조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 노르웨이 트롬스 호텔

El hotel está bastante alejado del centro de Tromsø. La parada de autobús para ir al aeropuerto está a 10 min. Parece poco pero si está nevando y llevas mucho equipaje hay que ir con tiempo porque las cuestas tienen hielo. Cuando entras, es una maravilla. Han renovado las zonas comunes y es súper bonito. Pero al entrar en nuestra habitación doble.... No estaba renovada. Es la habitación más pequeña en la que hemos estado en 8 días por la zona. La puerta no está en buenas condiciones. El baño parece de ”un hospital”. Para nuestro gusto la cama y las almohadas son incómodas. Las paredes de la habitación tampoco están en buen estado. Cuando fuimos a desayunar parecía otro hotel. La cafetería con vistas panorámica era preciosa. Y el desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy rico. Nos choca bastante la inmensa diferencia que hay entre las zonas comunes y la habitación.

가격 대비 기대에 못 미쳤어요. 침대는 두께 10cm 정도의 얇은 매트리스였어요. 베개는 너무 푹신했고요. 그나마 좋았던 점은 위치와 전망이었어요. 하지만 아침에 일어나면 욕실에는 항상 더러운 물이 나왔어요. 다른 욕실은 어떤지 모르겠네요. 쓰레기 수거만 해주고, 객실 청소는 따로 요청해야 해요. (적어도 바닥에 떨어진 수건이라도 갈아주거나 침대 정리라도 해줄 줄 알았는데 말이죠.)

호텔의 조식은 정말 훌륭했어요. 유럽에서 먹어본 조식 중 최고였어요. 헬스장도 크고 여러 시설을 이용할 수 있는데, 호텔에서 몇 블록밖에 안 떨어져 있어요. 방은 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 호텔이 너무 마음에 들어서 트롬쇠에 다시 방문하면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요!

Since it's the off-season here inTromsø in the summer, the cost of staying is much lower than in many other parts of Norway. So, considering the price I paid, my experience at the Dock Hotel far exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are among the newest, and the design is rich in textures and shows great attention to detail. The bathroom, in particular, is very spacious. Other than that, I would also say the city itself centers around this hotel because it's the first stop of the bus that goes to the airport, and my guided tour also used this hotel as the meeting point. Overall, my stay was pretty much perfect in every aspect.

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

이 호텔은 유일하게 조식과 저녁 식사가 포함된 하프보드를 제공하는 곳이며, 오후 3시부터 5시까지는 케이크와 차/커피를 제공하는 티타임도 있습니다. 저희가 저녁 식사 시간 이후에 도착했는데, 호텔 프런트 직원분들이 친절하게 차가운 접시 두 개를 따로 준비해 주셔서 정말 맛있었습니다! 부활절 연휴 기간에 도착해서 많은 상점들이 문을 닫았는데, 호텔에서 저녁 식사를 제공해 주는 덕분에 편하게 식사를 할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 내 모든 곳이 도보 거리 내에 있어 편리했습니다. 프런트에서는 하루 종일 커피와 차를 자유롭게 이용하실 수 있습니다. 저희가 새벽 2시쯤 오로라를 보러 나갔다가 돌아왔을 때는 호텔 문이 잠기고 보안 요원이 상주하고 있어서 안전했습니다. 사우나도 있었지만 이용해 보지는 못했습니다. 직원분들은 모두 친절하고 도움을 주려고 노력했습니다.

Es war mein 3. Mal in diesem Hotel. Ausschlaggebend ist immer ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Wasser. Denn dieser Blick ist einfach unschlagbar schön. Wir waren jetzt zum ersten Mal eine ganze Woche. Da haben sich leider dann auch mal nicht so optimale Dinge gezeigt. Das enthaltene Essen ist grundsätzlich eine tolle Sache. Gerade in Skandinavien ist Essen gehen ja teuer und so ist es schön, dass das schon im Preis enthalten ist. Allerdings haben wir eine ziemliche Wiederholung der angebotenen Speisen festgestellt. Und die warmen Gerichte abends waren nur sehr lauwarm. Was echt nicht so toll war, ist, dass man den Reinigungsservice aktiv selbst anfordern muss. Haben wir auch gemacht, aber das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt (vor allem das Bad), nur Handtücher gewechselt und Seifensprender aufgefüllt. Und wenn man eine Woche da ist, fällt dann auch auf, das nur eine kleine Ecke zum aufhängen von Sachen sehr wenig ist. Wir hatten also die beiden Sessel voll liegen, was manchmal echt chaotisch war und man immer wieder neu aufräumen musste. Das Personal ist aber sehr nett und freundlich. Und die Lage des Hotels eben auch ziemlich unschlagbar. Alles ist nah gelegen. Da wir einen kompletten Tag Regen/Schnee hatten und das Hotel gar nicht verlassen haben, ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Möglichkeit mal in eine wärmende Sauna oder ein Schwimmbad zu gehen, oder eine Massage oder Kosmetikbehandlung im Hotel zu buchen auch ganz nett gewesen wären. Aufgrund des Ausblicks allein würde ich aber trotzdem immer wieder kommen ;-)

트롬쇠 캐빈에서 두 번 숙박했습니다. 강변에 위치하여 산 전망을 감상할 수 있으면서도 차로 몇 분 거리에 시내가 있어 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 캐빈은 따뜻하고 깨끗했으며, 간단한 식사를 할 수 있는 작은 주방이 있어 실용적이었습니다. 주차는 무료이고 편리했으며, 전기차 충전소도 많아 장거리 여행에 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 아늑하고 조용한 숙소로, 트롬쇠와 주변 자연을 탐험하기에 완벽한 거점입니다.

호텔의 위치는 공항에서 2km도 채 안되어 조금 어색합니다. 택시를 타면 175 크로나부터 시작하여 100 위안이 넘습니다. 돌아올 때는 공항버스를 타고 공항까지 갔는데, 요금은 3분에 80크로나였습니다. 버스들이 서로 가깝지 않아서 교통이 조금 문제가 있었습니다. 하지만 호텔 전체는 꽤 괜찮고, 특히 11층에 있는 무적의 전망 로비는 극지방의 아름다움을 감상할 가치가 있습니다.

로포텐 제도에 다녀오니 트롬쇠는 굳이 안 와도 될 것 같은 곳이었어요. **위치**: 호텔 위치는 좋았고, 부두와도 가까웠습니다. **객실**: 호텔 복도와 객실은 꽤 낡아 보였고, 전혀 5성급 호텔 같지 않았습니다. 창밖 풍경은 좋았고, 특히 복도의 큰 창문 밖 풍경은 매우 아름다웠습니다. **서비스**: 이 호텔은 체크아웃 후 짐 보관이 셀프 서비스였고, 보관증도 주지 않았습니다. 방에는 짐이 가득 쌓여 있었고 문도 열려 있어서 투숙객의 대범함에 달렸습니다. 트롬쇠에서 케이블카를 타고 산에 올라 도시 경치를 보는 것은 좋았지만, 다른 점들은 평범했습니다. 오로라에 관해서는 겨울에 트롬쇠나 로포텐 제도 모두에서 볼 수 있습니다.
