리리뷰어이번에 3박 4일 일정으로 가족들과 함께 머물렀는데, 정말 기대 이상으로 만족스러운 시간이었습니다. 특히 어린아이가 있는 가족 여행객에게 강력하게 추천하고 싶은 곳입니다.
아이를 위한 최고의 시설 (크림존 & 수영장)
무엇보다 아이가 물놀이를 너무 즐겁게 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 키즈 전용 시설(크림존)과 폼파티 등 놀거리가 잘 갖춰져 있어서 아들 녀석이 하루 종일 시간 가는 줄 모르고 놀더군요. 수심이 얕은 구역도 잘 나뉘어 있고, 안전요원들도 곳곳에 배치되어 있어 부모 입장에서도 안심이 되었습니다.
부부를 위한 여유롭고 프라이빗한 휴식
아이가 노는 동안 와이프와 함께 선베드에 누워 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 분위기였습니다. 리조트 내 조경이 아름답고, 프라이빗 해변도 관리가 아주 잘 되어 있어서 번잡하지 않게 조용하고 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.
친절한 서비스와 쾌적한 객실 컨디션
직원분들이 마주칠 때마다 항상 밝게 인사해 주시고 아이에게도 다정하게 먼저 다가와 주셔서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. 객실도 매우 청결하고 아늑해서 3박 4일 동안 전혀 불편함 없이 지냈습니다. 조식도 메뉴가 다양해 온 가족이 만족스럽게 식사할 수 있었습니다.

리리뷰어객실 인테리어가 오래되어 화장실과 가구들이 낡은 느낌이었고, 곰팡이 냄새도 좀 났습니다. 발코니 문을 열면 에어컨이 자동으로 꺼졌습니다.
외부 환경은 비교적 좋았습니다. 리조트 단지와 해변이 있었고, 수영장 배치도 합리적이어서 사람들이 분산되는 효과가 있었습니다. 다양한 연령대의 아이들을 위한 키즈카페(놀이터)가 있었는데 유료였지만, 투숙객은 할인된 가격으로 이용할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 사람이 많아서 줄을 서야 했습니다~
전반적으로 가족 휴가에 적합하지만, 숙박 경험에 대한 기대치가 높다면 좀 더 최근에 지어진 호텔을 선택하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

훌륭함
홍홍또여전체적으로 위치를 제외하면 모두 만족스러웠던 5성급 리조트였습니다.
직원분들이 정말 친절하고, 보안도 철저해서 리조트 안에서 편안하고 안전하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 리조트에서 진행하는 다양한 액티비티도 준비되어 있어 굳이 밖에 나가지 않아도 충분히 즐길 거리가 많았어요.
무엇보다 수영장이 정말 예쁩니다. 사진보다 실제가 더 예뻤고, 이 수영장 때문에라도 다시 방문하고 싶을 정도였습니다.
다만 아쉬웠던 점은 조식이었습니다. 빵과 과일은 괜찮았지만 전체적인 음식은 기대보다 아쉬웠고, 3일 동안 쌀국수를 먹었는데 매일 맛이 달라 일관성이 없는 느낌이었습니다.
또 위치가 다소 외진 편이라 마사지샵이나 식당에서 픽업·드롭 서비스를 제공하지 않는 경우가 많았습니다. 대부분 택시를 이용해야 해서 이동이 조금 불편했습니다.
그래도 리조트 자체의 시설과 서비스가 워낙 좋아서, 리조트 안에서 휴양을 즐기며 쉬는 여행을 원하시는 분들께는 적극 추천드립니다. 반대로 매일 밖으로 나가 관광이나 맛집 투어를 계획하시는 분들에게는 위치 때문에 다소 불편할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
저는 다음에 세부에 방문해도 수영장 하나만 보고 다시 예약할 만큼 만족했던 리조트였습니다.

리리뷰어바닷가에 위치한 멋진 호텔입니다. 객실은 8개(제 기억으로는)밖에 없는 아담한 규모입니다. 모든 객실이 넓고 깨끗하며 아름다웠습니다. TV는 없었지만 저희에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 호텔 내에는 거북이와 다양한 물고기들과 함께 수영할 수 있는 전용 산호초가 있습니다. 상어와 폭포를 보러 가는 투어도 운전기사와 함께 제공해 줍니다. 호텔 레스토랑 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 모든 것이 마음에 들어서 호텔 밖으로 거의 나가지 않았습니다. 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다.

리리뷰어정말 행복했어요. 방은 좀 낡았고, 위생 상태가 럭셔리 브랜드처럼 아주 훌륭한 건 아니었지만, 오슬롭 시골의 작은 여관들과 비교하면 정말 최고였습니다. 무엇보다도 뷰가 정말 멋졌고, 방 문을 열면 바로 물에 뛰어들 수 있었어요. 서비스는 직원마다 달랐지만, 전반적으로 모두 친절했습니다. 너무 좋았으니 또 오고 싶어요!

As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy.
My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi.
To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark.
The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering.
Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out.
My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner.
My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A.
I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

리리뷰어위치가 외곽이라 시내에서 놀다가 다시 들어오기엔 택시비 부담이 좀 되고 시간 많이 걸립니다. 최대한 리조트 내 시설을 즐기는게 좋을 것 같네요! 위생 걱정 많이 했는데 문제 없었습니다. 쾌적하고 좋아요. 호텔로 들어오는 길목에 호텔 가이드들이 지키고 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 받았어요. 그리고 근처에 마트 있어서 편하게 이용 가능합니다. 또 갈 의향 있어요! 그러나 호텔에서 잡아주는 민간 택시보단 그랩이 훨씬 더 싸니까 그랩 잡아보고 안되면 호텔에 부탁하세요. 만족스러운 호텔이었어요

리리뷰어장기로 있을 예정이였어서 이 호텔로 선택했어요.
이 전에 예약했던 호텔에선 정전에 소음에 죽을뻔하다 여기로 오고 마음의 평화를 찾았습니다.
단기로 5성급 호텔에서 숙식하시던 분들에겐 소박한 호텔일 수 있겠으나 장기로 있기에는 이만한 가성비가 없습니다.
주변에 있을거 다 있구요 현지느낌 즐기기에 좋습니다.
15분정도 걸으면 it파크나와서 걸어다닐만 했구요(다만 10시부터2시까진 너무 더워서 죽을뻔) 낮엔 앞에 오토바이 50페소 정도 주고 왔다갔다 했습니다.
그리고 조식은 최고였습니다. 한국인 입맛에도 잘 맞구요 와이파이도 잘 터져요. 직원분들은 매일 항상 친절했습니다.

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.
