연식이 조금 느껴지는 건물이었지만(레지던스 함께 운영 중) 역에서 가깝고 무엇보다도 객실이 넓어서 좋았습니다~ 재방문 의사 있습니다^^

서비스는 좋았고 조식이 생각만큼 좋지않았음 위치도 시암에서 조금 멀었고 방은 크고 좋았다 조식이 뷔페형식으로 바뀌었음 한다~~

호텔 객실은 넓고 작은 거실이 있습니다. 호텔 8 층과 10 층 에는 마사지 서비스도 있습니다. 예약하기 쉽고 이 측면은 매우 편리합니다 , 기술자 기술 전문 ,  가격도 10 점 에 적합합니다.  도보로 약 10 분 거리에있는 경우 여러 대형 쇼핑몰과 가깝습니다. 한 가지 불편한 점은 호텔 아래에 편의점이 없다는 것입니다. 그러나 우리는 또한 쇼핑을 위해 쇼핑몰에 차를 가지고 갔기 때문에 우리에게 큰 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 

다 괜찮아 네 번째로 왔습니다.

나는 여러 번 Hansar에 머물렀고 방은 크고 서비스는 좋았습니다. 스파를 미리 예약하기 위해 이메일을 보냈고 스파 메뉴를 다시 보냈습니다. 체육관은 작지만 충분하며 모든 서비스 직원은 매우 인내심 있고 열정적입니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 다양성은 많지 않지만 일품 요리가 많으며 야외에 앉아 경치를보고 아침 식사를 할 수 있습니다.

地理位置近🚇口5分鐘，周圍步行範圍四面佛和商場， 房間面積大，服務也熱情有禮 酒店內的按摩舒服，早餐內容豐富，西餐廳味道也很好 總體感覺不錯！值得推薦

방은 넓고 무료 주차가 가능하며 위치는 사방 신과 매우 가깝고 근처에 많은 쇼핑몰이 있으며 웨이터는 매우 웃고 서비스는 좋지만 WiFi 인터넷은 종종 끊어지고 방은 방음 처리되어 있으며 아침 식사는 일반적으로 동일하며 먹을 것이 없습니다. 😊

Location: I booked 4stars Hansar for its location as I thought it was located near the 5star hotels like Anantara Siam n St Regis. However it is in fact off the main Erawan shrine Rd n down a side road - not so good if one is a solo traveller walking in late at night. So location does not cut it. Cleanliness: Debatable. My first room had a musky old carpet smell n as the furnishings are dated, things do not look sparkling clean. Service: Good in general and attentive to the issues I had from the first night stay. However I told front desk that asking for THB 2000 security deposit PER DAY stay is not reasonable. Told them to do away with mini bar drinks n snacks n yo lessen the security deposit to xx per stay. Which is what some other hotels do. TV channels: Terrible reception of channels. Blurry images n looks like the TV is on its last legs. In English language, I found CNBC n the BBC. Didn't look further. Both channels blurry n causes eyes to be v tired if watching the news. Amenities: Walls of room which are covered in old grey thai silk which are peppered full of stains here n there n everywhere. I told hotel front desk that they must refresh this aspect. It looks disgusting for the price paid per night. Bathroom n WC are tired looking with visible cracks on the WC n shower floor. My first night shower holder had no rotating shower holder such that I had to hunker down to shampoo hair. The shower trap was also loose causing me to almost cut my big toe as I stepped into the sharp edged crevice. The room door has not internal Security chain lock - this is a no no for solo travellers especially females. Front desk explained that in fact the internal turn lock has an internal lock n if used correctly, the housekeeping cannot enter. My reply is that that is NOT sufficient as there is no confirmation that this internal local works when looking at it from the inside. And when one is alone, how does one test this lock?? I do not recommend this hotel for solo last travellers. Spa on 8th floor n 10th floor: only visited the 8th floor where the pool is located. Spa floor is in my view, the saving grace of hotel. Excellent service from spa. Experienced masseuse - ask for June. Breakfast: reasonably good with choice of fresh fruits n good fresh salad leaves n condiments. Unlimited Ala carte choices are a bit basic but decent. Open air n indoors seating. Breakfast staff are pleasant n attentive. Hansar needs to refresh their rooms n do a thorough QC check on the points I mentioned. DESPITE or inspite of the size of their huge rooms, there are many negative QC issues which management must see to immediately.

호텔은 깨끗합니다. 아마도 거주지이기도합니까? 몇 가지 선택이 있기 때문에 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 5 일 이상 머무르면 선택이 제한됩니다. 2개의 스파가 있지만 오후 8시에 일찍 문을 닫고 오전 11시에 문을 엽니다. 취침 직전에 마사지를 받는 것을 선호하기 때문에 운영 시간이 짧습니다. 위치적으로 Rachadamri BTS에서 가까운 거리에 있으며 MRT 등으로가는 몇 개의 인터체인지에서 멀리 떨어져 있으며 다른 큰 쇼핑몰까지 도보로 이동할 수 있습니다. 중앙 세계, 시암 파라곤 등 내가 예약한 방은 혼자 여행자에게는 다소 큽니다. 다른 좌절; 늦은 체크아웃에 대해 오후 3시경에 판매하지만 사용할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 이 호텔을 추천한 친구가 호텔에서 직접 예약했지만 같은 경험을 했습니다! 그럼에도 불구하고 전반적으로 호텔은 친절한 직원, 청결 및 BTS와 가깝습니다.

호텔 환경은 평균적이며 아침 식사는 특별하지 않지만 이웃은 더 편리하고 장소는 충분히 크지 만 칫솔, 치약은 없습니다! 일용품, 서비스 시설이 적음
