이 럭셔리 오션뷰 킹룸은 저희 여행 전체에서 가장 비싼 방이었어요. 5성급 럭셔리 호텔다운 품격을 기대했지만, 결과적으로는 실망감만 안겨주었고, 최악의 경험으로 남았습니다! 방 자체의 시설은 괜찮았지만, 이 호텔의 체크인 절차와 서비스 관리는 그야말로 재앙이었습니다. 방 배정이 심각하게 지연되어 고객들이 엄청나게 오래 기다려야 하는 상황이었음에도 불구하고, 현장 직원들은 극도로 냉담하게 행동했습니다. 지쳐서 로비에 쪼그리고 앉아 있었는데, 그렇게 많은 직원들이 본 척도 하지 않았고, 아무런 배려나 위로, 하다못해 환영 음료 한 잔도 없었습니다. 고급 럭셔리 호텔을 표방하면서 기본적인 서비스 의식이 일반 서비스업보다도 못하다니요. 좋은 방은 하드웨어일 뿐, 이렇게 형편없는 서비스는 전체적인 투숙 경험을 완전히 망쳐버렸습니다. 절대로 다시 방문하지 않을 것이며, 서비스 경험을 중요하게 생각하는 친구들에게는 이곳을 피하라고 강력히 권하고 싶습니다!

보홀 휴가를 마치고, 다음 날 세부 공항으로 가야 하는데 아침 일찍 배를 타는 것이 싫어서 하루 일찍 이곳에 묵기로 했습니다. 세부 부두에서 약 50분, 공항에서 30분 거리라 교통편은 나쁘지 않습니다. 시설은 쉐라톤급이고, 호텔이 개장한 지 얼마 되지 않아 시설 관리가 매우 잘 되어 있습니다. 경치도 특히 아름답습니다. 저희가 예약한 객실에는 1.3미터 더블 침대 2개가 있어서 성인 2명과 아이 2명이 쓰기에 딱 좋았습니다. 화장실은 넓고 구분이 명확하며, 샤워실, 변기, 욕조, 세면대, 수납 공간이 합리적으로 배치되어 있습니다. 침실 조명 조절도 잘 되어 있고, 특히 야간등이 좋았습니다. 아이들이 잠든 후에 어른들이 휴대폰을 사용하기에 딱 적당한 밝기여서 아이들을 깨울 염려가 없었습니다. 음식에 대해서는 불평할 것이 있습니다. 저녁 뷔페는 5cien에서 먹었는데, 제가 먹어본 뷔페 중 가장 맛없는 뷔페였습니다. 입맛에 맞는 요리가 하나도 없었고, 종류도 많지 않은데 맛까지 없어서 1인당 약 235위안이라는 가격이 아까웠습니다. 하나하나 맛볼 때마다 정말 '블랙 요리' 수준으로 재료 낭비였습니다. 결국 어쩔 수 없이 찜 요리를 먹었는데, 찜 요리도 조리 상태가 좋지 않았습니다. 저녁 식사의 안 좋은 경험 때문에 다음 날 아침 식사 때는 기대를 내려놓고 아무거나 조금 먹고 서둘러 체크아웃했습니다. 아침 식사는 저녁보다는 나았지만, 그저 그랬습니다.

침대가 푹신해서 피로가 풀렸습니다. 운이 없게도 배정받은 방이 너무 시끄러웠어요. 차 소리가 아니라 호텔 꼭대기에 있는 어떤 장치에서 끊임없이 엄청난 소음이 나서 저희 층 방들이 다 영향을 받았을 것 같아요. 너무 피곤해서 일단 눕고 나니 움직이기 싫었고, 프런트 데스크에 방을 바꿔달라고 요청하기도 귀찮았지만, 그래도 하룻밤 잘 쉬었습니다.

이번에 3박 4일 일정으로 가족들과 함께 머물렀는데, 정말 기대 이상으로 만족스러운 시간이었습니다. 특히 어린아이가 있는 가족 여행객에게 강력하게 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다. 아이를 위한 최고의 시설 (크림존 & 수영장) 무엇보다 아이가 물놀이를 너무 즐겁게 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 키즈 전용 시설(크림존)과 폼파티 등 놀거리가 잘 갖춰져 있어서 아들 녀석이 하루 종일 시간 가는 줄 모르고 놀더군요. 수심이 얕은 구역도 잘 나뉘어 있고, 안전요원들도 곳곳에 배치되어 있어 부모 입장에서도 안심이 되었습니다. 부부를 위한 여유롭고 프라이빗한 휴식 아이가 노는 동안 와이프와 함께 선베드에 누워 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 분위기였습니다. 리조트 내 조경이 아름답고, 프라이빗 해변도 관리가 아주 잘 되어 있어서 번잡하지 않게 조용하고 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 친절한 서비스와 쾌적한 객실 컨디션 직원분들이 마주칠 때마다 항상 밝게 인사해 주시고 아이에게도 다정하게 먼저 다가와 주셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 객실도 매우 청결하고 아늑해서 3박 4일 동안 전혀 불편함 없이 지냈습니다. 조식도 메뉴가 다양해 온 가족이 만족스럽게 식사할 수 있었습니다.

아주 좋은 작은 호텔입니다(부티크 호텔로 자리매김하고 있습니다). 음식도 훌륭합니다. 가격은 시내보다 조금 비싸지만, 큰 차이는 아닙니다. 청소, 서비스 등 모든 것이 만족스럽습니다. 작지만 아름다운 산호초에 거북이가 많이 있습니다(물속으로 들어가는 입구가 좋지는 않지만, 어디든 마찬가지입니다). 단점도 말씀드리겠습니다. 1. 2층 객실 샤워실 수압이 매우 약해서 온수와 냉수 모두 아주 약하게 나옵니다. 2. 공항에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다(하지만 세부의 좋은 곳은 항상 그렇죠 :( ) 호텔 주인 마이크에게 멋진 시간과 세심한 서비스에 감사드립니다! :)

객실은 국내 빌라와 비슷했지만, 편의시설이 부족했습니다. 수영장은 예뻤고, 음식은 단품 메뉴 외에는 다소 단조로웠습니다. 스노클링은 좋았지만, 스노클링 가이드가 적어 미리 예약해야 했습니다. 바다는 정말 아름다웠고, 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다!

위치가 외곽이라 시내에서 놀다가 다시 들어오기엔 택시비 부담이 좀 되고 시간 많이 걸립니다. 최대한 리조트 내 시설을 즐기는게 좋을 것 같네요! 위생 걱정 많이 했는데 문제 없었습니다. 쾌적하고 좋아요. 호텔로 들어오는 길목에 호텔 가이드들이 지키고 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 받았어요. 그리고 근처에 마트 있어서 편하게 이용 가능합니다. 또 갈 의향 있어요! 그러나 호텔에서 잡아주는 민간 택시보단 그랩이 훨씬 더 싸니까 그랩 잡아보고 안되면 호텔에 부탁하세요. 만족스러운 호텔이었어요

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

It's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
