Paulo was an excellent host. He was so welcoming and gave us lots of hints and tips during our stay. He was so attentive even before we arrived, answering questions about restaurants and arranged transport from airport. Fantastic rooms. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and good shower. Having the little kitchen for coffee and snacks was great if you wanted to grab a coffee in the morning before exploring. Such a lovely touch to leave a bottle of wine for our anniversary. About a 10-15 min walk to colloseum and close to metro. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Rome.

The room was all clean and has everything you would need. The host was very kind and welcoming. The location was good, near to the subway and bus station but you can also reach many attractions just by walking. Well done! Highly recommended!

Booked our 3 night stay, June 10-13, 2023 at this highly rated property.this weekend they emailed to state they could no longer honor the room we had confirmation we booked. They said the rate was much higher now, and they couldn’t give us that room anymore. They said we could cancel if we weren’t happy. It’s like they were trying to get us to cancel. We didn’t! We were surprised, but had no choice to accept. Next day they emailed and said they put our credit card through and it didn’t work so reservation was canceled. We called our credit card company they put through wrong expiry year, which we never gave them. They also put credit card through 20 days early, it wasn’t suppose to be out through til 7 days before. Our credit card information was fine, they just wanted our room. Very unprofessional to do this when we booked so far in advance. Shocking thru have such high reviews!!

This was a very small but nice hotel. The manager is super nice and helpfull. The rooms are modern and homey. Everything is fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable. In terms of location all the sights are within walking distance.

We loved our stay at the at home townhouse in Rome. paolo was so welcoming and warm and made our first time in Rome memorable. The room was immaculate and had lovely finishing touches. The location is perfect as it’s close to the metro and only 10min walk from the colloseum.
