몰과 필리핀-중국 우정의 아치까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 객실은 아늑하고 깨끗해서 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. 방은 좀 작았지만 침대가 정말 편안했고, 와이파이도 빨랐어요. 조식은 뷔페식인데 식사 공간이 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 칭찬할 만한 장점은 매우 조용하다는 점이었어요. 쇼핑몰 근처 다른 호텔들과는 다르게 말이죠. 호텔 2층에서 SM 쇼핑몰로 바로 연결되어서 편리했습니다.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

yung isang 방이 sa AC를 발급 할 수 있기 때문에 직원들은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 그래서 나는 그녀에게 확인을 요청했고 그녀는 같은 padin을했기 때문에 그녀는 내 친구를 다른 방으로 옮기기로 결정했습니다. 위치는 좋은 malapit sa 몰이지만 청결에 대해 dati okay sya 항상 kami nag stay dito 아마도 kulang na sila sa 직원이므로 다른 지역의 힌디어는 괜찮지 만 좋은 숙박입니다.
