AAmericanooo.exeVery good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay.
One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful.
Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming.
The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided.
The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival.
While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

리리뷰어이곳은 정말 아름답습니다. 마닐라 만을 바라보고 있어 아름다운 일몰을 감상할 수 있습니다. 발코니는 오카다 ******를 향하고 있으며 정원 전망도 좋습니다. 수영장은 마닐라 만을 바로 바라보고 있습니다. 일몰 시간이 되면 하늘이 온통 붉게 물듭니다. 리조트형 숙소입니다. 오카다 ******에는 레스토랑과 바가 많이 있습니다. 숙소에서 도보 2분 거리에 있습니다.
여기에 머무는 것이 정말 즐거웠고 꼭 다시 올 것입니다.
호스트도 매우 응답이 빠릅니다.

리리뷰어안타깝게도 예약 후 예약이 불가능하다는 통보를 받아 이곳에 묵을 수 없었습니다. 같은 호스트가 멀지 않은 다른 숙소로 안내해 줬지만, 자정에 도착해서야 도착했고, 여행으로 지쳐 있었기에 거절할 수가 없었습니다. 제가 묵었던 숙소는 예약 당시와 달랐지만, 호스트는 최선을 다해 저를 배려해 주려고 노력했고, 다음 날 방을 업그레이드해 주었으며, 비행기가 밤 11시라 체크아웃 시간을 늦춰주기까지 했습니다. 처음에는 잘 되지 않았지만, 결국에는 잘 되었습니다. 사진은 업그레이드된 방입니다.

리리뷰어Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
